Dear Diary
Dear Journal,
What am I supposed to do with this exactly? I feel like if I was going to start one of these I should have started much much earlier in my life... not second year of Hogwarts.
So it's the weekend, and um? Stuff... I wonder if I should have practiced this a bit before I started to write. Do they have practice journals? If so how do they differ from a normal journal?

You know I've herd stories of evil journals, how can I be certain this thing isn't evil? ...Hello? Is anyone listening reading this as I write it? Better tell me now while I'm still forgiving, because if I find out later that this thing is evil it is so going to be scorched to a crisp.

Actually, are people supposed to read these? I mean whats the point of writing down your life if no one is ever going to see it? Hmmm, this will take some thinking over, but in case this is ever read I suppose a bit of info is needed yes?

My name is Ghaleon Elmerast, Ravenclaw House, Currently Second Year in Hogwarts.. if you don't know what Hogwarts is then well really no point in going any further is there?
I'm currently going out with the very kind and beautiful Rosewood, and um? I have a small number of people I'd consider friends, but I'm not overly social in general.

I think I'm leaving it at this for now...
