Hiruko uses the Storm Release kekkei genkai he acquired through his Chimera Technique to produce a massive thunder cloud that can infinitely absorb chakra to grow in size, strength and the chakra it receives will increase. He can apparently channel this absorbed energy into the earth, meaning it will lead to a bigger technique.
By using different seals while active, Hiruko can summon multiple red pillars of chakra in the area and/or mass-absorb multiple jutsu through a suction into his mouth.
