Okay I looked and I couldn't find a topic on this already however I may just be blind. Anyhoo does anyone else watch the show Criminal Minds about the FBI's Behavioural Anaylsis Unit (BAU)? I it seems to be one of the better new drama's out there this year. The characters and storys are great. SEASON THREESPOILER-ESK (if you haven't seen the first two epi's) I can't believe that Giddeon left! *pouts* at first I totally thought he shot himself, then I was so glad he didn't. So what do you think? How do you think the team will do without him. And poor Hotchner...he is all alone now.

I love this show! Reed is really cool in a nerdy sort of way. He's been my favorite since the begining for some reason I can't explain... And I like Diaz, but that may only be because in that one episode about the cult, she had an Alphonse Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist, for those who don't watch that...) action figure/statue/doll type thing on her desk. And the guy played by Shamar Moore, I think... Morgan? I can never remember his name. But he's cool too... They have yet to come up with a character that I don't like on the show. They need to introduce an Ecklie type character...

I love Criminal Minds. The cast has great chemistry and I love Reed.
But, I have to say, I watched the pilot a while back and...it was horrible! I dunno where everything just started to improve or whatever, but it's must-see TV for me.

I agree the chemistry between the characters is great! I love the girl from there computer room...I forget her name right now but she is hilarious. Each character has something unique to bring, and Reed just reminds me of an akward geeky teenager, he is kinda like Charlie from Numb3rs only younger.

The one who's always hitting on Morgan? (I remember his name now biggrin ) But I'm enjoying that picture, 'cause Reed looks so... Confedent? I think? It's so not like him biggrin And Elle kinda reminds me of Catherine there, only not... I love the episode that was on this week, where Hodge (I think that's his name...) brings in his kid. Diaz is all "Oh, he's so cute!" Then Reed's "Yeah, if you like bald, wrinkly things..." Or something... But Reed is funny. Escpecially when he's ranting to people who really don't understand a word he's saying. Or to those who don't care.

The show is absolutely brilliant. I love the reliance on behavioral analysis as opposed to the usual forensics we see on these shows. It's so much more interesting to really be able to get into a person's psyche.
Now then, for a total fangirl moment:
I heart Dr. Spencer Reed!

4laugh Ahhhhh Jason Gideon! The character of Gideon is great! For my mom's birthday, I got her this movie she had been talking about for a while... And she was telling me Gideon's a character... Some of Mandy Patinkin's fans might know it, The Princess Bride? But then I watched it... Gideon was a Spanish pirate-type dude biggrin With leather pants! xd And he was all " 'Allo. My name is Inego Mantoya. You keel my father. Prepare to die." IT WAS SO COOL! I was laughing through the whole movie biggrin Gideon was wearing leather rofl

I had to watch The Princess Bride for my acting class, and then we performed a few key scenes. I had to play Buttercup. I love that movie though, it's totally awesome. My acting teacher also happens to be a fan of Mandy Patinkin (which is probably why I get along with him so well) and he even played Inego a couple of years ago in a live performance.
Mandy Patinkin was also on Chicago Hope, I was watching that the other day. His hair was longer, more 90s ish. lol. And Dead Like Me! That's an awesome show, and his character on there is just great. I bought the second season on DVD just a couple of weeks ago...oh gosh, I'm rambling like a fan-girl...*faints*
