Personality:

▼ Manipulative (N) - Gene has to get Gene's way somehow, right? This includes deceiving others with that smooth tongue of his. It's also easy for him to pinpoint the weakness in someone's system and use it to his own advantage. He exploits this to his full advantage as another method of making himself feel like top dog.

▼ Hardworking (P) - Gene puts 120% of himself into everything he strives to achieve. Whether feeling at wits end or damaged to the point of death, he refuses to not put forward his all. If Gene wants it to happen, Gene will do his best make sure it happens.

▼ Confident (P) - This is a key trait in the Genesect's system. No matter the impending danger or power of the threat he's facing, he'll never back down from a challenge strictly on how self-empowered he is. As he's apparently capable of anything. Gene never has a single doubt about his train of thought. After all, there's no reason he could possibly be wrong, so he obviously has to be right.

▼ Smooth (P) - Not a skill he tries exercising often, but Gene is actually rather good at communicating with others and explaining his ideas in an appealing way. More commonly, this is usually in the form of clever jabs, jokes, and ego-stroking. He's quite prone to sarcasm. He'll never talk someone out of some emotional turmoil.

▼ Arrogant (N) - Gene cares about Gene. You care about Gene because, well, he's Gene. Gene doesn't give two Pokeballs about you. That is the world according to the self-centered Genesect. He's rather insensitive to the entire populace because they're all clearly weak if they're letting emotions control them.

▼ Quick-tempered (N) - Gene has little to no patience for a very, very long list of things, from the meek to those tabs they use to seal orange juice with. It will always be someone else's fault for whatever the issue he's having. He's quick to turn to threats and violence to get his way.

▼ Pessimistic (N) - Gene makes a habit of pointing out mistakes. He's vulnerable to complaining about everything. Everything would be better if he had done it or if so-and-so hadn't messed up in the first place.

▼ Leader (P) - If there's a positive note that comes out of Gene's desperate longing for control, it's that he knows how to lead and give a command. He can organize a plan (no matter how farfetch'd, harhar) and will it through to the end. Cause if it fails, it wasn't his fault.

▼ Headstrong (N) - Gene's strong confidence in himself leads him to being blind to realism and thinking plans through entirely. He has weaknesses and refuses to acknowledge their existence.

▼ Courageous (P) - Given that he honestly believes he's the spawn of gods, Gene believes there's basically nothing out there that puts him in a vulnerable position. Not for the greater good or anything. Just to prove how epic and mighty he is.


Hobbies: Battle, kicking small Minccinos, stealing candy from Teddiursas.

Dislikes:
Being controlled - As demonstrated by the lab he blew up, Gene refuses to be placed under anyone's hold. He'll even dodge potential relationships (in fear? *gasp) to avoid the possibility of being influenced by someone else.
Secrets - Got information you don't want him to know? He'll gladly beat it out of you. He likes to know everyone's backgrounds and study them, as they might provide a useful angle for himself in the future. It makes him feel just that much ahead of everyone else.
Pebbles - Little annoying rocks that do nothing but get in everyone's way. Gene will bust out in a full-blown tangent if he gets a pebble under his foot.

Likes:
Machines - Gene has an odd fascination with little contraptions, whether a cellphone or some heavy weaponry. This probably links back to his own 'machine-type' abilities.
Hunting - As he was created to be a predator, Gene is ruled by the primal love of chasing prey. The more difficult the challenge, the more thrilling to catch. His targets very on his mood.
Sunbathing - There's very few things Gene likes to do more than lay out under the sun's rays, an assortment of followers catering to his every need under the heat's radiance. If you can't find him, he's probably basking in himself away from civilization.

Gene and Hera. Is going. To be so fun. xD So alike in so many ways.

Can't really find anything here. All his traits fit in very nicely. Glad you added in the fact Genesect is built to be a predator.
He fears relationships? xD

That's cool. Hera doesn't want one. 8D Though she finds it amusing. Makes him sound like a typical man, to her.
