Current weight: 79 kg (174 pounds) Current goal: 68 kg (150 pounds) BMI: 21
Weight to lose: 11 kg (26,4 pounds)

Day one Current weight: 80 kg (176 pounds)
Breakfast: - Half a bowl of Special K red fruit - a glass of semi-skimmed milk
Snack: - a handfull of cherry tomatoes and a piece of cucumber - a bounty someone gave to me because it was his birthday (T-T) - half a liter of water
Lunch: - a small pack of french fries (ouch!) - a sausage (oww) - ketchup (aarg) - a liter of water
Dinner: - a wrap with mozarella, pesto and tomatoes - half a liter of water
Dessert: - none today
Exercise: - 8km biking (to school and back + to the academy and back) - flexibility practice

Day two Current weight: 80 kg (176 pounds)
Breakfast: - Half a bowl of Special K red fruit - a glass of semi-skimmed milk
Snack: - a bag of tomatoes and a piece of cucumber - a candy bar (from my friend whose bithday was yesterday)
Lunch: - two slices of bread with turkey breast - 25 cl of water
Dinner: - 2 chipolata sausages - 1 potato - applesauce - Half a litre of water
Dessert: - an Orange - 25 cl of water
Exercise: - 6 km biking (from home to school and back) - 1,5 hours of jujitsu
Or am I?

It always worries me when I see empty meal slots. But I'm sure you're not skipping. Right?

Breakfast: - Half a bowl of Special K red fruit - a glass of semi-skimmed milk
Snack: - chocolate bar - gummy bears - a sacket of crisps
Lunch: -Two slices of bread with turkey breast - half a liter of water
Dinner: - Spaghetti Bolognaise - half a liter of water
Dessert: - 25cl of water - an orange
Exercise: 6 km biking
Notes: I'm hating myself right now. Those snacks where all free. I hate free food. That kilo I lost will most likely come back tomorrow. >_>
Mood: Disgusted

Day four Current weight: 79 kg (174 pounds)
Breakfast: - a bowl of Special K red fruit - two glasses of semi-skimmed milk
Snacks: 1l of water
Lunch: - a bowl of Special K red fruit - a glass of semi-skimmed milk
Dinner: - starter: Mediterranean sea bass (fish in vinegar oil with melted mozzarella and pieces of tomatoes) - main course: beef tenderloin with truffle (a large chunk of almost raw meat that taster really horrible because there where some weird-tasting muchrooms draped on top of it. I only ate half of the meat, which is truly a miracle, since I love meat more that anything else in the world. There was also stock made from truffles, three tiny croquette in cauliflower sauce, an aspargus in something that tasted like mayonnaise, and a slice of tomato with cheese sause) - many glasses of water - half a glass of white wine - half a glass of red wine
Dessert: - dessert buffet (I took a piece of what I thought was buscuit cake (it wasn't so I didn't eat it), a bowl of fruit salad, a small yellow cake, wich tasted like sweet lemon (oh how'sitevenpossible?), and a little glass with red fruit jam and mousse. - coffee (pure)
Exercise: - 2hrs of intensive badminton in the morning - 1hr of intensive dancing on the wedding
Notes: Happy the snacks from yesterday don't show on the scases yet. Problem is that I went to a wedding today. I was kind of obligued to eat everything they gave me, so I ate very much. >_<
Mood: Bloated

Snack: 5 pieces of pringles chips
Dinner: sandwich with chicken and lettuce
Dessert: orange
Exercise: absolutely nothing
Notes: Miracle has happened: I my weight stayed the same! Even after all the food from yesterday! *knocks on wood*
Mood: relieved

Notes: damn people with their free food! Seriously, even if I wanted to, it's impossible for me to starve because people keep giving me food.

Notes: I'm weakening. Eating way more than I want to. People simply don't understand I'm on a diet. They keep tempting me! Had beep test with physical education today. My condition sux! Though I wasn't the wost one. After that it was badminton. Real boring because I was the only one who can play it.

Lunch: two slices of bread with meatloaf
Snack: - a bag of cherry tomatoes - 1/4 of a cucumber - jelly beans X_X
Dinner: dürum kebap
Dessert: n'thing
Exercise: - 6 km biking - 1 hour of punishment
Notes: I'm still weakening. Even skipped my weekly jujitsu lesson because of the lame excuse that school ender early today and I wanted to enjoy the nice hot weather. I did punish myself by running ten toors round the garden (I have a big garden) and push-ups and crunches till I was as red and hot as an overcooked lobster. I still need tips to eat less. The problem isn't the quantity, but the snacks during the day.
