I'm a little under weight. I eat lots of Junk food and sweets but not that much on meat and I hardly exercise, I want be a little fatter, What do I do?

I'm trying to gain weight as well. Here are some tips that I've been given:
-Drink protein shakes. (If you need recipes, I'd be happy to provide some, just pm me.) -Eat lots of protein rich foods, i.e. peanut butter, nuts, eggs, red meat, etc.
Erm, I'll try to give you some more tips later, but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
Also, are you trying to gain fat, muscle, or just weight?

You could start eating late and then going to sleep on a full stomach. But why would you want to be a little fatter? Being a little underweight is not a bad thing. I used to be skinny and I would love to be skinny again so I can wear cute clothing again. crying

Also, are you trying to gain fat, muscle, or just weight? just weight. Well, to gain weight, you need to get physically bigger, gain muscle, or be fat. You'll want to review your diet and make sure you're getting enough protein and calcium. Protein shakes are often drunk by people with a high metabolism to keep their body from eating away at itself, so, it should help you gain weight.

well...easiest would be... mcdonald's and some game console mixture ^^ play games while consuming loads of fast food...beer helps too...as well as vodga and other nice drinks like that, for more information about that you should google^^

XD Though, google is a good idea. Anyhow, protein shakes are probably going to be your best friend. There's nothing wrong with wanting to gain a bit of weight. biggrin

Isometrics every morning, despite you being sore. Eat right whiles doing that for a week, then pig out for the rest of the month. You'll be bulky in no time without getting flabby. I don't recommend beer, because you won't be able to lose that beer belly once you get it.
Isometrics and plyometrics are gonna bulk up your muscle fast, if you don't really want to put on fat.

There's nothing wrong with wanting to gain a bit of weight. biggrin true XD but it's not like they wouldn't be able to drink, even if they are minors ^^ once upon a time my ex gf was trying to lower her weight and she had this book, saying how much calories you may consume, how many calories some kind of food or drink contains, when used correctly, you may gain weight in no time ^^ im sure you'll find something like that from google ^^

Okay, if you are thin, enjoy it while you can, because the weight will catch up with you if you eat too much. And trust me, you'll want to be thin again. Another way to get bigger is to get muscle. Excising will help. It will actually be the best so you don't get really fat.

Just work out and start building some muscle...muscle weighs more than fat so if you want pure weight go for getting muscle...though I would kill to lose like 40 pounds

The guy could have an issue to where he needs to gain weight. Not everyone is overweight in the world. lol. I commented on yours though many have said it. I think people need to remember that there is such a thing as being too thin. If he wants to gain weight, it's not our place to dissuade him from doing so. Maybe it is necessary. Maybe he just wants to be less lanky. Either way, we should remember that some people could use a sandwich.

Even you do start to loose weight and not get muscle.. um.. don't stop, but... err it's not a good sign I guess.
