i don't think you can ever entirely avoid violence in a corrupt world like this. if you really are bothered by it, the only thing i can think of is ignore it. i don't think the violence will stop... ever, so it will be useless to try and put a total stop to it.

Is the physical act of fighting that scares you or its aftermath?

gemo_2007 The physical and then I suffer an aftermath like effect I know I suffer an intimidation fear when something like this arises. Luckily I have been able to avoid anything physical. neutral Honestly, you shouldn't let these things bother you too much. Its just useless stress. Some confrontations are unavoidable and were bound to happen. People may/will get hurt but they will heal. Coping...Lets see...I guess it mostly depends on how close you were to the person you had the disagreement with. If its a stranger then it should be no problem. Someone whom you consider family...well that's a different story. In some cases, if you aren't wanting to burn any bridges, its a good idea to apologize, even if it isn't your fault. That will create a window for peace talks. Least from my experience.

i'm not sure what to say, there are probably plenty of people who can't stand violence, i'm not really freaked out by it if its like fantasy, or when i have no choice but to fight, like if you have to to protect the people you love, but when it comes down to family fighting and stuff like that i don't like it hurts my head, and i just angry. but this is about you. just try to ignore it, take in a deep breath and remind yourself that everyone is different and that this is just a small storm that will pass over, and try to smile, cause one smile goes a long way.
