The portal that originates from the cover Corporation in the world of the living ends here in the Palace of the Order. This is where all the Demons reside most times when they do not wish to play dress up for those in the world of the living. This also happens to be where Queen Ezmera spends a great deal of her time. This Palace is massive and grander than any palace built before it. It is placed upon what were the Catacombs. Parts of the Catacombs are in ruins, and the floating fortress had fallen just before she arrived. She had a new palace erected and it now settles upon the the ruins and bodies of those before her rule. Towers and Spires rise into the air from all over the Palace leaving Queen Ezmera to the tallest Spire there. Her Chambers and Throne room look out through a great balcony for her to see all. The balcony borders the entire spire 360 degrees around.

Throne Room Balcony>Portal to Carmine Ordo
Ezmera had been thinking about the events that were about to unfold before her. Ezmera looked around and could see the lesser Demons in the distance bustling about. She smiled thinking of how she would conduct her day. Perhaps she would explore Carmina Ordo. She did love the business she created and how fortuitous it had become. She was the CEO of one the city's most powerful Corporations. She had been the one to spearhead the Demons into this new age, taking them from a world of hiding and making them a power to be reckoned with.

Main Building: Entrance Hall>Dimensional Portal
Devlin had been traveling a long way to the palace. He had been slightly exhausted from the travel, but the mission was not over until he spoke with the one who lived here. He came face to face with a Lesser Demon and before it could run in fear he asked for it to show him to where he could find the woman. He had used a mirror to show the image to the Lesser Demon, of the one he searched for and when it started to shake intensely with fear, it told him of the portal that had been one level above them.
"Thank you."
The Demon ran off as fast as it could in the opposite direction of him. He used a ring to hide much of his aura so he could not be seen as a threat. He was just one among them, looking for this woman. He proceeded down the hall and up the stairs to the level with the portal. The palace had been modernized and likely the only place in this realm that was of the world of the living technology. Cautiously looking around the new floor he saw an elevator right where the portal should be. He thought it was interesting. Had the Lesser Demon lied to him? He finally reached the elevator and it opened. He stepped inside of it and it closed, ascending to the world of the living.

War Room
Devlin and the remaining Demons arrived in a mess in the War Room from the Abandoned Warehouse in the Industrial Complex. What lay beneath the place was of great power it intrigued Devlin to no end. Had he been able to get himself and his Demons into the room they could have learned what it was that caused it. However, The one thing he knew that was there, was a tomb of some kind and its resident had been resurrected. Who? He had no idea, but that resurrected individual was likely the one where the power emanated from.
He sighed and took a seat as he was beginning to feel the fatigue of his encounter with the Angel. She was a powerful one. Had he not been interrupted early he could have broken through the barrier and her power. Devlin pulled up a communication window that opened up directly, on a secure line to Queen Ezmera.
"My lady, the mission was a failure. However, we recovered some information from the site and we now have a problem. We encountered Angels and the Peacekeeper Faction. The site was a tomb of sorts and it held great power emanating from a corpse that was resurrected by one of the Angels. We were kept out by another Angel and just before we could break through, backup came to the Angels' aid. We were forced to retreat back here. The data that we have will be sent to the scientists to further analyze what exactly the site was, and what its true purpose was for."

War Room>Personal Room Portal
Devlin acknowledged the order. His thoughts were on the incident they just came from, little did he know, he would need his focus to be on what he was about to see next. He stood up from the table and looked at all the other Demons.
"Go, and do something productive and do not cause too little chaos please."
He left the room heading for the portal he kept in his personal room. It was a good old fashion portal that could open up to where he needed to go. Up the many staircases and down the arduous hallways, he passed into his room and opened the portal by speaking an incantation and using his own power to power it up. He was drained already, but once he got to where he was going he could rest. He stepped through the portal and it closed.

War Room
Devlin had been in here for many days learning, reading, researching into what was stored in the Palace. For good reasons the databases of Carmina Ordo were kept separate in many places so that only certain information could be accessed to certain individuals. Here he had access to the most closely guarded secrets. Finishing one last text, Devlin had the answer, but he had come across another disturbing and most interesting subject. The Information was not complete, but enough for a great understanding.
Along with the guardians, a God Incarnate once walked these lands. His name was Moonreaper Cresentscar. He needed to get back to Carmina Ordo quickly.
