well I know of a few, if you play with SPARTAN-458 in the Casino Paradise (aka Las Vegas) arena you'll see a Warthog drive by now and then, and if you get a "Greatest" with SPARTAN-458 her winning phrase will be in japanese. And if you taunt with SPARTAN-458 she'll turn on Active Camo, if you taunt with Zack in his alien outfit his thing on his head will glow, and if you use Ayane in her Cos.3 she'll be wearing panties with a cat face on them, and the cat looks very similiar to Cait Sith from FF7

Some more easter eggs, Hitomi's jeans on her C1 says DOA4 on the back, press Y when selecting Lei Fangs costume and she'll be wearing glasses, press Y when selecting Lisa's costume and she'll have no mask, when Brad Wong is entering the ring during a survival match he'll say something in english

whoa...I'm back after awhile... sweatdrop
and I jus finished DOA4 in...five hours... sweatdrop
but yea, I noticed the golden scarab next to the tv in the seaside market.
oh, this might not be an easter egg but...when you play as Zack and he's ontop of the Tri-Tower and he does that one scene that Ryu did in Ninja Gaiden/ Ninja Gaiden: Black
'cept he fell on his head... xd xd xd

In Seaside Market, on the beach, one of the surfboards has the DOA Beach volleyball symbol on it.

Edge22 if you use Ayane in her Cos.3 she'll be wearing panties with a cat face on them, and the cat looks very similiar to Cait Sith from FF7 Lei Fang has what appears to be a panda on hers on her last two outfits
