Blaize had been walking and walking ever since she had seen a member of Team Rocket. Her head was clouded with thoughts of them, and how much she hated them, but couldn't do a damn thing due to her fear of them. She didn't agree with what Team Rocket did, but as the days had kept passing by, she was getting rather lonely and missed her old trainer. He had been nice to her personally, but his morals where all wrong and she couldn't live with that.
Blaize finally looked up and realized she had made it into yet another town. She sniffed the air a little trying to figure out if she had been here before or not and she hadn't. She stopped walking when a group of small children ran up to her and started to 'play' with her. Though poking her with a stick and patting her hard were not her ideal of fun. She started to le tout a low growl, hoping they'd just leave. No, they kept at it.
Blaize wanted to let out a loud Leave me alone!, but knew better. They'd go tell their parents and though more than likely wouldn't believe them, it's that small chance that they did and they'd try to capture her. Without much more of a warning to the children, Blaize released a headbutt unto one of the kids, sending the poor child flying backwards.

"Hey now, stop that Growlithe!" A policeman ran over to Blaize with his own Growlithe barking beside him. "That wasn't very nice of you to headbutt that kid, you know."
Blaize looked up at him and tilted her head and growled a little herself at the other Growlithe. Once again unable to speak and biting her own tongue on what she'd love to say. It wasn't fair, nor right, that a child could poke and bug and basically harass her and get away with it, and if she did something like she had, she'd get yelled at. Didn't seam right to her. She lowered her head then and without any warning, charged at the Growlithe with a headbutt.
The police growlithe dodged the attack and countered with a quick attack, hitting Blaize and knocking her back. The next attach the police growlithe did was a flamewheel, once again, hitting Blaize before she could counter. Blaize let out a yelp when she was hit this time. The yelp came out as a "ow" sound. Slowly Blaize stood back on her feet, injured, but she couldn't allow herself to be easily defeated, but the only thing she could think of was to flee. And that is exactly what she did.
Blaize took off away from the battle and found a small shrub where she could rest. She curled up in a ball as she looked up at the building she was next to. A pokemon center. She twitched her ears a little debating if she wanted to go in or not, or to just rest off her injuries.

Amie walked outside the pokemon centre with Mezame to head over to the contest hall. Her mind was occupied with thoughts about today. Would she and Abra do well? Going over her appeal and battle strategy. Thinking again about how many people would be there. Was this event going to be televised? What if, what if, what if? She was brought back out of them when Mezame started asking her questions again. " Hmm..." Amie said thinking. She didn't want to show how nervous she was to make her worry. " Well it is my first contest, but I'm sure it'll be fine." She bushed off the topic like it was no big deal, hoping Mezame would be fooled by her bluff. " I'm going to let Abra rest before the contest." Amie said moving on to the next question. She didn't want Abra too tired when he performed remembering that his species could sleep up to eighteen hours a day. Abra falling asleep during the contest, just another thing to mark up on Amie's could go wrong list. " There are a few things that I need to do to prepare anyways." She added.

Mezame nodded and followed Amie towards the contest hall. She wondered if Amie was nervous, she didn't seem nervous but Mezame thought she must be. Mezame would sure be nervous in Amies shoes, even if Mezame was a bit more sensitive than Amie seemed to be. "I'm sure you'll do just great." Mezame said encouragingly. "If anything the experience will help a whole lot." She added cheerily. Mezame reached around her hips and unclipped Starly's pokéball. She was under the impression Starly didn't like being cooped up in there for longer than it really had to be. "Alright Starly you can come out till we get to the contest hall." Mezame said throwing the pokéball into the air and catching it after Starly flew out. "Leeeee~!" Starly called happily and circled around it's trainer and her companion. "I don't think Starly likes being cooped up much." Mezame said with a smile. She was enjoying her freedom too. Starly flapped it's wings in a hover and landed on Mezame's head. Mezame's immediate reaction was to crouch down and fail her arms around. "AIEEEEE."

Amie smiled at the encouragement. " Well hopefully your cheering can help me through it." She said while continuing walking. At least it would be nice to have someone supporting her from the stands. And she also looked forward to gaining this experience, even though it was still daunting. Once it was over with, she knew she would feel better, just the task seemed so great right now. Amie watched as Mezame let her Starly out of its pokeball again. It was good to see Starly in such good health as a contrast to before. Amie reflected on the amazing abilities Nurse Joy must have. Thoughts interrupted again by Mezame's loud shrill scream. Amie flinched at the sound wondering where the girl got such good lungs from. She hoped they didn't make too much of a scene. A few heads turned at the commotion, but it was still morning and it was still a small town so not many people were around.

Mezame skipped ahead chasing Starly, after a short while she turned round and walked backwards to talk to Amie. "I'm so excited about seeing a real contest!" She said clasping her hands together. Starly circled Mezame again and landed on her head. Mezame winced but didn't scream this time. She managed to keep her cool but her face was scrunched up in discomfort. "Leee~ lee~" Starly sang. "Get offa me!" Mezame said batting at her head. Starly Flew off repeating it's song happily, as if it were laughing. Mezame reached for Starly's Pokéball "Starly, time to return." Starly returned and Mezame put the ball away. She could see the contest hall now and there were people gathered around it.

Amie continued walking towards the contest hall while watching the other two's interactions. It was entertaining at least, and Amie calmed down a little bit more not trying to think about the upcoming contest too much. Mezame came back and Amie responded with, " Well I hope I you enjoy the show." Amie thought she could at least get pass the appeal, but wondered if she would be out shined by the other coordinators there. After more watching Mezame's and Starly's antics, Amie noticed they were approaching the contest hall. The crowd was still, but full of chattering people probably coming to watch the contest. Amie quickly looked them over and didn't think any of them were going to be participating. Anyone who was, was probably inside already getting ready like Amie should be. She worked her way to the door and held it opened for Mezame.

~Raide Lowe~For the first time in a very long time, Raide was at a loss for what to do. She realized three things. One: The town really was purple. Two: It was a good thing that Pokemon could return to Pokeballs. And Three: There was a huge mass of people forming around a certain building. Now, she was smart enough to deduce that there must be some kind of event going on. What she didn’t possess was the height to see what kind of event was going on, and, like everyone else has done at some point, tried in vain to get two extra inches with her tippy toes. Those one-and-a-half inches made no difference in her endeavor. “I’d bet,” She thought to herself, because talking to yourself is crazy, “That Scyther could just fly right above everyone. And Cyndaquil,” She continued only slightly bitterly, “Would just burn right through the entire crowd.” And she had no doubt at all that he would, because now, along with her fingers and hair, Raide’s forearms were burned. It was a less vicious burn than she might have expected, considering Cyndaquil’s foul mood, though. Maybe he was getting used to her... Or maybe his fire hadn’t quite come back all the way... A more likely story. But she wasn’t going to do that. She was nicer than he was. A large, very large sigh escaped Raide against her will. Only a few routes and one town from her home, and she was already exhausted! And she had no idea if what was in the building was going to be a waste of time or not. Just when the thought occurred to her to go buy some Burn-Heal (If it worked on battling Pokemon, it was sure to work on a fragile human like herself) someone or some-people knocked her off of her course. “Going to watch the-” “Of course we are! Why else would we be here?” “Well, you never know!” “I’m looking forward to-” “No! The appeals are the best!-” “How long will this take-” “Lets have dinner after the-”And she was swept along with a rather large crowd going to whatever event was going on in the building. It seemed like she was rather helpless, which she was unless she wanted to be stampeded under heels, stilettos, and a fair number of paws. Raide followed along in resignation to her fate of going wherever these people were, and then she saw why all those people were excited. “A contest?” A small, hopeful smile grew on her face. Maybe she’d learn how to interact with Pokemon in the process, maybe someone would have some advice for getting along with her two ‘teammates’ that would be more useful than just ‘patience’.

Charmander, H said, This helicopter is going to crash, I want you to go to the ground and make sure nobody gets hurt. Char char, Charmander said and he looked at H. Don't worry, he said I will be fine as long as you do as I say. Charmander jumped down and landed on his feet, I wish I was an pokemon, H thought. H looked down, he saw Charmander firing his flamethrower at people to clear a path, I told you to make sure nobody got hurt, he thought, not to burn them. Suddenly the engine stopped. H had to act quickly, if the helicopter would crash nobody would be wounded because Charmander had cleared the entire street so all he had to do now was get out of the helicopter. H looked at an huge building, if he jumped at the right moment he would be able to make it. The rotor stopped and the helicopter started to fall, H hesitated for a moment and he jumped.

~Cora~ Cora ran out after Mezame and stumbled to a quick stop as the chaos in the town reached her eyes and she stared open mouthed in shock as the billowing smoke from the wreckage started to fade. " What happened here?!" Cora blurted. Without thinking Cora ran towards the scene where an ever growing crowd was gathering. Her curiosity had got the better of her and Cora had to find out what had gone on here and more importantly- if anyone was hurt. "Oh!" Cora remembered, and turned around to shout to her friend. "I'm going to see what happened here, I'll meet you at the pokémon centre later!"Cora reached the crowd and dropped to her hands and knees. She worked her way through legs, squeezing her small frame between people until she reached the front. There was a police barrier up keeping people away from what Cora could now plainly see as a crashed helicopter. She pulled herself to her feet, squeezing past a few more people who frowned at her actions. How did a helicopter manage to crash here? Cora wondered to herself. Temptation was calling Cora to scoot under the police barriers and get a closer look, but the police trained Growlithe chased that thought away just like they'd have chased Cora away. A patrol officer walked by and Cora called out to him. "Hey officer!?" He turned around with a sigh, obviously tired of being asked the same question and giving the same answers over and over again. "We don't know anything kid. Go home." The policeman told her impatiently. Cora pouted sadly in response. "I just wanted to know no one was hurt, my friend lives in this area." Cora clasped her hands together and held them under her chin, willing tears to leak from her eyes. It didn't quite work but nevertheless, got the desired effect. The officers expression displayed guilt and he scratched the back of his head nervously and apologised. "Aw I'm sorry little girl, I didn't realise you were a local. Don't you worry now, no one is hurt.""That's a relief." Cora smiled a bright dazzling smile. She was about to drop to the floor again and make her way back out of the crowd when the police officer continued talking. "Very lucky no one got hurt." He said seriously. "That helicopter was stolen from the power plant." Cora gasped "Who would do such a thing?!" She asked in dismay. Stealing anything was a serious crime but something like a helicopter?! Cora wondered what a power plant needed a helicopter for anyway. The officer shrugged and shook his head. "Wish I knew." He paused, readjusting his hat and looking serious. "Anyway, get out of here, big crowds like this can get dangerous." He said before turning away. "On it Sir!" Cora saluted and dropped to the floor, then started on her way back through the crowd. The officer looked back and double taked but Cora was long gone. Off to look for her friends to share the news.

Amie exited the contest hall along side the other girls, she didn't notice if the girl with the fire type was following them, and was also shocked to see a crowd gathered around the smoking building. She didn't know what was going on and by the looks of it, it was too dangerous for her to want to get any closer. Things looked like they could easily land on top of someone and flatten them. The thought made her cringe, hoping no one would have that happen to them or had happened. Cora ran off, stopping briefly to say what she was doing. Amie waved to her as she left wondering what she would have to say when they met back at the centre. Back on that note, she turned her head to Mezame. " We should hurry up." Amie said to Mezame, ready to head over to the pokemon centre. Maybe while Mezame was making her call she could see if she could find something that could make Abra feel better after that last battle he had.

"Cora?" Mezame yelled, hoping her younger friend would stop running off into potential danger at her call. She didn't though and Mezame called out her name again as she watched the girl drop to her knees and crawl into the crowd. " Cora!" Cora was long gone. Mezame almost thought of going after her but knew there was no way she'd find her friend in a crowd that big, especially crawling around on the ground like that. Amie voice snapped her out of her thoughts. Of course, she had other responsibilities to deal with now. Mezame turned to Amie and nodded. "Mm." She confirmed with determination. "Let's go." ((continued at pokémon centre when I get to it later lol))
