I don't really expect anyone to reply to this....i just needed to get this off my chest.....
Well, my sister started this one guild. And I have put so much gold into it, and so much time. Normally she keeps me as a vice captain, to help her run things. But everytime I annoy her, she demotes me.
There, I got that off my chest.

When she demotes you leave for a bit and she will realize how much she needs you. She will be begging for you to come back.

Normally, I would just quit. But it's an rp guild, and I have thus really great rp group going on. I just can't abandon them.

I know it would be underhanded... but Vice Captains can take over the Captaincy. You could take the guild over. Now, even more underhanded would be to do to her what she does to you, but I think that would be too far and would put your account into jepordy... Instead you should lead by example and stay professional.
Now, that is if you do that at all. Or you should take her aside and tell her that guild leaders have to stay professional and that the running there-of needs to not be effected by personal quarrels. You have to point out that you do a good job and you don't want to have to leave permanently. Even if you say you can't... you can always try to persuade the other members to join a guild that you make and are in charge of. Leaving her all by herself.
Hopefully you can figure something out.

Update: So, I'm back to VC.....the little drama queen got some semi angry pms from my rp buddies...couldn't handle not being everyone's favorite. I think I'll consider the whole take over the guild thing.......thanks for letting me whine, my mom and my friends just get so tired of listening to my issues with her.....
