A couple if days had passed since the events on the island and in that time Mandy had found herself doing little more than sleep and catch up with a few closer friends. But eventually she'd pulled herself out of her hammock to find The Jacket still draped over the back of her desk chair and had decided it was about time to deal with it.
One trip to wash it and iron it later and it was ready to be delivered back to the kind hearted ghoul that had given it to her in the first place.
....if she could just remember the directions to Lizzys dorm Barth had given her. She didn't exactly relish wandering around Demon Dorms lost.
Just as she was getting ready to give up and retrace her steps out she finally spied the door. Hopefully the ghoul would be in, she didn't have her number to check.
Knock, knock, knock.

The first one to answer the door was not Lizzy - it was her Puggle. Wiggling out of the Minipet door that had been installed on the door, it stared up at the visitor, tail wagging, before darting back inside. A number of barks later, the Demoness' voice could finally be heard on the other side of the door, although she sounded rather distracted, "What's wrong, Pugs? Hm, o-oh! Hold on, sorry!"
It was another few seconds before there was a soft click as the door was unlocked and flung open, a flustered Lizzy standing there with Pugs (presumably the name of the Puggle) in her arms.
"Mandy! What a surprise!" She was genuinely surprised, partially because she hadn't been expecting company and her room was... Well, in a mess. It was better than usual, but there were a few stray pieces of paper here and there. Standing to the side to allow the ghoul to enter, she smiled sheepishly, "Sorry if its a little messy... Uh, I've been meaning to clean it up... So, what's the occasion?"
Okay, that was a bit of a lie. She wasn't planning on it. Not really.

Mandy was a little surprised by the Puggle that came out to greet her, only now noticing the minipet door, and gave it a little wave and smile. What a cute little thing, very friendly as well. She’d never trust her minipets enough to have a door installed for them, who knew what chaos they’d cause.
Mandy herself was a little surprised at Lizzy’s flustered state when she greeted her having put the image of calm confidence, and clinginess, firmly in her mind. Ah, maybe she should have asked Barth about her number to warn her of the visit.
“Ah, nice to see you Lizzy, sorry for not giving any warning. And no worries, I’ve seen way worse trust me your rooms practically spotless. I’m just dropping by to return this, thank you for lending it to me.”
At this she held out the jacket with an uncertain smile, not really sure what to do now.

"Breathe!" She laughed when Mandy started to ramble before shaking her head as she waved a hand dismissively in the air, a smile on her face, "And its fine! I really don't mind visitors if they don't mind my room being in a mess!" Yes, she was going to insist that her room was messy, regardless of what the Drop Bear says.
"Thank you! Wow, you even washed and ironed it for me!" Taking the jacket, she draped it across her arm before gesturing for the ghoul to come in with her other arm, "I'm not prepared for visitors, so I don't have much... Um, would you be fine with fruit juice and booberry and chocolate chip muffins? How had you been? Good I hope...! And how about Alwine?"
Seems like she was rambling away as well, without knowing it; hopefully, Mandy wouldn't mind.

The problem with rambling is that it often didn’t leave the person you where rambling to that much opportunity to reply; thus Mandy found herself entering the room in a sort of bemused silence as she tried to keep track of everything she would have to answer once Lizzy stopped.
When the ghoul did Mandy barley left a second pause to pounce in on the conversation before Lizzy got going again, “I’m not the only one rambling it seems and in orders; you’re welcome it wasn’t any trouble really, that sounds delicious, yes I have been good and I haven’t been able to see her much yet but I know at least she made it back with the rest of us.”
Pausing to mentally check she’d answered all the questions she took the opportunity to ask her own, “How have you been?”.

Lizzy couldn't resist blushing slightly when Mandy replied her at one go, since that meant that she had been caught rambling; however, the ghoul's response also prompted a soft giggle from her.
"I got over exited there!" She grinned, transferring the jacket to drape over the back of her chair before she moved to a small cardboard box, placed in what seemed like the 'kitchen' corner of her room, even if it looked like she hadn't been using it at all, judging from how new everything looked. Opening the box, she retrieved one of the muffins and placed it on a plate before taking out a small packet of fruit juice (apple, apparently) from her mini-fridge.
"I'm glad that both of you made it back!" She was pretty sure nobody got left behind... It would be terrible if they came back with one less student! She then gestured at a small room at the back with a small, sheepish smile, "That's the skelevision room... Sort of the other place in my room with a seat for more than one person."
Leading the ghoul into the small room, she placed the plate and fruit juice packet on the small coffee table and took a seat on the couch, patting the empty seat beside her as an invitation for Mandy to do the same.
"I've been... Good too, I suppose," She forced a soft chuckle as she shook her head, "I had experienced nightmares about... That place, but at least we're home now!"
