Tesai was above Kaze in a flash with his Mangyeko Shakugan already activated as he sucked Kaze into the Spatial Dimension with Sasido. He then landed a few feet away from Shikon and an unknown kid. He glared at Shikon. "I hear you have a problem with me." He then glanced at the kid and saw his headband. "And you are a rogue ninja from the Hidden Cloud. I am Tesai Hyuga, Raikage." Tesai looked at the pair of them.

with the demension about to close kaze quikly jumps out of it staring at tesai with kaze eyes full black meaning that he has activated his shido eyes "that crap does not work with my eyes..........now what the hell do you want we are busy" as kaze slaps his hands

Tesai smirked as the spatial dimension under Kaze's feet completly sucked him in. "I have two eyes remember and I know how to counteract your jutsu. Sasido just wants to talk to you." He finished as he was sent to the dimension.
He then turned to Shikon and the young man. "Sorry to interrupt but you left without saying goodbye." He smirked at the two "Oh and as I said I am the Raikage and you appear to be from my village. Who are you?"
