Tatsuya was born in Tokyo. His father was a store owner in Tokyo and a former member of the Takashi Family. His mother died shortly after he was born and his father was to take care of him. But shortly after Tatsuya's birth, his father was killed by mafia members of a rivaling family. Alone, in the wreckage of the attack, a family found him and took him to an orphanage.
Biography Of Childhood:
Orphaned and alone, Tatsuya grew up in the orphanage. A family adopted him but they didn't have much love for him and the older children of their family made fun of him and beat him. In his rage he ran away and bumped into a traveling man. He was kind, and offered to take Tatsu with him. Evan Rondine, that was the name of them man that took care of Tatsuya and taught him everything he knew.
Biography Of Teenager:
Tatsu, age 16, was taught the ways of espionage. Evan home-schooled Tatsu and told him about the mafia world. He used to be a former member of a big mafia family. But the family had disbanded and scattered all over the world. Evan left Tatsu to continue on his travels and quench his thirst for travel. He left him a large amount of money, a house, and enrolled him into a school before leaving.
Biography Of Mafia and/ or Adult:
Unknowingly, Tatsu's mentor and godfather had sent a letter of recommendation to the Takashi family. Shortly after Tatsu's enrollment, he was invited to the manor for them to test his skills. His fighting skills excelled from most normal people, his intelligence was fairly high, and he showed great agility. He passed and is scheduled to meet with the Takashi family boss to confirm his position in the family.
After becoming the Rain Guardian, he trained vigorously trying to keep up with his fellow guardians and boss.
Recently, the Sky Boss disappeared. The Takashi Family has disbanded and have gone their own separate ways until the boss returns.

First Dance: Minuet of the River
The first Dance of many. Tatsu's katanas ignite in Rain Flames, he slashes several targets with his katanas and makes them slow down drastically, then he finishes them off with another series of spinning slashes, leaving a wake of moisture in the air.
Second Dance: Ballad of the Sea
Tatsu holds his katanas in front of him and behind him and spins around creating a defensive whirlwind of metal. If opponent is hit during the defensive attack he or she will slow down due to the Rain Flames.
Third Dance - Concerto of the Lagoon
Tatsu's double blade katana slashes through everything and anyone in a diagonal and horizontal arc extinguishing weaker flames and cutting through illusions. Then he swings around and slashes vertically, if opponent is hit with any of the attacks they are instantly slowed down.
Fourth Dance: Lullaby of the Wave
Tatsu uses his double bladed katana to block attacks. He uses the technique that Yamamoto used to synchronize his breath with the opponents to be able to sense their movements. Tatsu's rain flames put out weak flames and illusions.
Fifth Dance: Sonata of the Waterfall
Tatsuya jumps up into the air and lets down a torrent of rain flames to cut out flame defense, then he jumps down and slashes through the enemy. Great against Lightning Flame Users.
Sixth Dance: Soul of the Ocean
Tatsu faces his opponent and runs towards them. As he does he spins around and slashes with his sheath to distract them while bringing his blade around with his other hand. This also serves as a defensive maneuver letting Tatsu use his sheath to block an attack.
Special Dance: Sacred Rainfall
Tatsu throws his katana into the air and it begins to rain extinguishing all weaker flames and provides cover from any cameras or prying eyes.
