Okay, i'll admit this is selfish, but i have to say it.

i was placing 3rd or 4th before the weekend.

And i fell out from top 3 to 7th to a bunch of Chatterbox HACKS who think that they can wreck a competition just to prove a point. The cow was a group effort, and i'm ashamed of these children who think they can just troll for the win. The competition is no longer a competition, but a ******** LAUGHINGSTOCK.

It also doesn't help that i had placed 7th with what is, of late, admittedly my best work in regards to my design philosophy of the marriage of complexity in detail and simplicity in look. i believe that i am, thanks to my own take on design, stalling. To come up with something that pleases myself has become difficult. i am facing rather bad avatar block, and even now, i'm only compromising with my philosophy by giving too much leeway to convenience, rather than innovation.

Because of these combined issues, i am taking leave from Avatar Arena as a competitor, but will return under two conditions to be met concurrently:
1) The new arena feature is out and major bugs are resolved
2) i sufficiently meet my own philosophy in design with repeat successes.

i will still be a critic for Arena and Talk, but, at the time, i cannot kid myself thinking that there's any way to stop the voter from acting like a ******** idiot.
