This area is for mostly all the noble familes to attended. The captains meeting room is also up in the white castle. The castle itself is connected to the holding cell tower where they hold there prisoners. The castle is also ontop of a mountain that is placed close to the Central 46 area. The rim of the mountain holds the area where the royal familes are. This castle also holds different areas for you to explore and have fun. There is also a place where you can train if you really want to. Don't count on training here for long though. The Castle is also used by Central 46 to give out orders to all of Seireitei and the rest of the Gotei 14.

 -----Shortly after arriving in Soul Society, Takashi would first report at the White Castle. It was magnificent, laying atop a glorious mountain with beautiful scenery. However, today was not a day to acknowledge nature's looks. The Commander was here to gather the Gotei 13 into a meeting; numerous subjects had to be discussed before further actions were taken care of. Arriving at the Castle, Takashi briskly strolled inside, then found a room most suitable for a gathering place. There, he found a single man, robed so that his identity was covered. Probably a Second Division operative. "You, gather all of Soul Society's Captains and high ranking Soul Reapers here. We've got some things to address, so hurry. Now!" With these words, the messenger would disappear, off to rally those who he was tasked to find.
OOC ][ All Captains and, if you want, Royal Guard Soul Reapers need to report here immediately. A meeting is to be held, and everyone needs to be accounted for.

╚═══════════╝ ▂▃▅▆Take root... Sekai no Ki▆▅▃▂ Daichi had not been in Soul Society long before hearing of the call for a meeting of the Captains. He had been there with the Captain Commander, though he had been absent when he had left. Honestly, he had no idea exactly what it was that had brought this about, but he knew that this was nothing good. Perhaps it had to do with the Hollow who had been protecting the human girl, or the humans themselves.... Or maybe it was the Quincy again... He could only speculate. The 8th Division Captain quickly found the meeting room and entered, bowing before the Captain Commander and taking his usually seat.
"If I might ask before the others arrive... What is this about Takashi? Does it have anything to do with what happened on Earth?"
Daichi's speech was usually formal enough, though when he spoke one on one with people, especially ones he knew well he tried to relax his tone. It was as much a sign of comradeship as a sign of respect for who he was talking to. If he didn't respect you or know you, his speech was rigid and stiff, especially if he disliked you.

 A swishing sound aired through the building as the 12th Division Captain stepped forth into the Imperial White Castle. There he stood with a cheerful smiled etched from each side as the began walking towards the meeting section. "Good day Sotaicho" He smiled warmly before dipping his chin somewhat timidly. Apparently the commander had something urgent importance to inform them of. Captains were usually informed of oncoming meetings days before hand, however this was a bit more abrupt and unexpected than usual. Makaru had been in the middle of researching the spiritual properties of seki seki. He had spent approximately two days on this research, and he was hoping to be finished with it within the next 34 hours. It crossed his mind to asked the commander what this meeting had been about, however before he could act on it he would notice the 8th Division Captain step into the room. Apparently he had no clue on what was going on either judging from the peculiar expression he possessed on his face. Turning back towards the captain commander, Makaru politely folded his arms behind his lower waist. "If I may ask captain commander, what is this about?" His voice was kind, almost too polite.

He would find Captain Daichi there, showing his respect in the form of a bow. Takashi grinned; of course, Daichi would be the only one to arrive earlier than the others. Shortly after the man's bow, however, the Commander would listen to his question, which he would then proceed to answer to the best of his ability. "Yes, yes it does. With the Arrancar running wild in the Human Realm, things are going to get drastically dangerous. They could destory the entire population and with it, the future of both races. I can't allow that to happen. Soul Society must take action, before it's too late. I won't make the same mistake as the previous Commander.." spoke Takashi; every word spoken was absolutely true. With the Arrancar running freely in the Karakura, things were going to get hectic.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." Hayate arrived at the White Castle with a sense of urgency, his usual laid back stroll now replaced with a jog. He still tried to take in the scenery, since he hadn't visited the castle in quite some time. The mountain itself was gorgeous, and the castle? He was breathless, and not just because he was jogging. This wasn't a place he visited on a daily basis, so every time he came he looked like a lost tourist.
Hayate entered the White Castle and was immediately reminded of why he loved and hated visiting this place-he has a tendency to get distracted rather easily. And with all the beautiful patterns on the wall, he'd follow them until he ended up lost. Hayate would end up checking quite a few rooms and going down plenty of empty hallways until he finally heard voices a few rooms ahead of him discussing the situation, Daichi and Takashi included. It sounded like the Human World was getting close to being overrun by Arrancar, and the Captain Commander wanted to for a plan. He entered the room and took his seat near Daichi, bowing to the two captains and Takashi himself. He didn't mind not looking presentable; his dirty and frayed uniform was the least of his worries at this point. "I can see that I'm not too late. I was afraid that I'd be one of the last ones here. So...a situation in the human realm, huh? Then I suppose seeing all of those Arrancars at once wasn't just by chance..." "...that I'll keep giving you second chances."    Zanpakuto

He agreed with the Captain Commander, but it didn't meant he liked it. It had been... a while since he had to actually fight in a large scale battle like this, and chances are that's what it was going to come to... Hell it had been a year or so since he had even used his Bankai, and now he could feel that soon there was going to be a lot of fighting, and very possibly a lot of death. This was a very delicate situation.
"I suppose this means we may even be going into a full out war... I see why you called us so urgently, I just wish the other Captains would get here so we could discuss this and make proper plans for whats to come."
Daichi wasn't usually one to worry, but the possibility of a full out war was serious. It could ravage the Human world, or destroy all of Soul Society if it wasn't handled properly, not to mention what would happen should the other races get involved like the Bounts or the Quincy... or even the Vizards... This was going to give Daichi a migraine, he could feel it now.

Kiyoshi slipped into the meeting room after one last flash-step and casually dusted off the dark red hanten he had decided to wear over his usual shinigami clothes. Sugiora was nowhere in sight, but many other captains had already arrived, but he did not feel a speck for his lack of punctuality. From what he had heard, things in the human world had really turned for a worst. Kuchiki was absent too. Did she not make it back? "Is this related to the little visit half of you made to the human world?" he finally asked to let his presence known, not bothering to hide his boredom. "Is it time to settle things with Hueco Mundo once and for all before moving on to those impertinent Visoreds?"
If war did break out and he was pretty sure that it would, Kiyoshi would finally have some work to do. It would be risky, but what wouldn't be? Arrancars, Visored, Quincies or humans. It did not matter. As long as they stood in his way, they were all the same to him. The question was which one should go down first.

Taicho "Don't assume that just because I'm nice..." Hayate gave a polite nod to Kiyoshi as he walked in while he listened to the two of them made comments. Hayate was on board with Kiyoshi-it was time to finish off those annoying Hollows once and for all. War was seeming like the best choice at this point, and Hayate was all for it. After all, making a full scale invasion is the only way to make sure that they could finally have peace. No more invasion threats, just...peace. He wasn't some genocidal maniac though; all he wanted was for people to be safe. No innocent Hollows needed to be hurt, and he was more than prepared to argue in defense of it.
"Well...in my personal opinion, it can't be helped. War, or at least some sort of invasion must be done. The Hollows are becoming more of a threat through increased numbers..." Hayate said. He paused to clear his throat as he figured out the rest of what he wanted to say. He wanted to choose his words carefully so he didn't cause much of a disturbance with the other captains. "...and in order to protect the Soul Society as well as the Human World, we need to take the fight to them. Otherwise, we'll be giving them the chance to retreat and regroup." Daichi was calm, considerate and disciplined. Kiyoshi was his opposite. Despite this the 8th Division Captain remained respectful, mostly because he dismissed it as a result of his youth compared to the other Captains.... Especially Daichi himself.
"This will be far from the first time Soul Society has ever tried to wipe out the Arrancar of Hueco Mundo.... The reason they failed was that they were driven by a catastrophe of some kind to act. We need to take time to plan this properly if it's going to happen, or we'll fail just as the Captains of the past have... As for the Vizards, I would ask that we leave them be until they actually present a threat. So far all it would seem that they want is to be left well enough alone."
Daichi considered Hayate's position before speaking again.
"I do agree, at the very least their numbers need to be culled so that we can make life a bit easier.... Not to mention Espada are venturing into the human world without reason. They're becoming bold, and that's something that needs to be stopped before people get killed."
Daichi had said his peace for now.... there were only five Captains here so far... that was troubling. Either they were being lazy, which seemed likely, or the messengers simply hadn't reached them yet.

Once he found it, he spoke clearly, "No. War is what our ancestors relied upon. It costed us major cuttings in the amount of soliders we have to this very day. As such, there will not be a war without further evidence of why the Arrancar are here." Even to the Commander, his own words sounded insane. However, Takashi trusted his judgement; he may've been young, but humans were under his protection. He'd make sure that they were safe at all costs; a war with Arrancar in the Human Realm would only make things so much worse. "What we need is a team of elite and experienced Soul Reapers to infiltrate the Human World, and devise some sort of recon. Record Arrancar activities, see and not be seen, and above all, don't engage in any conflicts. Humans are the main priority, people. If we fight the Arrancar now while their still in the Human World, we'll just be killing ourselves." said the young man with boldness. True, the foundation of the Human World was not a very gentle place to engage in any battle, especially with the risk of losing lives. No, there was another option besides outright war, and even if Takashi's subordinates didn't see it in the same view, they would still comply to their superior's commands. They had to. "Arrancar are shady and corrupt, however, we can't naturally assume they're after the Human Race just yet. Not without proof. Our ancestors left their vile and dishonorable beliefs with them, passed down from generation to generation. And with each one I recall, it tells nothing but the slaying of Hollow kind. What did they ever do to deserve it? Sure, they may kill humans, but a small percentage of the beasts are actually quite cilivized. Pray that the current Arrancar in Karakura are civilized as well."

Takashi was behaving like a pacifist much to Kiyoshi's irritation. All his nonsense about how Arrancars had not deserved their previous treatments and how some of them were actually civilized was perceived as weakness and he snorted in disdain. "Killers can be civilized. How many lives were taken in the name of preserving civilization? Proof or not, it is only a matter of time before one side strikes first." Kiyoshi was a firm believer that striking first was crucial and the ultimate defense was offense. Their clashing beliefs were bound to ignite tension between him and the Captain Commander, but he did not care. Meetings existed for the reason of opinion sharing and if the captains would not speak up, who will?"Either way, it looks like you'll have your hands full for a while, Nagano, unless you all trust me to control myself."

  Koga Tensei - 6th Division Captain What were the point of messengers if they were going to deliver a message late? Especially to him! The Captain of the 6th Division. The Division that happened to deal with Strategic Maneuvering falling under the category of "Lead" Combat squad. So he may have been one of the younger captains, but so what? Rushing through the White Castle up to where the meeting was supposed to take place he stopped outside the door while regaining his composure. From outside of the doors he could hear the Commander's words on the situation. Entering the room Koga bowed in respect towards his fellow captains. " Forgive my lateness. The message did not arrive quite on time...But from what I''ve heard, it seems as though a war may break out." stated Koga before looking to Kiyoshi as he spoke. Sighing at what the male had said Koga spoke yet again knowing it would anger Kiyoshi. " What you say is true...That I will not deny, but regardless of which side strikes first it is wise to observe before acting Kiyoshi." stated Koga firmly.
As 6th Division Captain it was his job to be thoughtful of his actions as well as the actions of his squad. His second job much to the assist of the first one, was to plan ahead for battles in the future. If there was no solid information he could not, no...would not be able to perform to the best of his ability. He was not however clueless to what happened in the Human world. Koga knew exactly of what happened, and Kuchiki had not made it back yet. However right now something had to be taken care of, and the meeting would solve just that.

AerinItonami Zero Divison Two Rings " Aerin half-stumbled into his captain's office, a stupid grin plastered on his face. His nose, only a little red at this point, would be his only indication of intoxication if he kept his mouth shut. But, hey, this was a party after all! Who was gonna be quiet during a celebration, especially with his young friend being the not honored guest. Yes, Daichi's promotion from my old squad, while surprising and saddening, was definitely something the squad had to celebrate about. He was a 'lucky kid' Aerin mused, and tonight would be the night he got so s**t faced he wouldn't even remember why he would be laying on the floor holding a potted plant when morning came.
Taking smaller steps now, he made his way into the office, taking note of another and suddenly hushing himself. It was more stifled laughter, but if the boy was busy with something on the couch, he wouldn't necessarily notice his Lieutenant trying to play hopscotch to get from the door to wherever the hell his feet were taking him. Aerin's nose shifted at this instance, though, twitching as his eyebrows scrunched then arched as his gaze landed on the bags located on a nearby table. 'Party supplies?' He pursed his lip and shuffled forward, hands grasping at air before ripping at the thin brown paper. There was no crash of glass to follow, though. As a bottle made an escape for the floor Aerin's cat-like reflexes during this state of inebriation took control, a hand snatching it from midair and bringing it to eye level. "Ooooh, what do we have here?" He chuckled rather loudly, thinking his voice was that of a whisper and his words were clear as a monotonic narration. Blue orbs read a slurred name before the cap suddenly went flying off to the other side of the room, a resounding "Bank shot!" filling the air as it clattered haphazardly against the bookshelf it made contact with.
Aerin snickered to himself and raised the unknown alcohol to his lips, sipping it as it he were some sort of wine taster before continuing to down a nice portion of the fiery liquid inside. "Oh s**t!" He said after a brief period of silence, coughing from the contents. "Woo! Even hillbillies would say that's some good s**t!" His coughing continued, followed by a brief moment of silence as he forgot the lesson he had learn just prior, repeating this process with a slur of vulgarities even time.

 Oroshi Suiiki sneaks into the spot he is assigned to stand and keeps silent, preferring not to make a scene. The 5th squad captain watches standing presciently for the verdict to be rendered as the other captains argued and bickered and discussed the situation. After having become bored he waited in his quiet stance looking at all the 5th squad captain wonders what caused the Arrancar to run rampant in the world of the living, was it simple interests or was it something sinister? His thoughts run rather rampant themselves as he considers all the possibilities for the idea of war. He softly utters,
"Lets all pray that it doesn't come to that." The 5th squad then perks up and says to the group rather then himself in his second comment,
"As fifth squad captain I'd like to make a more formal announcement. I'm preparing to make a slight change to my squad. Members of my squad will focus predominantly on kido for either the purpose of healing or combat, to further assist 4th squad and to assist in the front-line medics."
He then once again quiets down so he can gauge reactions of the other members of the Gotei 13 Captains. After his announcement he closes his eyes and waits for the end of the meeting or for a point which he would need to voice an opinion waiting for the other captains to get their voices out into the crowd and also for the rest to show up even.
