Officer Jenny

There's a different Officer Jenny in each different city in Kanto, and they're all happy to help if you ever run into any trouble.

Every Jenny has a growlithe or an arcanine, but most Jennys like to have their own pokémon help them on the job, too.

Nurse Joy

A different Nurse Joy looks after each Pokémon Centre in Kanto.

When your pokémon are hurt or drained, she'll be happy to heal them up - with the help of the chansey and audino at her side.

Gran and Grampa Hatcher - The Daycare Couple

Gran and Grampa Hatcher can look after your pokémon if you have nowhere else to leave them and don't like the idea of leaving them in one of the computer system's boxes.

If they ever need to contact you they'll send Kiki, their crobat. Other pokémon who help around the daycare include over a dozen slugma, a marill and two oddish, Moddish and Noddish.

Lilian Meridian

Lilian is MC of all Pokémon Contests in Kanto. She's the one who calls coordinators to the stage and commentates on their performance. Lilian also presents the contest ribbon to the winning coordinator after the final round.

Mr. Contesta and Mr. Sukizo

Mr. Contesta and Mr. Sukizo are regular judges at Pokémon Contests throughout the land. They, along with a local Nurse Joy, will score coordinators and their pokémon out of ten in the performance rounds and will judge when a pokémon is unable to battle in the later stages of the contest.

Cedric Juniper

Cedric is a former pokémon researcher, father of Unova's Professor Juniper and the head of the Kanto Events Team. He is responsible for planning and organising bug catching, fishing, extreme racing, firefighting, and underground excavation events.

The Kanto Events Team has numerous pokémon in their care who are often loaned out to contestants in various events, ranging from little marill to enormous garchomp.

The Trickmaster

The Trickmaster is a very strange man affiliated with the Kanto Events Team and is responsible for putting on the Trick House event.

Not much more is known about him, including whether he owns or trains any pokémon or even his real name.

Sebastian

Sebastian is the warden at the Safari Zone.

He and his team take care of hundreds of pokémon, some of which are incredibly rare and are only found on the grounds of the Fuchsia City nature reserve.
