AIM LOG between Velveteen Angel [Dysini'mbus] & Bunnyilove [Chaonaine]

Chaonaine::
Chaonaine sighed. It had been a long time since she had meet other animals other then lions. Which didn't bother her but, it would be nice after awhile to see other animals then lion, like her. She sigh, wondering why she was even thinking about this. She look up form the rock she was laying on, to gaze up to the sky to see the stars. It was night and she couldn't sleep. Chaonaine wanted to sleep but she couldn't, which made her mad. She growl at the sky and ask it why I she couldn't go to sleep. She wine and roll around and still couldn't find the right place to go to sleep. She yawn and look up again restless.

Dysi::
It was not a good idea for Dysi to be travelling at night, his light coat made him fairly easy to see. Which was dangerous for a lone cat, especially one a leopards size. Most lions were bigger than him, which irritated him greatly but he had no choice in the matter. Along with his feminine coat, it meant he was attacked often, but he had learnt to defend himself. He wans't scared of the dark, or so he told himself. His mother had told him many stories of the dark, so maybe he feared it a little. He wasn't going to let it beat him though. Tilting his jaw up determindly, he yowled low, alerting anyone around that he was passing through. It was common curtesy, really.

Chaonaine::
Chao became very alert when she her a yowl. It was very loud, so she new the animal was very close. She gave a feminine yowl back alerting the animal that she was there. Now Chao didn't mind animal passing by she just didn't want to deal with them tonight. Most of them would either give her a nod and keep moving or stop to talk. Chao was not in the mood to talk, well maybe she was. She couldn't good to sleep so maybe talking to someone would help her. Hopefully the animal that was passing by was friendly and would want to fight her. If that did happen she would fight back with rage since she was grumpy tonight. She sigh. Why couldn't she have pick another place to sleep. Maybe then she would have been a sleep and not have to worry about an animal passing by.

Dysi::
Dysi heard the feminine yowl back and didn't hesitate to continue to move forward. He was confident in his skill as a fighter that he could take on a girl easily, he just didn't particuarly want to that night. He had slept in den most of the day, so he was wide awake while he travelled. He hadn't slept well the night before that, so he had been exhausted. He was off kilter with night and day because of it, but he figured he would walk through the night and the next day and be back on shedule again. He spotted the figure on the rock as he approached, eyeing her with suspicion.
“Greetings,” he called out, before he got too close. He'd hate to spook her.

Chaonaine::
Chao sigh in relief. It was leopard. It was her first time in awhile since she saw one. Chao just look over and gave it a look and went back looking at the night sky. She didn't want to admitted but she might have to talk to this guys to make her sleepy. She turn back and gave a warming nod. "Hello there. What are you doing up so late," she ask. Basically wondering why he would be up so late when it was time to sleep. If she could she would have been fast asleep and would have never even notice that the leopard would have pass by. She look at him and saw his white and purple fur. For a male he didn't have a very masculine coat. She smirk, if she wanted she probably could have taken him easily without any hardship. She wounder if his name was as girly as she coat. Chao laugh, she was being awfully rude and mean tonight. She wanted to make up to him even if she didn't say anything to him. "Well your coat looks nice when the star hit just right. It looks like it shimmers,"she said.

Dysi::
It was a lioness, he realised, examining her closely as he approached her rock. It meant she was higher then he was but he wasn't scared. She was a girl and a lion, they didn't make for tough fighters. At least, not that he'd found. That didn't mean he wanted to giver her a clear advantage though and moved away from the rock just fair enough that she would have to leap far to attack him. “I am walking,” he responded blandly, obvious in his opinion of her question. If he wasn't laying down, there was a good chance he wasn't sleep and if he was moving around, there was an even better chance that he was walking. It wasn't hard to figure out.
Eying her in suspicion as she spoke of his coat, he tensed noticably. Was she mocking him, or actually being kind? Either way, he didn't appreciate the comment. His coat wasn't meant to shimmer or look like a star hit it. He was a male dammnit. “Thank you,” he said stiffly. “What you doing out on your own at night?” He responded, perhaps a little sharper then he should have. He never would have let his sisters go out at night, especially not alone.

Chaonaine::

Chao eye him. Was he making fun of her question. She was just asking. She knew that he was walking. Maybe she just wanted to know where he was walking. Chao didn't like these girly leopard at all. She glance at him once more and huffed. "Oh I see. Why are you up so late walking,"she said, trying to get a better answer.
Chao did not like looking like a fool and right now she did, by his answer. She glare at him to show that she was displease and look away. She notice when she glare him that his coat shimmer even more. She guess that the more stars that was out that his coat look more and more sparkly. Chao laugh. That poor male leopard, he must be tease.
Chao listen to his question and did not like the tone that he use with her. She was not his sister or daughter, she was his equal. To think about it, she was higher them him. She could easliy take him on if he wanted. "I'm trying to sleep, but I'm failing. Not your fault tho. If it was, you would have know," she said with a sharp tone.
She was going to show who was boss in this talking war.

Dysi::

Dysi wasn't that inclined to share what he was doing with the lioness. She seemed too nosy and too bossy. He disliked other creatures who thought they were superior than him. “It was too hot through the day to walk. If I wanted to walk, then I would have to walk at night. Less people to run into.” He gave her a pointed look, as if to show it was her that he was talking about. He didn't have anything against her, just that he hadn't expected to run into anyone that night and hadn't planned to be nice. He was wide awake and irritable, not a good combination.
He eyed her as she retorted with a sharp tone, a slight snarl working on his face though he covered it quickly. He didn't intend to fight her, at least not tonight. He had no desire to attack a female at any type.
“Glad to hear that I'm not at fault,” he tilted his head up, showing her he wasn't scared of her sharp tone. He wasn't the type to back down, not now and not ever.

Chao::

Chao didn't like this leopard at all. She wanted to tar his little girly coat off of his skin. She gave a light growl but it was so light that even a animal with the best hearing wouldn't hear it. "Yes. I see, good idea, I guess" she said with a stern look.
It sounded like he was trying to hint her with they way he was talking to her. Yes, she could come off bossy, but she wanted to talk to someone. She jump off her rock and walk a little closer to him. Just encase he wanted to strike. She look at him when he snarl. That was it. She didn't do anything to him but if he wanted to start anything she wouldn't back down. She growl loudly. "Did you snarl at me you little leopard. Are you changeling me? Do you think you can win against a lioness of my size?" she said snarling.
She wasn't a normal lioness size she was a little taller which meant she was a little bigger then the normal size. The leopard look like a girl and didn't look like a normal male size. She could easily take him on. She glare him once more as he talk showing her teeth.

Dysi::

He scowled heavily at the female when she jumped down, knowing she had seen his snarl though he had tried to hide it. He wasn't trying to pick a fight, he was just too irritated to be nice right now. Damn it. The other female, while she was female, she was larger then he was which meant that he was at a disadvantage immiedately. “Yes, I snarled,” he replied, another snarl working onto his face in annoyance. “Challenging you? Don't make me laugh. I have no need to challenge you. I only challenge people who have something I want, and you have nothing.”
He eyed her up and down purposely, lingering when he met her eyes and tilting his jaw up. “I could take you, if worse came to worse, but I do not intend to fight tonight. Fighting is useless when there is nothing to gain.”
He would not back down, but he would not make the first move towards a fight. He had better ideals then that. To fight without a reason was like to kill without being hungry, it just wasn't how it was done.

Chao::

Chao snarl. She did not like the leopard at all. She walk over to a tree and rake her claws down it, to get rid of some of her anger. Chao didn't care if he was changeling her, it was they way he was talking to her, that made her mad. She growl and ave him a dirty look as she jump back oh her rock. If she wanted to she could just pounce him to the ground. "I don't can if your not changeling me. It's the way your talking to me. Me a lioness. Someone who is higher then you," she said with a snarl.
Now Chao was piss but as he utter those flaw words, that was the last straw. She pounce on him a swipe at his face. "Take those words back. You can't win over me. You little girly little leopard," she said with anger in her tine.

Dysi::

“You are not higher then me,” Dysi snarled back at her. “Only if you are counting height are you correct. Lions and leopards are equal, as are all creatures.” The way he was raised was starting to show and Dysi hated when that happened. It just gave people more reason to pay him out or tease him. She wouldn't be teasing if he wiped that furious look of her face.
He tried to dodge her wen she pounced at him, but she was fast and he had not expected the attack. The claws swiped across his face, scratching and drawing blood, but not permanent damage. Yowling furiously, he swiped out his own claws, aiming for her chest, hoping to do dmanage.
“I can not lose to a lioness like you,” he snapped. “See who you're calling girly when I beat you!”

Chao::

Chao snarl at him. He was a dirty little foul piece of meat, that all. She could easily just kill him and go on her lovely way. She was grumpy and mad and wanted some sleep. "I'm going to kill you and then I can fall asleep. That what I'm going to do. You foul piece of meat," she said with a snarl.
She wasn't really think at all. She just wanted to attack and fall asleep. Chao started to become tried and she got even angry by the minute. She snarl and swipe once more. She laugh as she saw the blood dripping off his face. She didn't even notice that he started to move his claws out and it to late to move out of the way. She yelp as the leopard drew blood from her chest.
She jump back and attack for his tail. She was not going to take lightly that her chest was bleeding from him and growl. "Oh your going to pay for that! You girly little leopard," she said showing her teeth.
She grab his tail and bite down hoping to do some damage. Her chest pumped pain. She snarl every time it hurt.

Dysi::

Dysi was not usually one to start, or even continue fights if they were stupid, but fury flooded his veins at her words, unable to believe she was taking this so far. He was in a bad mood, she should have just walked away. Snarling as he shook his head, dispelling some blood which dripped down into his eye from the cuts on his face. When his claws connected with her chest, he felt a surge of pride. He had drawn blood, blood for blood that she had drawn from him.
As she bit down on his tail, he loud out a large yowl as her teeth dug into his skin. Spinning, he planted both paws on her side and pushed, hoping to push her over and dislodge her.
“Never bite me, you foul wench!” He snarled digging his claws into her as he pushed.

Chao::
Chao didn't even think about why she was fighting with him anymore but she was tried and didn't want to back down. She growl and snarl. Her chest hurt even more thinking about how this wouldn't have happen if she could have slept. It pour her blood as she watch his face pour his blood out. They were loosing pointless blood over a pointless fight.
Chao just had a big ego and couldn't back down. She bite down harder on his tail as he went for her side. She yelp in pain and let go. Luckily for her, she was a lot bigger then the leopard and he didn't really push her that far. He side was bigger even more then her chest. She snarl at him and got ready to pounce. She knew the legs was the best place to go far if she really want to do some damage. She ran up and claw at his legs hoping it would hit.

Dysi::

Dysi::

Dysi snarled as she clawed at his legs, stumbling back. His tail throbbed with pain and now his legs were covered in scratches. Why was he even fighting? He thought, trying to strike out and defend his legs but he only stumbled backwards further. A rock behind him worked against him, and he tripped, falling onto his side with his chest heaving. She could have killed him in that moment, as he was laid defenseless but his legs ached, his tail ached, and so did his face. Everything hurt, so he didn't move.

His head lolled on the ground, and he glared up at her. “What are you waiting for?” He sneered at her, chest still heaving with breath. “You've won.” Of course she'd won. Dysi was a poor fighter, and a leopard at that. He would have been unable to fight her on a good day, let alone when he was blinded by a bad mood. Ugh. Now he just hurt.

Chao:
Choanaine moved back as the chest from her chest started to bang onto her whole body. She knew that she was hurt and took back a few more steps away from the leopard because she knew that he could strike at any moment. But as she moved back she saw the leopard move, but instead of moving forward he move back and fell upon his clumsy self. “How pathetic” she spit out. She couldn’t help but laugh even though every time the rumble moved from her chest she felt pain “You can’t even hold up a stance to fight. You’re more then a girl then I am.” she said staring down at him.

She knew she had him when he didn’t move so she knew that it was ok to move closer to him. She smiled as he talked. Of course she knew that she would win. She was a good fighter and lot bigger then him. As he talk again she laugh, but instead of finish it she choke a bit because she knew it was getting harder to do it. “I’m waiting for nothing. I just wanted to prove that I was a better fighter.” she said slumping down next to him. She was tried and in pain and didn’t want to finish him off. Plus she knew that if she keep bugging him with her words then he would feel even more useless.

Dysi:
Dysi sneered as she insulted him, trying to let the words roll off him. It was nothing he hadn't heard before. He'd been picked on and teased his whole life for being a girl – for being feminine, for his coat, for his attitude, for his affection for flowers. Everything. Words, though he was more irritable than usual, he could deal with.

When she denied attacked him further, and slumped near him, he scowled, but did not strike out. “We both knew already you were the better fighter. This fight was worthless and now we're both bleeding and tired.” He couldn't believe he had done that. He'd attacked a female, and hurt her, just because he was in a bad mood. He felt terrible, even if she was a bit of a arrogant female, she was still a female. His mother would kill him for it, if she had still been alive. He almost wanted to apologise. Then her words came back to him and he scowled. No. She wouldn't get an apology.

Chao:

She laid there yawning watching the weird little leopard. It look like it was having a rough time not because of the fight because of something that was going on inside. She frowned and moved a little closer. She couldn’t help to feel a bit bad. If it wasn’t for her cranky attitude the little girly boy wouldn’t have been so hurt. “You okay?” she said with a stern look on her face. Choa was a weird lion she acted like she was really mean but yet inside she was the soft teddy bear anyone could find. She couldn’t help to ask if he was ok because she would have felt bad if he was really hurt.

As he talk again she smiled. “Well I told you. If you would just leave me alone none of this would of really happen.” she said with a small smirk. Moving he paw next to him she poked him a bit and laughed. “You know our coat kind of matches.” she said laughing. She wasn’t sure why she found it so amusing but she blame it on being so dang tried. “I’m Choanaine” she said sleepily. She really just wanted someone to talk to this whole time. She was a lonely lion with a bad attitude.

Dysi:
Dysi looked startled at her question, honestly not expecting her to care. She had been vicious in her fight, but now seemed rather...calm, and social. Mood swings confused Dysi, especially when they were from females. Girly he might be, but he'd never really understood females that well. “I'm fine, bruised and battered and exhausted, but alright.” He eyed her, glancing over her wounds. “I hope none of your battle scars will actually scar?” He'd feel terrible if he'd permanently scarred her.

He flinched as she poked him, but realised it was not out of spite. “I was in a bad mood,” he bemoaned. “I should have just walked away.” He looked surprised at her comment and glanced at their coats. “Oh, they do. I must admit, the pink looks better on you.” Pink always looked better on girls than boys. “I'm Dysini'mbus, but you can call me Dysi. I would say it was a pleasure to meet you, Choanaine, but it's been rather...painful.” He chuckled, slumping back to the ground in exhaustion. This was why he did not fight. It was messy and exhausting.

Choa:
She smiled, she was glad that she didn’t hurt him too much. She didn’t think she had hurt him too bad but she could never be too sure. She just didn’t know her own strength. As he asked his question she scanned over her body. She didn’t feel too bad and she had wounds worse then this so she had to guess that it wouldn’t scar up but when fighting you could never to be too sure. “I’ll be fine. I’m use to getting wounds. You might be able to tell but I get in fights a lot.” she said with a small chuckle. Choa was so bipolar sometime but she knew that it was because of her lack of friends.

She laughed moving closer to him. She knew that if she could feel so warmth she could probably go to sleep. That was really all that was on her mind right not. She was so tried. All the energy she did had, had left her scratch and bruised body. Moving even closer she begin to actually snuggling him. Choa really was a teddy bear who just wanted to feel loved. She never really been loved before and it was because of this she had a hard time trying to go to sleep. She often seen other snug up together warm and sleeping and wonder how it felt. Sleepily she smiled and answered back to his comment, “Yeah pink looks better on females, though it doesn’t really look too bad on you.” Hmm she wondered if every animal had a long name like there. “Yeah and you can just call me Choa.”

Dysi:
Dysi gave her a somewhat dry look. “You? Getting into fights? I would never have thought of that,” he said, his voice a teasing drawl. How odd. They had been fighting not ten minutes earlier, and yet they were sitting - or in Dysi's case, lying – near each other chatting as if they were friends. Friends who'd just beaten each other up, but friends none the less. Dysi was somewhat concerned that this female was crazy, but at least she was sane for the moment.

Dysi startled when she snuggled up against him, but she didn't seem aggressive in her movements. Just like she wanted some comfort, so he lifted a paw and rested it against her fur, gentle in his gesture so as not to press on any of her wounds or bruises. He was not one to turn down cuddling, since he always was an affectionate sort. Even with an odd lioness who had formerly tried to hurt him. “Thank you, I'm glad you think that,” he told her, yawning loudly as his exhaustion began to show through. Gah, this was so weird, falling asleep with a fighter. “That's a nice name, Choa,” he mused sleepily, his eyes drifting shut.

Choa:
She looked at him as he tease and push him lightly. She hated to be teased. She could dish it out but she could never take it but she was way too tried to make anything about it. It was weird that only a few minutes ago that they where fighting and yet they where laying there cuddling. Cuddling it was odd but Choa felt so much better in his arm and could feel her eyes drifting into her dreams. “You’re welcome I guess.” she said yawing. She really couldn’t too much because all her mind was on was sleeping. Moving a little bit closer to him, she snuggled up and drifted off to bed.
