To the Southeast of Downtown and towards the edge of Uptown is Karakura's Waterfront, the Ocean in all its magnificent glory, hardly changed at all by the comet's impact remains peaceful and constant for the most part, while storms and the like can cause it to become chaotic and violent. The waterfront has immense floodgates set in the base of the docks which will turn on automatically when a certain level of pressure from the ocean is reached, this is to prevent another catastrophic wave from nearly wiping out Karakura as it did with the Outskirts so many years ago, the floodgates are immense and rather than simply stable they rock and bend some to allow for give and as such are extremely resilient to the bucking ocean's sway.
The Waterfront though in times of peaceful ocean currents is a bustling port of ships, more submarine vehicles now than open-deck ships a majority of these vessels remain underwater for stability while an open deck up top allows for comfort. The docks are usually full of business and are where foreigners occasionally arrive. The Waterfront is consequently one of the busiest non-Downtown districts of Karakura.

Karlos came up to a scene that still, even in his advanced age, gave him chills. The ocean. Vast and powerful. Karlos watched as couples and groups walked the boardwalks. It was chilly outside still and even with his scarf the wind went through him. He walked along and found that the city hadn't covered the entire beach, and that some forest still remained.
He made his way through the woods finding a cliff-side. It over looked the water and was absolutely beautiful. The sun covered him with its rays warming him. "Even a world full of people, over populated even, I'm alone.."

 ✿Rose Sakura✿Rose walked as close to the ocean as she could, and smiled. She breathed in a deep breath, and sighed happily at the sweet smell of the ocean. She held her hands behind her back, and closed her eyes, relaxing, as she listened to the sounds of the water, and birds flying above her. She could smell the salty water, almost as if she were standing in it.
Rose opened her eyes after a moment, and remembered being back in France. She never could have sweet moments like this. She was always surrounded by cafes, and shops, but never the ocean. She stood where she was for a moment, then noticed a small boy sitting on the ground, a few meters away from from her. Although he had a small chain sticking out of his chest. Rose bit her lip, not sure if she should go near him.
The last spirit she approached disappeared, and came back as a hollow. After thinking about it for a little, she sighed, then walked over to the little boy.
"Hello... Are you lost?" She asked, in her French accent. The little boy looked up at her, and smiled weakly. "You talk weird... And no. I came here to find my big sister." Rose nodded, and sat next to him, tucking her dress's bottom under her neatly. "Oh? Maybe I can help you find her." The boy stared at her for a minute, then shook his head. "She's alive... So she can't see me."
Rose nodded, and started to think of ways she could help the boy.

 Lilith Seeing no one around she set her case down and opened it up and took her violin out once more. This time her reitsu could be sensed as she began to play a very soothing melody on her violin and began to hum along, her eyes closed as she fell into a trance playing her music. for once she began to glow in the sunlight as she began to smile.

 Quinn was rather tired from classes at the university. She'd ben lecturing most of the day away and found it slightly peaceful to come to the docks to look out at the ocean swaying . It was also a bit of her intention to look at the area the comets came crashing down. The abnormalities that they caused still intrigued her and she'd still receive numerous reports from clan members from around the world of the Shinken house. Still she didn't have the opportunity to really research the spiritual nature of the "evolved humans the event seemed to have created. She did however hear of rumors of these individuals calling themselves "Advent Humans", which she found some irony in with them not actually being the true new arrival of a human evolution. Though they did pose quite a difference from the Quincy in their range of abilities and the variety. They were more over a wide range of mutation that one linear evolutionary step. Yet all this science talk was her mind running on and on about something that shouldn't matter while trying to relax.
As she'd walk along the board walk she'd stop to hear a young woman playing her violin. Though it was somewhat faint Quinn could tell their was something super natural about this girls Violin. She'd come closer and close her eyes as she'd listen addressing the woman kindly. " You play beautifully. Mind if I ask how long you've been playing? " Quinn wasn't trying to be obvious or really trying anything to be obvious about she was more over trying to get to know this individual who seemed to be just what her over active mind was pondering about. Yet to what truth that held wasn't quit in her ability to tell given that these Advent humans still had white soul strings and blended in well with the surrounding when not using their powers. This woman though seeping out Reiatsu was still not quite showing a spike enough to cause any alarm in Quinn.

Lilith Lilith opened her eyes to see a woman had been drawn to her music and she smiled politly. " I have been playing for over 12 years" She said, answering her question. Although she was very fluent in many languages her original german accept seeped through a little when she spoke, but it was not a harsh accent. " Do you know how to play?" She asked awkwardly, unsure what else to really say.

((It's fine I don't mid keeping it short if you're running low on the good stuff right now. Lets see if I can't inspire you a bit. =3))
As the young woman would stop playing to address Quinn She'd return the smile she'd given her and would proceed to think a bit about her question. " Your welcome, and I'm not really a musician myself though I do have a deep appreciation for various types of music. though I truly tend to gravitate towards Jazz. How about you what would be your favorite genre of music. I know you play the violin beautifully and with the twelve years under your belt I'd expect someone with your depth of skill to be playing in a theater, or do you have some other reason to be so far from home...well given your german accent there I'd guess you're a bit far from home here." Quinn wouldn't really be interrogating the young woman as it seemed to be snow balling into with out much reply from Lilith. Rather Quinn deductive reasoning kept her reeling trough the answers with plausible evidence keeping her big mouth running and probably biting off more than she'd intended to. Yet by the time she'd take a breath she'd introduce herself"... hmm~ anyways my name is Quinn, Quinn Macer professor of Anthropology at the University of these parts. I've particularly been looking for unique human individuals. They seem to be abundant in Karakura. though moving think you should consider attending a university or finding a local job exploiting that talent for more than the pleasure of passers by. a bit of money in a foreign land does you worlds of help, I should know I'm originally from australia myself." Quinn would smile alleviate what tension she'd suspected she might of created with how her quick paced talking and seemingly sporadic train of thought had left little wind in between for a honest and decent conversation but she'd hoped her current company would excuse her on the initial foibles of her character.

Lilith She began to get suspicious once she began asking more questions, but once the hint of finding" special humans" was dropped she felt relief. She couldnt help herself but chuckle softly as she lightly covered her mouth. She put the bow and violin in one hand and placed her free hand out.
" Its a pleasure to meet you Miss Quinn. I'm Lilith Nasaria, final year of high school. " She paused a moment before continuing. " I guess you caught me, I suppose by special you mean though who can see spiritual energy and other beings normal humans cant see. And I suppose you yourself can also see and use that energy."
She was rather suprised To find someone civil enough to talk to. The others she had just met... were too busy fighting to really be of any interest. " I came here from Germany to my last year of high school, and possibly find out what I was meant to do with... this unique ability." She was rather excited. Her grandmother had explained as much as she knew, but the two new... well now three new kinds of spiritual energy brought so many questions of what was really out there. She just didnt know where to start or... if she should even ask.

Quick to pick up Quinn's drive here she'd save Quinn any pondering on how to introduce the subject of "what are you" into the conversation since this girl seemed interested enough to find out for herself and to what nature the other things of this world she didn't understand. it was a rather expansive truth that laid before Lilith and she'd still be fairly ignorant to it, but Quinn wasn't a spoiler of these sorts of things, that type of adventure in youth was something she found fairly refreshing. Still she'd share what she could at the moment have the liberty to allow the young girl to know.
"Well you're quick to the point. I like that, i like that a lot." she smile and give something of a little nod to confirm it to herself but she'd refocus on the girls words. "Well~ Lilith I'm not sure what I should tell you or where i should start to explain to you you what you've kinda walked into here, though from the feel of things in he distance things have gotten rather loud not to far off from here. In a word yes I'm like you, and then again I'm a little different. common lets find somewhere to sit an talk a bit this might take some time to give you the gist of things but I thin we can work trough it alright, alrighty lets move on. " Quinn would head for a near by bench or rest area so she could talk to Lilith with a bit more relaxed a setting with somewhere to sit. Coming to the bench and sitting down Quinn would reintroduce herself but a bit differently. "I'm Quinn Macer human, and Quincy. Now to what that means I'll get back to that but for now can you tell me what you've sen so far when it comes to the spiritual world and well the supernatural in general? It'll help me better explain from point to pint on what's brought you here in terms of what you might be searching for or realizing with this towns strong spiritual density. I'm an anthropologist, so I study...well use but I also study souls and the energy that composes them. Yet again I'm getting ahead o myself so please tell me what you know."

Lilith Lilth nodded, excitment and almost a feeling of releief seemed to flood her. Finally someone who may have answers to the questions she had for so long. She put her instrument away and followed Miss Quinn to the bench and sat down very lightly upon it.
She pleaced the violin case at her feet and collected her thoughts as to where she should begin. She decided to start at the beginning. " All that I know is what my Grandmother had taught me. I know that our spiritual power is called many things but here ive heard the term Reitsu thrown around. " She then paused, unsure if that was even the correct term, but she assumed Miss Quinn would correct her if she was wrong. " What I really know is merely from what I see. And what I see is the different color, power level, and the slight difference in each species type of spiritual energy. For example, The mess you were talking about happening back there-" She pointed in the direction of where the shrine used to be. " Over there there were three different types of energy, and a range of how much power each held. Two seemed to have more animal-istic features, and great power. and more then three wore uniforms and seems to hold specific rank to something, but I have never seen them before... And then there was a boy who had similar spiritual reitsu as I. While you on the other hand have a signature that is completely different from those I've already seen. " She pointed out calmly. Merely sharing everything she had observed with Miss Quinn. " You say your called a Q-u-i-n-c-y... Meaning there are are others like you I assume. Meaning those other types of energies ive seen must also have names and information on them." She said in heavy thought, thopugh she kept her focus on Quinn to see if she was even right in her Theory about any of this, but before that she answered the final question. " The reason why I came here was to further my knowledge on what I am, as well as what I was meant to accomplish in this world, in possibly helping the next" She said finally, giving up what she had been sent here to do, unsure if she should feel ashamed for her goal, or proud. In some ways she wanted to study what Quinn had already known, this subject was somthing that had driven her to work so hard and remain distant from those around her, but still maintain a respectable position in the school.

✿Rose Sakura✿Rose noticed other people were in the area, able to sense their spiritual pressure, but ignored them, and kept talking to the spirit boy. "Well... I can help you pass on to the next world." She offered the spirit boy. The spirit boy shook his head, and said, "The only other next world I have seen is being one of those giant monsters..." Rose smiled, and provided the world to what he meant, "Hollows. But that's not it... Have you seen some weird people in black cosplay-looking clothes? They do something with their sword... And then you glow... and then you disappear." She sighed, and added, "I wish I could do that... It would be so useful if I could help spirits like you more..."

Dios Quinta"I have chosen my path, I shall walk down the road of darkness,As the shinigami and arrancar were gathering at the cemetery, one could tell that something big is going to happen, and as if almost on due, an garganta appears above the busy area. As the garganta opens up, a strong and somewhat dark, spiritual pressure could be sensed coming from within it. "It seems that the others aren't here" a voice said as a dark skinned and tall man appeared from within the garganta. As he steps out, the garganta closes, "Hmm, it seems that the others are interacting with the Shinigami. This could prove troublesome if one should attack the other" the man said as he looked towards the area where all of the strong spiritual were coming from. "I guess it can't be helped." He said as he turned his back on his comrades and instead, walked towards a tall building, he then stopped as he sensed a somewhat strong spiritual pressure below him, and two more further on down.
"The World of the Living is a very unique place" was all he thought as he payed little attention to the people and kept on walking towards the building. Upon arrival, he simply sat down and then laid back, "The sun here is a lot more warm than in Las Noches" the man thought as he closed his eyes and relaxed, "Those guys better not do anything to draw anymore attention over there" the man said as he glanced towards the cemetery once more. and so my heart will be forever encased in the dark as well" ____________________________Zanpakuto:

Lilith As soon as another energy stepped through to this world she frowned. This one rubbing her the wrong way for reasons she couldnt quite comprehend. She placed a hand on her violin case and it instantly soothed her. She watched as this new power walked away and went off into the city, once it was gone she sighed and looked back to Quinn. ' more and more powerful reitsus... Grandmother really wasnt lying when she said here there was always activity.

✿Rose Sakura✿Rose sensed another reiatsu, and shivered, not liking this one. The spirit boy's eyes widened, and he started crying loudly. "Nooo! I'm scared!" He cried. Rose jumped, and smiled nervously. "I-It's okay! I'm sure it is nothing!" She said, trying to calm the spirit. She knew what happened when spirits got upset... And she didn't feel like dealing with a hollow! Especailly since she had taken a liking to this one spirit.

I wonder what she is doing" Having said that, the man's attention quickly turned to the direction of the cemetery, "And yet another one of us have shown up" he thought as he stood up, "Things are really beginning to get interesting-" the man stops as he looks down at the boy who was crying.
Seconds later, the man was behind the boy, "You should not be here. I've got a feeling that things might get a little messy." He then looked at the girl, "You should leave as well, I don't think you're at a high enough level to handle all of this spiritual pressure, so leave now.
