The stables are located to the east of the Decaying Citadel. It's a large stable big enough to hold at least fifty horses. The arsenal is very close to it for easy access and it blocks the view of the Black Market from outsiders. The horses were mainly all wild stallions that had to be broken but they were worth the effort as they are the fastest breed around.
