Lily in the parking lot of Meadowview High school, on the brink of tears she was being sent home. She hadn't meant to and did not even realize it was happening, but she fallen asleep for nearly a minute while her teacher was talking to her. She still could not believe it had happened, but the teacher seemed convinced. Lily simply complied when told to go to the nurse, who told her to call her parent and go home.

Lily of course had no intention of doing this, so instead she sat in the parking lot of the school on top of the hood of her truck and waited for the bell to ring. She was certain she'd fallen a sleep for a few minutes, but then the dream would start and she be jolted into the waking world once more.

The bell rang and Lily nearly fell of her car a frown marring her face. She was jumpy, very jumpy, her nerves were pretty much shot, but even still sleep even though Elysion was over was a foreign concept to her. She was totally miserable and barely realized when tears started to stream over her freckled cheeks.

The bell had rung, and Castille practically ran from her classroom. Math was brutal, and coupled with the fact that she had a game later tonight, her mind was definitely not on equations. She made her way to the line of yellow buses to see her friends off, and was flagged down by one of the other girls from the team standing by her car. Castille smiled and waved back, running over to her and swinging her backpack back onto her back.

"Hey we are heading over to get chinese before the game." The lanky girl said, walking over to her car. "Wanna come?"

Castille smiled politely, but shook her head "I'm ok. I have food with me, and chinese doesn't always work well with playing sports." She said with a half laugh. The other girl shrugged, smiled and said "Alright, see ya at the game!" before walking over to her car where two girls already stood. As the drove away Castille turned to see a girl she'd never met before crying. Her face was shiny with tears, and Castille instantly felt a pang of empathy. She walked quietly over to the girl, saying "Hey...are you ok?"

Lily looked up obviously startled by the sudden intrusion and quickly wiped her tears away before giving the girl a tired smile.

"I am fine, just had a bad day, nothing to worry about really. We all have them right. I failed an exam, she lied." Lily had not ever failed anything she did not think and senshi or not she was not about to start now. No, that simply wasnt going to happen.

Besides an inability to sleep gave one time to many other thing, such as senior projects and study. If anything Lily was probably ahead of her classmates and it was a good thing because it allowed for her to miss class today and probably tomorrow as well.

Lily hardly realized in that moment she was probably as transparent as the sheet the teachers used for the overhead projectors. She looked tired, so much so that while she could hide it from her parent, by stirring clear of them her teachers had noticed.

Castille nodded, hoisting her bag farther up her shoulder. "Yeah bad days suck, I agree. I'm sorry about the exam, what class was it?" she smiled, trying to cheer the poor girl up. She looked as if she hadn't slept in...a good long while. The dark circles were a little more noticeable under her eyes the more Castille studied.

"If I were to fail an exam, I think it would be Math." She said, staring up at the sky, which was unusually clear for this time of the year. The cold was finally starting to remove it's grip from the world, and Destiny City was beginning to embrace the world of spring. Castille was glad. Aside from Christmas, winter always had a tendency to bring her spirits down. Her mother called it seasonal depression. Castille called it not getting enough sun.

Lily frowned for a moment not liking the fact that the girl continued to question her instead of just excepting the lie. It made her have to think. Had she even had an exam recently. She guessed it did not matter, she did not think she had class with this girl and so she muttered, "Math."

It was simple and was one word, as easy lie and one closest to the truth. Math was not her best subject, not that she would fail a test. Even in her lack of sleep, waking in the middle of the night and sometimes just after getting to sleep equaled lots of study time, fore trying to kill a youma in her state would probably get her killed.

Lily eyes went skyward with Castille gaze, but the clears sky only served to remind her of the prisoners currently held by the BMC and the shift she would attempt to serve while hiding her tiredness from her team.

Lily sighed, "Spring is coming," she said absentmindly a yawn escaping her.

Spring indeed was on it's way. The birds chirped merrily in the trees that lined the parking lot, and as the buses in the other lot began to pull away from the school, Castille nodded, closing her eyes for a moment and letting the weak sunlight attempt to warm her face. "I can't wait for Spring to be here fully. Actually, I'd be much happier with summer. Then there's no more school and no more math tests to fail."

She tried not to echo Lily's yawn. "I'm sorry, and I don't mean to be rude, but you look really tired." She looked down, avoiding her eyes in case she had offended the girl. "Are you sure your ok?"

Lily gave a tired laugh at the thought of no more math tests to fail and shook her head with a sleepy smile. "I will be ...," she said before a yawn escaped her mouth, "... very happy once summer comes. No more AP classes, no more high school. I will be all graduated."

She looked down to Castille from her perch on the car with another yawn, "I am very tired. I should take a nap, to many exams got me a bit stressed I guess. Senior year, you know?"

She needed a nap, but she did not think it wise to try sleeping in her car. A. She was suppose to her home. B. Waking up screaming in your car on a high school parking lot was going to draw attention.

Castille looked at her a bit shocked. "Your a senior this year?"She didn't look like a senior to Castille, but maybe that was because to everyone else she didn't look like a highschooler at all. Ones own ability to guess anothers age gets compromised when all they hear is "Oh, you look like your 12!"

She took at seat on the grass by the car crossing her legs while sticking her backpack in the space between her legs and the rest of her. Leaning forward on it, she looked up at Lily. "So how come you don't just go home? Your done with classes right? Or do you have an after school thing?" Castille did a mental rundown of the clubs she knew were having meetings today, and summarily decided that this girl didn't look like she belonged to International Students, Drivers Ed, or the Glee club.

Lily gave a week laugh when Castille question her being in her senior. "I went to private school all my life, so was 13 when I started highschool. Truthfully I only just turned 17 in February. So I guess I hadn't started kindergarten at 4 then I would be in senior. I'd be a junior," she was rambling slightly, telling more that she needed but luckily for her it wasn't important information.

She watched with a sleepy expression as Castille situated and started ask questions again. She felt slightly annoyed by the question, but she answers none the less. "I usually practice singing after school on the piano in the music room, but not today. I am far to tired, really I am even to tired to drive home. I will have to wait for someone to come pick me up. Two someones because someone will need to drive my car home I guess."

She laid back against the windshield, but turned her head towards Castille. "Ever been so tired and just can't sleep?"

Castille pondered the answer and the following question. So she was a singer? Like choir? Or on her own singing?

"Oh, well lucky you! You get out a year early then! I'm only a freshman." She said with a slight grumble. But I guess it can't be all bad right?"

"If your too tired to drive, I guess it would be a good thing to get someone. Have you already called them? You can use my phone if you haven't" She pulled out her flip phone. I twas white with tiny charms attached to it.

Her question made her pause. Sure, she had been tired before. Two a days for volleyball made her want to do nothing but sleep.... But to be so tired you can't sleep?

"You know, I don't think I ever have been." She said finally after self evaluating "Is that's what's wrong with you?"
