I shave my pits, and when it grows back, the stubble makes my armpits itch like crazy! Heck, they even itch right after I shave them. And it's so irritating! What can I do to soothe the itch and make it go away?
Dove moisturizing deodorant really helps me when they itch. I've tried lotion too, but it's so wet, I didn't like it, but it works. If you cool your deodorant before you put it on, the cool feeling calms the itching down long enough for it to pass. The worst thing you can do is scratch....then it never ends.
Also if I shave everyday, under hot water with a very sharp (like a new venus) razor it helps with the irritation. Make sure that you aren't causing razor burn as that can cause itching too.
