A proud grey cub scampered about the stones of a mountain, climbing down contently from her cave. She had actually caught a mouse! And, the creature hung from her jaws. She was heading down for the lake, for a drink. She'd been chasing the mouse untill islipped from a rocks edge, with was actually why she'd caught it. It was alive though, the cub haden't learned how to kill, so she was carefull to not let go.
However, when she got to the bottom, how would she even drink if she had to hold the mouse? Sighing, the cub let go of her catch, and wached as the mouse just scrabbled off. She snorts, slightly anoyed, before dipping her head for a drink.

The adolescent had made her way along the river, she had been curious to where it led and as Koda had been sleeping she deciding to do some exploring, it wouldn't do any harm to go wandering and if Koda woke up he could follow her scent.
The lioness made her way along the river untill it widened into a lake, here she stopped and lowered her head to drink some of the cool liquid, not taking in her surroundings, something Ithi never did!

The cub blinked, a slight movement caught the corner of her eye, along with her attention. A lioness? Maybe she was just like Kiburi! With a playfull grin, the grey cub scampered noisly through the water, making her way towards the other lioness with a cheerfull "Hello! "

The lioness turned her head with a smile, "Hello there youngster." She looked over the youngster, a misty that she hadn't seen? She smiled and laid down to lower her body to the height of the cub in front of her, it made sense to be nice to the youngster!

The cub skidded to a halt when she was close enough, tail splashing in the water while a smiled played across her face, blue eyes waching the older lioness. "Hii! My name is Kimaji! " She said, hinting a bit of pride-- she liked her name, it was rather pretty. "Whats yous? " She asked, sitting down so that the water was up to her knee, it was hot, why not cool down?

The lioness smiled, "a pretty name you have. I am Ithibati though just call me Ithi, it is alot simpliar and easier to say!" She looked the cub over and smiled before asking the question that was nagging at her, "You a mistweaver?"

The cub blinked. "Depeeends.. What is a mistweaverr? " She questioned, tail peeking out of the water, something neew! Seemed like she was learning more with every new lion she met, huh? The cub, while waiting for an answer, pawed at the water, just randomly splashing it around.

"A mistweaver, they are the pride of lions that live in these areas. Maji is there king..." She tilted her head slightly, her turquoise eyes looking over the cubs body, "You are so small..."

Another thing about prides? Interesting! But the cub blinked, she lived in.. This 'area' right? Was she a mistweaver? "I dunno.. I only know.. Uhh.. Swaii, Kiburi.. Uhm.. Uumikaji.. Dogo.... Uhm.. " She stammered, unable to think of anything else, only that cheetah, of whom she didn't recall a name.

She tilted her head and then smiled, "Ok then fair enough.." She chuckled a little before laying down and rolling on her side. She had been moving alot earlier playing with Koda.
She looked the cub over, she seemed very playful. "Tell me about yourself."

The cub pawed a bit at the female when she rolled over, as if thinking she would be uncapable of stopping by herself-- Kimaji did it, rolling over like that, but she didn't see herself to it, so didn't think it to be the same. "Tell you about myself..? Whaddya mean? " She blinked, no one had ever asked her this, therefore it was rather odd. She was startled, though, when her tail flinched, and splushed in and out of the water. Not taking notethat it was her own tail, the cub panicked, leaping instantly forward. Her idea was to jump over Ithi, but failed to do so, and rather, tripped on the lioness, soon stumbling behindher. "Monster! " She yelped.

Ithi jumped up suddenly and looked around before realising it was the cubs tail, "hey.. calm down... there isn't any monsters and if there is I won't let it harm you ok?" She wasn't too good with cubs, never really came across one, well she had, but not like this. What was she to do???

"How isn't there? Me and Kib saw one! It jumped on me! " She stammered, hiding behind one of Ithi's paws, and peeking to the rea that had been behind her, surely there was a monster there, no doubt about it. She hissed in that direction a bit, before waddling over to investige.

Ithi wasn't really sure what the cub was talking about but just nodded and agreed, "I will protect you if it tries to attack you ok?" She chuckled and followed the cub, she had to now incase the "monster" came back.

The cub nodded slowly, before lying down in the water. It was up to her neck, only sparing a few tips of her back and shoulders. "Have you ever seen a monster? " She asked with a small gasp, maybe Ithi had seen the same one as she! Then they could go get it!
