The only epsiode of the Munsters I ever saw was when the dad got kidnapped by the Russians. It was fun.
He lead a good and long life. RIP, brotherman.

There is some debate as to whether he was born in 1910 or 1923. He may or may not have lied about his age when on the Munsters to appear older than his costars.
I found out he died over the phone from my mother!
Mom: "Grandpa died." Me: "..." *long pause* Mom: "Oh, I meant the guy who played Grandpa on the Munsters!" Me: "I'm hanging up now."
