Setting:

The world has been devestate by an alien force. This race known as the Kurians posed as friends of mankind and now they claim to be their saviors. With their Grog followers, and their killing machines known as Reapers, the Kurian's hit earth hard and fast, decimating the local government before they even knew what hit them. Now devestated Mankind is cattle and servants for their new Kurian masters, along with the Ape-like Grogs. No one knows how many Kurians there are, but there is resistance against them. Up in the northern States there is a gathering known as Southern Command. They are aided by a race that originated the Kurians that are known only as the Lifeweavers. The Lifeweavers do not fight themselves, but they can grant humans extraordinary powers to help them fight the Kurians. Even further North in Canada it has overgrown into emense woodland. In the woods lie many bands of men who fight against their would be rulers, who have also joined with feral Grogs, along with Golden Ones. It is unknown how many Lifeweavers are up in the Canadian Wilderness and which powers they offer to their followers.

Earth was blasted back to pre WW I technology, with airplanes all but non-existant, and tanks being demolished. Rifles are the mainstay of any army instead of SMG's and other such rapid fire weapons. Demolitions are rare if it's not dynamite. Mankind is in desperate straights fighting for its survival against their oppressors.

The main factions are the Kurians who own most of the world, and their main opposition is Southern Command in Northern US. Though there are many rebel factions.
