Given the recent announcement of the reissuing of the Sailor Moon manga it got me thinking. Were there any other shows/books that you would love to see reprinted or translated?
Or, while we are on the subject, and vintage show that you wish would be brought out commercially at this point?

I feel like we've had a similar topic before...
but in any case I'd like to see:
Rose of versailles
Violinist of hameln
ALL of Tenshi Ni Narumon
ALL of Bride of Deimos
and others I can't think of right now.

Avane Anime I feel like we've had a similar topic before... but in any case I'd like to see: Rose of versailles Violinist of hameln ALL of Tenshi Ni Narumon ALL of Bride of Deimos and others I can't think of right now. I remember having something similar before as well, but since it has a recent reason, I thought I might just as well bring it up again. biggrin

I'd like a remastered DVD release of Robot Carnival. I'd like to see a subbed re-release of Unico as well.

Avane Anime I'm wondering if the demise of tokyopop will make these hopes and even more unlikely dream? To say nothing of all the anime producing companies that went under before them. With anime's earning power continuing to drop, It seems it less and less likely we'll see older stuff. Though you never know right stuf re-releasing Utena after all.

Well, I would LOVE to see them finish From Eroica with Love, but sadly, that won't happen because the company translating it went under.
Has anyone else heard that they are translating Princess Knight by Osamu Tezuka and it will be released this September? Or that Toward the Terra has been re-animated? Just thought I would let you guys know if you haven't already heard.

I've been eagerly anticipating the La Rose de Versailles movie,
but after years and years it's still in production.
I heard somewhere that Riyoko Ikeda is overseeing the production and
will not release it until she is satisfied.
