What was once a rushing waterfall is now a paradise. Carved from the mountains, now a great expanse extends. A deep haze hangs over the mountain. Framed by a ring of mountains, the center of this land cast perpetually in the wee hours of morning, it is protected on all sides. At the heart of it, a great tower of Japanese design pierces the clouds.

Can a Nightmare...
Finally, Gatseui was on her last few mile stretch of run till she reached the tower, even at this distance, and dispite it's rather plan look, she was in silent awe of it, it pulsed with a power that seemed to becon her, with that much power... she could save humanity from itself. With that sort of power she could climb higher and higher until the Gods themselves knew her name. She could destroy this world and rebuild it anew, shaped into a world that was for the better, a world that was for, all purposes... perfect. She wanted that power... she needed that power in order to set things right in the world and give humanity what it wanted. Her pace slowed down and took on a more cautious approach. As she crawled throught the last little bit of terrain she wasn't sure why she was here. She wasn't sure what was waiting for her and she wasn't willing to find out by falling into the clutches of anything unpleasant to find out. Regardless of the caution, she still made her way with some level of haste, this might be her opertunity to grant Humankind's desires. Humankinds desires, were her desires... And what they desired was conflict so that they could feel alive. Feel pure. Or was it that simple? She thought that she knew, that she understood everything there was to know about humanity and what made it tick, on the outside, it was so obvious that they as humans were nothing more than savages who delighted only in the pains and torments of those who opposed them. In order to feel superior to others they needed to put other down and show dominance over the other. That was what it seemed to be, but was there a different reason? A reason that she didn't see from her own darkness? Was there more to humanity's desires that just conflict and war? Why do humans want to risk themselves for the sake of others if it was only for self gain? What was the point of creating bonds if they were only going to be severed and lost in the savage hunger of human conflict and need of self preservation. Gatseui looked up at the tower for a minute. Her mind in deep though while she was cloaked in the shadows of some nearby cover. Was there something that she was missing in her logic? Why did Kiko and Ichi-ru care so much for each other if their only purpose was power and conflict to satisfy their own selfish lusts for power? Maybe this was why she was granted a second chance. Truely, her goals were pure, but they had been tangeled in her own short sighted glimpses of what humans were really like. Was this what the Raikage was telling her in the office? Was this why she was destined to fail in her goals and the reason her dreams withered after one slight mistake? She didn't know anymore, and she wasn't sure what she was wanting to do. She wanted to be of some use to someone, she didn't want to be alone anymore, and she knew what she wanted to goals to be, what her life's mission was. And yet, it was obscured in fog, the path in which she was needed to go in order to obtain what her desires and dreams were. She wanted to usher in a new world, she wanted to bring humanity to a place were it was truely comfortable, a world where it could truly flurish and grow. What was it, that human kind truely desired? Was it conflict? Was it Peace? Was it simply to strive for peace, to have a collected goal in which everyone could seek out... but the conflict along to the way was some self appointed task or test of faith? She didn't know anymore, she just didn't know. For now, her dreams were still shrouded in a fog that blocked her true sight. Everything that she thought she knew had been shaken up by one jesture were a thousand words failed. What was she going to do with her life now, what could she do with her life now that she wasn't a name or a face, only a title. She was starting to understand now, the weight of what she had done was starting to crush on her shoulders and she didn't know what to do in order to make it up to those around her. Was one little word really enough to begin to mend what she had done? She didn't know, she just... didn't know anymore. She straightened herself up and began to finish off the distance to her mission. Perhaps this was the place where her vision could be cleared, and her pentance could happen. This place that pulled her and beconed to her.... maybe this was calling her for this exact reason. Only one way to find out, she supposed....Be woven into a beautiful dream?

Can a Nightmare...
Gatseui continued her trek towards the tower that was starting to get closer, though it still seemed a ways off. She kept to the shadows mostly, unsure if she was even making any progress in moving forwards. Granted ,that wasn’t something that she would worry about at least right this moment, if things continued to go on like this then she would try and see if it was a genjutsu that had her traveling in circles. She took a quick glimpse over her shoulder but saw nothing, she didn’t know if the others were following her still or if they had gone back to the Raikage. She turned her head to face forwards again to make sure that she didn’t run into something or do an ungraceful face-plant just in time for someone to show up and tell her what was going on and why she was being pulled here. She doubted that would strike a high level of confidence in whomever was summoning her to… er… wherever she was going. The small slits in her mask for her sight masked a slightly narrowing of her mismatched eyes, what was going on here? As usual, the Raikage treated her like a mushroom; kept her in the dark and feeds her crap. Granted, this wasn’t sure if this quite qualified as that, after all she wasn’t fed any sort of information spare it was going to be ‘The most important mission of her life’ big woop… thanks for the heads Boss. Hopefully this didn’t prove the equivalent of going up against a boar with a butter knife. Whatever, she supposed getting herself all worked up about it wasn’t going to be doing her any favours, she noted that she had a rather bad habit of doing that, actually. She got herself worked up for what ended up being nothing. Maybe she should try an upbeat and pleasant habit of telling herself that she could instead of she couldn’t. … …. Nah… that was more Kazin’s styles more than hers. She preferred the pessimistic views, that way when they happened she was at least mentally prepared to deal with that sort of thing. That was something that she was likely not to get rid of with her new start on things. She didn’t feel comfortable changing who she was, there was some things that she didn’t mind working on as a person to help her grow, but having such a sudden and violent chance to her personality wasn’t something that wanted. It frightened her to be honest, yes, she was scared of potentially losing herself to the change. Maybe that was why she was always so hostel to those around her who wanted her to act more… civil, or less thorny. It was a slap in the face when people demanded that she change for them so that she could fit into what they wanted her to be without thought as to her feelings or why she was doing that. She didn’t mind the thought of pretending to be someone on a mission in order to fulfill a mission. That was a different story, it was those who wanted her to be something that she wasn’t for their sake.
Gatsuei’s legs were starting to burn a little bit from the long distance dash but she kept going. She didn’t know if time was of the essence or a luxury that she could afford. She would prefer to assume the sooner just in case. Again, that pessimistic mentality reared it’s ugly head, but then again that might just be part of being a ninja and not really have anything to do with her. Well, whatever… Gatsuei continued with her pace, not faltering with her rhythm as the trees in her vision passed by rapidly....Be woven into a beautiful dream?

Li Tieguai
I tried to drown my sorrows in alcohol...
From the clouds that where blanketing the sky above, a great mountain burst forth. The frosted peak was home to a number of small figures. It near-enough kisses another peak, dropping them off atop it. The gravity only reversed itself a few feet before the ground.
"...and that's how you change a tire little *hick* man."
Apparently Li had been talking the ENTIRE trip, but no words had ever reached any of their ears.
...but the bastards learned how to swim!

TATSUYA MIYAKI Now I don't believe men are born to be killers, I don't believe the world can't be saved Location: Not a Clue in the World. Mood: Confirmed Ulterior Motives: Thoughts: "I-I was the odd man out..."
Tatsuya listened intently to Saru, though his voice was slightly different the sort of righteous tone it had still lingered strongly. Once he got the brief description of his job and got dismissed the boy and Aoiro pulled himself up from his squat and quickly made his way behind several of the other Udai ninja hoping that he was going in the correct direction. Though, once he saw the gate that Saru mentioned he knew he must be on the right sort of track, all that was left was to find Denrei, Buchi, Shattaa, or even Ren for some sort of guidance in what he was to do.
With the boy's sword pack in well-kept order and his dagger dangling from his waist the boy made his way with as much confidence as he could muster towards the gates. Followed directly behind the boy was the large lizard with it's head stuck high and his chest slightly puffed trying to imitate his handler.
"H-Here we go..."
The boy muttered to himself as he put his best foot forward in his glide through the gate.
How did you get here and when did it start An innocent child with a thorn in his heart

Can a Nightmare...
Gatsuei scaled a tree that was tall enough to help her get her bearing’s for a moment before she quickly lowered herself to the trees again, shifted direction slightly and carried on, she ghosted through the forest to the best of her abilities, trying her best to remove all traces of her existence while doing so. She hoped that she was going to get their in time to do whatever she needed to do. This place was a little disorienting and it was hard to stay on the straight and narrow course to the tower. It was also a little frustrating when something in your guts told you to go this way, but the directions of the sun and landmarks told you to go a slightly different way, she trusted her instincts for the most part, but made sure that the tower itself was at least in sight and getting closer as she did do. Gatsuei was starting to get into her ’Zen’ mentality again, soothing her mind and letting go of those trivial things that obscured the focus of a ninja when they needed to get something done. Worrying about the future meant nothing if you got yourself killed because you were worried about the past and trying to decide if you wanted to get a puppy or not when you got home. The silence of the still valley echoed in her ears, it was almost too tempting to let your mind wander and begin daydreaming in this place with it’s silence, she wished at this point that she was with someone to talk to or at least keep her occupied so her mind didn’t continuously wander around and either get her lost or killed because she was careless. Staying focused was matter of discipline and patience… she had both but there was always that annoying little thing call boredom when one was trying to execute both at the same time. It kind of reminded her of her academy days, and when she was repeating lessons that she needed to take over, especially on the summer months. God there were days when she just wanted to throw up her arms, scream and put a hole in the wall in order to escape the droning snore-fest that was in the classroom. The thought made the corner of her lips tug gently into a small smile, maybe she should have skipped out and enjoyed her time, it wasn’t like the teachers would have noticed, or even cared. She was just shoved out of the academy anyway because they were tired of looking at her face.
Would she have been a good ninja if she had done that? Was she even able to call herself a good ninja now, with what she had done no more than a month ago? She didn’t know if she truly knew what it meant to be a ninja anymore. Originally she thought it was just a name given to a tool of war to those who were sent out to do the dirty work of those who had power over the them. Was there more to it? There had to be… she had shown flaws and weakness in her keen edge and yet the Raikage showed her mercy when he had every right to execute her, he gave her a second chance to figure things out and now here she was; presumed dead and still among the living. All of her dreams and goals, everything she sacrificed in order to push her towards her twisted and perverted dreams were wiped clean with on gesture. What was the point of striving for them? Why did she even bother to strive for it? Because she wanted to do some good in a world that, to her, was so lost and damned that they would never obtain it without someone to guild them. Not matter what needed to be done, no matter what she needed to do, it would have been for the sake of everyone. She thought that those who wanted peace was the minority, and they were denying the many what was needed. But was it that simple? She couldn’t recall, nor did she understand, she thought that she did, but if her dreams were so easily shattered then she was pretty sure it was safe to assume that she was on the wrong track. Perhaps the best way to move forwards was to sit back and reflect on the past and the actions of others and try and see things from a new perspective. She would start when she got back to the Cloud village… if she got back to the Cloud village....Be woven into a beautiful dream?

Despite the large amount of flying, everything was going well. Except for the landing part. Hitting solid ground finally after pulling a warp-speed hyperdrive on a floating island didn't have the best effects on stomachs. So after they'd landed, Kiko and San politely soiled the bushes nearby with vomit. Both looked considerably green, and Kiko popped out anti-sickness pills for the two. Looking around, she marveled at what was there. "What is this place...?"Tsukiko Jounin Theme

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon remained silent choosing to reflect heavily on what he heard.
....This feels wrong.... he thought to him self...
For a while he'd be questioning his purpose here.... He was the only genin among a group of jounin level shinobi...
Even as his mind raced with doubt a sudden diziness over took him at the abrupt stop...
"...These high level trasportation techniques are starting to grate on my nerves...." he said not enjoying the dizzy feeling and the disorientation tha came with these types of things....
"What is the...next step?" he asked with some difficulty....in his heart he felthe had no place here and fully expected to be told to wait out side or something else that would keep him out of the way...
Despite his feelings he tone remained neutral and his face blank... though there were subtle things that denoted something was wrong for those who knew him best.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Sukami Akeru XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"Within every lie, there is truth Within every illusion, there is reality" Akeru was lucky, being a genjutsu specialist and all. While others were disoriented by the dizzying speed of their travel and the suddenness of their landing, Akeru was able to keep herself from feeling any ill effects with her Sensory Death technique. Things were getting serious here, Akeru wasn't going to let them get surprised and have someone get hurt or killed when they were landing because they all got motion sickness... Akeru had long ago trained herself to use her eyes to make up for her lack of being able to feel the ground beneath her when she activated the technique. To the others, it wouldn't even seem like she used a technique, more like she just wasn't effected, though if someone were to tapp her shoulder or anything like that (which would usually get them punched in the face anyway, so they would probably know not to try) she wouldn't be able to feel it. "Well guys, if things are as serious as they seem, I think we should hurry up and get to this tower or whatever. I assume Mr. Immortal here knows the way, right?"Akeru released her genjutsu, the negative effects of the travel now diminished to a bearable level. As Akeru looked out into the distance, scanning their surroundings, she also thought about Ryumon, who was still just a genin. Li should have sent him back to suna instead of bringing him along, she knew he could be useful but the chances of something happening to him were too high. And while she thought about it, Tsukiko should have probably been sent home as well, Akeru still had serious doubts about her usefulness. But it was too late for that. "Ryumon, I want you to stick close to me and back me up, okay? And Ichi, I'm sure you can look after Tsukiko while she's 'protecting' you and all... I say we get moving right away."((Last Location: Outside the tower Next Location: - )

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

"Understood..." was all he could say for the moment.....
He thought about how he could best watch Akeu's back and decided on the the direct method as he drew Ryu no o. "Inside that tower mid to close range is where I'm going to be most effective sensei. I don't recommend moving too far from me..." he said with cold professionalism ....
"And be careful using your chain in close quarters... you might hit one of us... not trying to be bossy.... just speaking from experience..." he added.
Even as he had been talking he had been meticulously checking every weapon he had on him: His standard Kunai, Custom tear shaped kunai, both chains, Ryu no o, a Myriad of exploding tags, the modified the plated cestus that served as fingerless gloves, and two dagger length retractable blades in the wrist guards.....
"Hmm.....I'll need to see father about more weapons if I manage not to die...I'm a bit lightly outfitted....oh well....hindsight is twenty twenty and all that.... " he said casually.
"Age before beauty Nee-san" he said motioning for Akeru to go first

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Sukami Akeru XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"Within every lie, there is truth Within every illusion, there is reality" As Ryumon told her to be careful using her chain in close quarters, Akeru didn't seem to get offended that a genin was trying to give her battle advice. Ryumon did have more experience using such weapons, after all. However Akeru did look at him with a smug smile on her face. "Heh, don't worry about me. I'm a jonin and a genjutsu expert. If there's one thing I'm good at its keeping my attacks controlled. It just means I can't do too many spinning moves, which isn't too much of a loss, they make me dizzy anyway..."It was as they were getting ready to move that Akeru and everyone else could feel the sand moving beneath their feet. Akeru not being used to Ichi being in control of the demon quickly put her hands together, readying a replacement technique. She could forsee Shukaku's attack, drag them up into the air where they couldn't do anything and either they fall to their deaths or he crushes them to death. However, before she activated the technique, Akeru realized that it wasn't attempting to grab them, it was transporting them. "...Damnit Ichi, could you at least give us some kind of warning? I swear I was about to have a heart attack there... Anyway good to see Shukaku on our side for once..."((Last Location: Outside the tower Next Location: - )

Ichi put his hand up in front of him as he watched Akeru snap at him as the sand lifted the group of them up. "Sorry; I didn't tell him to do it. I guess its like the Shield, that does it on its own to defend, maybe Shukaku did this on his own to help?" Ichi asked with his hand still up in front of him. "If I knew it was going to happen, I would have warned you" Ichi said looking at the girl. As they stood there the Sand continued to take them towards the Area in front of the tower; it WAS a lot faster then going there manually; they would have only been about 40yards at most by now due to the tough terrain, but with Shukaku's help, they were nearing the gate already having traveled almost a hundred yards and then the sand 'landed' so to speak; vanishing underfoot and slithering into Ichi's coat the same way he had the Iron sand do so before. The group of cloud and Sand ninja standing in front of the towers entrance.
