Rebirth of the Rotten
This is the begging of the rebirth.
The Philosopher's Stone. What once was a mere myth, an impossible feat and a challenge for the wisest of men was finally finished. To use such a powerful tool to restore life was inane, and denied by the government. But man was greedy, and curious.
The outbreak began.
November 23, 1983
"Sir, this 'magic stone,' might just be the cure! We have to at least try!" the assistant said. He looked towards to professor, begging like a dog for a bone. The stone sat on the table and shined in the fluorescent lights.
"...Fine. We will try this ONCE." he replied.
The professor placed the stone in the dead man's hand, and waited. About one minute later he removed the stone, angrily, and placed it down on the table. He rolled his eyes, and mocked the assistance insolence for wasting his time, most likely to be used in banging the lady at the front desk.
The man on the table laid still, until a croak came from his throat.
"SIR! Please! Come back!" the assistant cried.
The dead man screeched and coughed a black tar on the interns face. He wiped it cleaned, yet felt a burning sensation resided. He turned to face a mirror, and saw it was tearing in to his skin. He grasped his face, and screamed for help.
The professor came back, and saw everything was in disarray. Lights broken, shattered glass, and his computer and all of it's data laying in pieces on the floor. Then he saw that horror that was the assistant, or not. Because in that instant, his face was raked off by the dead man's gruesome claws that sprouted from his fingertips, and in just minutes.
The clock is ticking.

- No '...' and, 'ummmmmmmmmms.'
- Must contain an action, nothing like, "Johnny waited for twenty minutes."
- No using *'s.
- If your specialties include something good, then you must also pick something bad to balance. Use the budget rule. If you have 0 dollars, and the man at the counter says you can take something good for 5, but you have to take something negative to balance your total should be either gaining or losing 2 dollars. Therefore, a healthy balance would be about -2 to 2 and is acceptable.
IN GAME!
- Infection is everywhere! You must wear a surgical mask at all times to prevent disease.
- Getting cut or bitten will result in a transformation to the other team. However, if cuts are treated in fifteen minutes, the survivor will be okay.
- Only one character. If you turn into infected you must stay there until killed, then you may start again as a survivor. But we need more on the infected team.
- Infected team cannot speak, but can communicate will signals.
- You can start out of the infected team, or the survivors team.
- Check the weapons list for your two picks.
- No God-Mode or Instant-Kill.
- Try to be realistic! If you are carrying heavy equipment, make sure you make this a point in your posts. You couldn't really sprint in real-life if you had a sniper, colt 45 and a sledge hammer! If your arm is damaged, you probably can't hit with 100% accuracy!
ZOMBIE COMMUNICATIONS
Must be telepathic, (IE You must demonstrate with your thoughts that they need to go around the back of the area without using speech.)

TYPES OF ZOMBIES
Tanks (Take a lot of damage, very slow, powerful.)
Creepers (Hard to detect, medium speed, low health.)
Screamers (Create loud screeches impair visual and auditory senses, medium health medium speed.)
Runners (Incredibly fast, medium health.)
Spewers (Spews sticky tar, acid and flames from their mouth, low health, slower speed.)
Surgeons (Sharp claws and teeth can amputate body parts with ease, faster speed, medium-low health.)
Shifters (Take the form of other teamates, high health, medium-low speed. MUST FOLLOW ZOMBIE COMMUNICATION RULES!)
AREA
The camp is an abandoned prison with gates in the front and back and walls surrounding the perimeter. The outer wall is surrounded with chain-link fences and barbed wire, however these are weak and will need to be strengthened. The inside can be a bit confusing, and very haunting at some points. Very large playing area. No electricity.
