 She had been awake for a little while now but not too long. She was laying down in the front of the den with a lot buzzing through her mind. She was still with Rowtag, and she knew that she wasn't too far from the pride. She planned on staying on the outsides of it for a long as possible and she stayed in contact with her mother and her father when she could sneak away for a little bit however it was never too long. She didn't know how she would explain this male to them. But she really didn't want to leave him, or put him in danger. She sighed before placing her head on her paws as she continued to think.
She really was starting to get used to the male, he was interesting although a little unpredictable she didn't mind not at all. She was really hoping that he would join the pride with her so she knew that he wasn't going to get hurt, she was really afraid of it. She didn't know much about where she came from other than the size, and apparent aggressiveness about them she just really hoped that they wern't out for him. She didn't mind too much if she was in danger but she minded if he was and that and her family She didn't want her family in danger. She was so clueless to what to do.
And this cluelessness brought her to a state that she wasn't in much and she was hoping to shake it off before she caught sight of Rowtag (whether he was waking up or coming into the den from some morning adventure she didn't check where he was yet). She didn't want to seem weak in front of him and to her she was weak at the moment. She was feeling pretty depressed because of her unsureness of what to do. She grumbled at this idea and curled herself into a tighter ball as she thought about it. This frustration, depression and unsureness she hated it but she just couldn't shake it yet.

He'd fallen asleep in the sun, curled up tight, but had been woken by the loud screech of a passing bird. His dreams had been snatched from him and he'd awoken fuzzy headed and dazed.
Leaping up from the grass, he took a few short steps away from the dip he had created in the grasses and gave a soft snort. "Zii?"
Wait. No. That was wrong, wasn't it?
He shook his head, bringing up a paw to rub down across his eyes. Something was wrong with him. Why was he so...so muddled? Growling, he lashed out with that paw, snapping the tops off of the tall grass and sending them flying through the air. Not Zii, then, but Miw-Sher. Miw-Sher, dammit! Why did she have to look so alike? Her eyes lacked the fire but...but her warmth and her carefulness. Was it some relative of hers? An unknown relative from her mother's rogue side? Possible, he supposed. It was apparently a smaller world than he had ever believed. But then what was wrong with him? He'd always been a fool - he realised that now - but he'd never muddled things.
Trauma?
Yes, maybe. Perhaps in time he'd be able to come to terms with what had happened and...no, no, he'd lost too much. He was nothing, now. No warrior. No Firekin. Just a pathetic excuse for a lion who would never have another purpose. Perhaps the Firekin were coming for him now, Zii leading them and...NO! Stop these thoughts already!
Growling, he stomped across the grass to the den where he assumed Zii - No - Miw-Sher, was sleeping and all but barged in.
"Wake up!" He snapped moodily. "Let's go."

She was caught up completely in her thoughts, and because of that she didn't notice the sound, or really the scent of the large male coming her way. Her tail twitched and she was still trying to sort everything out in her mind. She needed to get everything sorted she would have really liked do it before Rowtag was up or for that matter around however it appeared it was not time for that.
She jumped when she heard his demand, his loud voice it didn't really scare her but it did startle her. She jumped up on her feet and let out a hiss extending a clawed paw. She wasn't sure if she hit him but when she realized it was Rowtag she huffed. "Don't DO that!" She snarled to him flopping down on her haunches and looking at him with a serious look on her face. "Don't sneak up on me like that." There was the fire in her eyes, it was mostly stress at the moment. She took a deep breath in before sighing and walking to his side.
"Where are we going?" She asked him as she looked up at him, she forgot some times how big he was it was always a reminder when she found herself standing next to him. She flicked her hair out of her eyes and then nodded to the male. "You're up early. How long have you been awake?" She asked him again, she was shoving everything that she was thinking of before in the back of her mind again, trying to ignore it for now. She would have to think about it later instead of now. She knew it would be better to think about it now, she knew it would be much better. She was already starting to cheer up she liked being happy better but she knew that it always didn't work like that.

He flinched away from her paw like a kitten who'd just been threatened by a bee sting and snarled in return, hackles up. "You thought that was sneaking?!" He snapped. "Maybe you need your ears checked." He sat heavily and huffed out a loud breath, turning to watch her as she moved to his side. Almost immediately, he jerked back to his paws and padded out into the glare of the sun. Hot to some, it felt somewhat hollow to a lion used to the desert sun.
It didn't cause his bones to ache. It never would again.
"What do you mean where? I'm following you." He seemed to have forgotten his earlier 'order' - if it could be considered such. "Lead the way already." He was thinking, however, that he liked it when she snapped at him. Fiery and different from Zii. Perhaps he should make her snap more often...

"I was... Sleeping." She didn't want to say thinking, she didn't want him to think that she was too busy doing something else. She would much rather have him think that she was sleeping, that was much better. "No! You just surprised me!" She huffed at him, it was true, she wasn't expecting him to be in there, she was expecting to have more time to herself before he came in. She sighed as he walked in before she shook her head. "You seemed like you wanted to go some where."
This was the point where she was trying to keep her calm once again. She wiggled her toes and then nodded to him. "We're taking a break." That was the best way she could describe it. She shook her head again before sighing. "We're really close to the pride where my sister is..." Her voice trailed before she looked up at him. "Right now we are just going to settle here until... I don't know." She looked down at her paws. The slight disappointment that she was having before he barged into the den. The disappointment was back and she didn't know how to describe it to him. She didn't want to be sad around him but it was really failing at the moment. She didn't want to leave him like this but the pride was right there. So close.
"Shut up." She growled at his 'lead the way' he was so annoying some times! She huffed again and wrapped her tail around her leg. She didn't know what to tell him, but she was so far having a bad day with all of this.

He smirked at her irritation, not seeming to mind that it was directed towards him. Then, without warning, he stood, stretched and circled around to face her, arching his back and flexing the muscles in his shoulders.
"You shut up." He replied, clearly trying to provoke a reaction.
"Now. Listen up, woman. Where I come from we train even on our days off. Since you're just wasting time, I'll teach you to fight in return for you teaching me to be a rogue. What do you say?"

Miw looked at the male and then growled as he told her to shut up. At that point she was up on her feet and in his face. "Don't tell me to shut up!" She growled at him staring him in the eye. At this point she was hating her height but yet she was disregarding it. She breathed heavily before interrupting him at before he could make a offer to teach her to fight.
"Do not call me Woman." She hissed at him shaking her head. "I have a name and you know it!" She grumbled at him before turning away and flopping down on her haunches. His offer ticked her off though, she flicked her tail around. "Look." She snorted at him looking at him again. "I can't teach you how to be a rogue it's just how it is, it's life." She grumbled before shaking her head. "There is a pride with in two miles of here, my sister is living there and I plan on joining her." She paused before looking him in the eye. "But I'm not going to leave you out here on your own." She shook her head she wasn't going to she would follow him around if he needed to.
She sighed feeling a little defeated. "You can teach me how to fight, and I can try to teach how to be a rogue." She sighed once again before looking at him. "But I'm not leaving."

He laughed and didn't even bother to conceal his amusement. She was easy to rile and that was...fun. Fun. He didn't think he'd laugh again so easily, but the chirpy one's frowny face was...amusing.
"Woman is easy to remember." He pointed out.
However, at her words, the smile dropped from his face and his brows furrowed. "Not leave me here? Why?" His tone was demanding and he moved swiftly over to be close to her, blinking at her defeated tone.
"I could order you to leave." He pointed out. "Or go without you knowing. Or I could go right now and you couldn't stop me."

"You're a jerk." she growled at him, feeling a little upset she was torn and she didn't know what to do and now she was just bringing it up more and she was getting more angry at him. "Look, I have a name okay." She grumbled to him before shaking her head and thinking about it for a moment, how was the easiest way to describe it too him
"My dad always told me never to leave anyone who needs help behind, and I'm sorry Row but you need help." she looked at him and shook her head. "You still wake up in a panic,you still get confused, and it's been a while. Look your wounds are almost healed." She shook her head again. "You wouldn't last a week out there, if some one is looking for you and you're in the rogue lands you're un protected. And You'd get lost, on top of that lions are known to gravitate toward home. What happens if you end up back there?"She pointed out before laughing, it was an annoyed laugh. "think about it."

"You remind me a lot of the women from my homeland when you get angry like that." He noted out loud, turning his eyes to look at her curiously.
"You make it sound like I'm helpless." He snorted, turning on her, eyes narrowed. "Okay, so my head is in a mess right now, but there's one thing I haven't forgotten: how to fight." He lowered himself into a defensive stance and took a slow side-step, making as if to pounce. "I was a soldier, once, apprenticed to a General! I will not accept protection from a little female like you."
He growled but the sound stilled a moment later. "Tell me, though, what you know of this pride."

She snorted at him and shook her head. "Yeah well I don't like to get angry like that." She puffed her head out and shook her head again. She didn't like the fact that he was telling her that. But then again she was having a generally grumpy day. That was a way to put it anyway, she was grumpy that was true for sure.
Miw sat and watched him, she had a feeling he wouldn't do anything to her on the other hand either way. She watched him and then rolled her eyes. "You don't always need to fight, it isn't the way everything works. It might be how it worked in the safety of your home lands but it isn't how it works out here. Yeah you need to know how to fight, but there are times where you need different things to live here." she paused for a moment before sighing and looking at him again. "I've never had to fight with some one." She nodded again, it was true, she avoided what she needed, being small and slinky you learned that youd idn't need to fight. But her father wasn't like that and she knew that he didn't need to fight.
She lightened up some at her question then smiled at him. "It's the Kizingo'zaa." When she thought about it she wasn't that sure of what to tell them. "well... My family is there, and it's safe. Very safe my sister was telling me that 'One must not harm another creature physically within the Haven.'." She paused and thought about it before chuckling some. "My sister said that everyone there is a little... crazy I guess you could say. She is too now that I think about it. They believe in being creative... And all of them have a 'muse' which is something they look to for inspiration." She looked at the male and then laughed a little. Her attention turned back to him and then smiled. "It sounds a little strange but hey... It sounds safe thats why my sister is there with her cubs, and my father and mother." She chuckled and then smiled flicking her hair out of her eyes once again.
"I think you might like it."

He growled, long and low in his throat. He didn't like what this little female was telling him. Not at all. This place sounded horribly boring. What would happen if someone angered him? What happened if he wanted a fight? Would he be punished? If anyone even dared think they could walk all over him, then...
He blinked, shaking his head in an attempt to focus on her.
"I don't know." He replied grumpily. "Maybe."
He'd follow her for a little bit longer perhaps and see where this took him. And, if this pride was awful, he'd just get up and leave. No big deal. He wouldn't even need to tell her that he was going.
"Let's get going, then."
