Pokémon Black & White - Global Link Japanese Re-Opening + International Launch
After delays due to the earthquakes in Japan, the Official Site have confirmed that the Pokémon Global Link is going live again in Japan on April 13th, this Wednesday. This date matches the previously accidentally posted date on the English sites. This re-opening includes aesthetic changes to the Global Link as seen to the right and will match the international look.
Edit: The Global Link sites have now updated and indicated that they are out on April 13th in all other regions. This date was accidentally released last weekend but has now been confirmed
In addition to this, they have posted announcing that the following Global Link downloads have been extended;
Pokémon Pia - Kanto Starters: Extended from end date of March 31st to May 31st
Pokémon Fan - Mamoswine: Extended from end date of April 20th to May 31st
Kanto Starter Evolution C-Gears: Extended from end date of April 25th to May 31st
The Global Link site also indicated that the Global Link will get ties into the GTS in Summer 2011. To what extent, is not yet known.

Pokémon Black & White - American WiFi Event Extended
On Saturday, we informed you based on information on the official sites that the Victini event was scheduled to end in the US. This is not the case. On Thursday, the official site updated for all regions saying the Liberty Pass was extended and, for all areas other than America, listed an April 27th end date. This brought some confusion as to when the US event ends. As such, we can now confirm that the event is running still despite the end date having passed. It is unknown for sure when it will end, but it is likely to end on April 27th with the other regions. The event allows for the download of the Liberty Pass item which lets you go from Castelia City to Liberty Island to capture the rare Mythical Pokémon Victini. This is done through the Mystery Gift feature. Be sure to download it while you still can

TL;DR The global link site confirms the GL link as April 13th for all regions and the Vinciti event and GL downloads have been extended.
