Secret Mobile Corps
Notorious amongst the Thirteen Court Protection Squads, second Division's chief responsibility is to locate and eliminate specific targets set in opposition to the Gotei 13 namely assassins, the Secret Mobile Corp also acts as a detainment Division and is charged with the keeping and holding of individuals known to be hostile to the Thirteen Court Protection Squads, due to the fact that prisoners are stripped of rank and weapon, weapons are not allowed on the warden's person as a result nearly the entire Division is fully capable of handling themselves with naught but their bare hands. Secret Mobile corps are allowed the freedom to make in-field decisions as commander-in-chief over every other division as their work entails the greatest amount of importance in detail. However; at the same time the Division is severely restricted by this very freedom, as the acting commander-in-chief on the field, Second Division's Captain will face the praise or condemnation of their actions, however; the entire squad is dealt the same punishment, making the teamwork in this squad exceptionally good.
