Well, you need to keep working on anatomy, especially the legs. Also pay attention to the details in the environment, your pic will look a lot more effective if the petals and grass are blowing as well as the hair. Also don't just scribble the grass, it looks rushed and detracts from the pic. Otherwise it's good, I like her front half and the way her hair is blowing in the wind.
