(o)(b)(s)(e)(r)(v)(i)(n)(g);;;heading into town  'Felix needs to master the art of sneaking. I hope he learns sooner or later that he doesn't have to sneak out to town. But his attempts do amuse me,' thought the young archeologist with a smile on her face. Jane had been up for at least an hour now since she enjoyed the leisurely approach to preparing for the day.
She had just finished her morning routine and was dressing when she heard her assistant leaving the site, heading to town, or so she assumed. Jane enjoyed going to town, but her efforts were better suited to attacking the site. Grant it, she'd probably head in later that day or the next. Mostly it was because she was noticing the supplies dwindling, and her current library books were going to be due.
Jane peaked her head out of the tent, frowning slightly at the clouds. Clouds usually meant rain, and rain meant she couldn't work. Maybe she'd head into town to see where the weather would take her work for the day. With a small shrug of indifference, Jane popped back into her tent.
She quickly gathered a tote bag's worth of books that she needed to return along with notes to see if Jonas or Thrax had any comments on the matter. Also, Jane figured she could peak in on the mayor. Jane had a feeling a big find would happen, and happen soon. She could feel it in her bones. That made her smile brightly as she tossed on a jacket before shouldering her bags.
Unlike Felix, Jane had a small Jeep to get to and from places because she often had more than just herself to cart. She loaded her things into the vehicle, and in no time at all, she was on her way to the town. Who knew? She might pass Felix and offer him a ride to the town.
