This week we watched St. Trinian's. What are your thoughts on the movie?

I didn't really care for this movie. I didn't really like any of the characters. I am sort of curious to see how it compares to the original films though. I didn't realize until I went to look up one of the actors that it was a reboot of an old series.

It wasn't quite my cup of tea either. Lack of likable characters aside, even the dog was so cartoonish and absurd that it was really nothing to me when it died, and that sort of thing usually has a pretty significant affect. I was kind of annoyed with the treatment of that. What really bothered me most though was the fact that either the writer, the director, or both can't seem to tell the difference between goths and emos. That bothered me to no end.

Yes, that was odd that they called the goths emos. The goths I have known were not even remotely emo and wouldn't have let themselves be called such.
