Seraphino looked around, his eyes darting rather quickly. He had been far to lazy today, far to lazy and now he was paying for it. He had wandered the wooded area in search of somewhere quiet to lay and in finding the small, peaceful water and that large shade tree he had passed out almost instantly. He was known to travel, to wander from area to area. Because of this he was not familiar with many places. Now, he stood there looking around trying to figure out what was going on. The sun was setting and it casted a eerie glow across the tops of the trees. "Dammit." he huffed as he began to wander into the woods, sure that this was the way he had came in. "Or was it..." he turned his head to the right. "Good job idiot." he said to himself before quickly replying, "I'm not an idiot, just a little side tracked." He sighed, slowly heading to the right, mumbling to himself as he wandered. Hopefully in the right direction.

Amity stretched her wings, watching the sunset and enjoying the last of her small rodent dinner on a large branch. She felt kind of bad for eating it, but unlike other species, it seemed as though grass and other shrubs didn't fill her very well; she wouldn't kill a lot nor very big animals, but instead preyed on the ones that were near death anyways. She put her head down on the branch as she looked down at the floor.
Her eyes were closing, about to sleep the rest of the day and night away until she heard the crunch of a branch. Someone was coming towards her: a stallion that seemed mighty lost. From her branch, she called to him. "Are you lost or are you just messing around?"
Although it was not completely dark yet, the shade of the branches hid her large wings and twitching tail, not wanting to seem like she would attack him on sight.

The voice came out of nowhere sending a chill down his spine. As he froze in place, turning his head wildly trying to find where the voice came from. He stood there for a minute, looking dumbfounded. "I'm not an idiot." he called out to the voice, for a moment before realizing that had nothing to do with what was said but what the voice in his head was mumbling.
"Up, idiot." he heard himself say before he looked up, squinting his eyes to just make out the look of a body in the tree. He had never come across something like that. He had heard tales of weird looking horses and even ran across a few with long solid tails, horns and fins but nothing like that he would find in a tree.
Not sure how it got up there, he smiled an uneasy smile, taking a few steps back making sure not to trip. His eyes not leaving the faint image of a pale colored creature.
"Heh.. Um...Yes, Hi...I'm..I'm good yeah...good. Are...you lost? Or just pretending to be a monkey?" his voice went from being slightly alarmed to husky almost snarky with his last comment.

Amity let out a kind of mean snicker when she heard and saw the stallion's expression of confusion. He had finally decided to look up and her, and burst out laughing, not really being able to control herself. She wasn't trying to be mean, but she felt like the stallion was just a tad... Slow?
"Monkey...?" She wasn't sure what that was, never actually seen or heard of one, but she took it as a kind of insult, spreading her wings so that he could see and then came down to the ground. "Do I look like this... 'monkey' to you...?"
She smiled at him, showing him her little fangs. Amity knew she was just messing around, but to others, she'd look pretty intimidating then. "It is peaceful and quiet until someone seemingly got lost here." The grin that came with the last statement made her look even more devious without trying.

He let out a hard gulp as he saw her glide down to the ground, exposing her fangs to him. Letting out a loud snort, he took a few steps back, not to many but enough to put a little distance between them. He couldn't help however, look her over watching her, examining her. Her wings, her tail, her frame. Even her movements, were a sight to see and it piqued interest in him.
"Your right, I'm sorry, not a monkey...a...bug. Yeah A big ugly bug." he was terrified deep down, but was trying hard not to show it to much. His ears twitched, trying hard to focus on the surroundings, wanting to make sure there was nothing else out there to eat him. "I told you, I'm not lost. Just a little turned around, but that doesn't mean I'm lost. I can easily get back to where I started. Thank you very much." He grunted as he slowly began to work himself around her.

Amity tried really hard not to show it, but it seemed as though her eyes were on fire. She spent most of her younger life being made fun of by others of her species because of the color of her coat... And for this... stallion to call her a BUG?!
She tried really hard not to land her teeth on the stallion's rump, and instead, started to tease him more. "Fine. I'll be a bug for you. I'll follow you around and see how far you can get without ending up at the edge of a cliff!"
A clear 'hmph' could be heard from her as she lifted her head high and looked away from him. In a somewhat irritated voice, she tried... TRIED to be nice. "If you ever give up and finally admit that you are lost, feel free to ask me for help. I'll be as quiet as a bug until then."
Then, she waited somewhat impatiently until the stallion chose the direction he would head in.

"What was with this chick?" he thought to himself as he watched her huff and puff, trying to make sure he stayed just out of reach of her. "Who knows what this nutcase will do..." he snickered to himself as he mumbled under his breath. Stopping and sitting still to look around the now dark tree line. Everything looked so different in the dark. He wasn't even sure if he would be able to find himself back to the water, let alone back to the thicket he was residing in.
"You talk a lot for a bug..." he sneered as he decided his way, flicking his short tail back and fourth, dismissing her for the moment as he started his way to the northwest. "I bet you can't keep quiet. Then again to think bugs are quiet you must be awfully slow." His eyes cut back to her, over his shoulder.
He was struggling with himself. Part of him enjoyed the words spitting forth like venom. The other part of him felt quite bad for the winged girl, she was after all just trying to help..."Or is she..." he mumbled on his breath.

Amity's eyes gleamed with a bit of annoyance and enjoyment mixed together; she glared at him, not enjoying being called 'bug', but shall play along to his calling. She started to follow him, walking gently, as though stalking her prey.
She moved her tail forward, twitching each one of the individual strands and poked him lightly on the rump, as if bugs were trying to attack him. It wasn't that Amity really wanted to be mean... but more so... Maybe. She wasn't sure...
When she'd notice that the stallion was almost going to look back, she quickly moved her tail back and didn't look in his direction. Amity was quite amused and playing her 'bug' part quite well...

With a Huff and a Snort he kept walking forward, his eyes trying hard to focus as they passed tree by tree. All of them looking familiar to Seraphino and yet none of them being familiar enough to know where he was. "I should have marked my trail..." he mumbled under his breath before feeling the small pinch of something 'nipping' at his behind. With a grunt, he swished his short tail trying to swat whatever it was from annoying him. Almost certain she had something to do with it he would turn and shoot her a glare as she put on an innocent face.
"Hey. Is that you? because if your the one biting my a**. That is not cool." he huffed as he turned to face forward again. " I know it's sexy but I would like it in tact!" He smiled to himself as he shook his head back and forth thinking about how good he looked.
