Government
The government is run by a President, with the council of a Vice President.
They are voted into office every three years, but the only time any real voting takes place is if the populace as deemed them unworthy to lead before hand.
Each of the 16 Districts is represented by a Senator.
This Senator is voted in, in the same manner as the President and Vice President. They act as both a senator and a governor and spend most of their time in the District they serve in.
Asgard runs on a Democratic Government System.

Transportation
Most of the transportation is Asgard is of the Public Transport variety. Meaning there are alot of buses and taxis. These are free to use by citizens of Asgard, the tab being picked up in their taxes. All visitors to Asgard must pay a small fee.
A license to own and use a Cargo Truck for the transportation of goods can be obtained by Merchants. Large families may also acquire a 'family car', which is basically a van or the high-tech equivalent there of.
As for everyone else bikes, horses, and pretty much any other non-fuel means of transport is allowed and very common.

Housing
Pretty much everyone living on Asgard lives in an Apartment. Houses being reserved for big families or high-ranking Government officials(like the president and vice president).
The Apartments are all generally the same, containing 2-4 bed rooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a living room. While homes can consist of pretty much any combination or rooms imaginable.
Most housing is found in Districts 2-16, with only a select few living in District 1.

Schooling
Children 5-12 must attend General schooling. This includes all the basics and little else. They are encouraged to find an interest in something and tutors in specific subjects are common. There aren't grades (such as k-12) so much as levels. A 7 year old could potentially be learning the same things as a 10 year old depending on the two students intelligence.
After General ed. all teenagers(13+) must either go into a specialized school, apprentice under someone, or join the Asgard Armed Forces.
General schooling is public, while secondary/specialized schooling normally charges a tuition.
The General Education Facility can be found in District 1.
