You think when she comes back she'll all warm and motherly or will she be meaner then ever?
I loved when she was operating and she told the baby 'you can not be kicking me while I'm working'. xd
What's scary is it seemed to work. eek

For some reason I think she'll be the same. When she comes back I expect people to be asking about the baby and expecting her to go soft on them, but then she'll take out her agression over her lack of sleep on them. xd

Well, I heard somewhere... probably on the message boards on ABC, that she is only missing 2 shows. Apparently, Chandra Wilson bragged about how she only missed 5 days of work when she had her first child. It feels like that Chandra and her character are very similar people, so I don't think Bailey will change much after the baby.

I don't think Bailey will change much, it's just how she is. I can't see her changing anyways.

She will probably be different inside but she will most likely be more rude on the outside.

I think that after the baby she will have changed as a person most certainly. But I do not however, see that effecting how she handles things at work, at all. Her get it done mentality and hard efforts will continue to be the same, I can't see how having a baby would change the way she runs her job and the interns.

In some ways I am agreeing with nerdanel. I do believe Baikey will change because of the baby, somewhat. Also re-qouting BaileyDr.Miranda Bailey "You can not be kicking me while I'm working."

I think Bailey will always be Bailey, but Motherhood will change her a tad. I think it will make her more patient and understanding, but also keep her strict and tough. I just hope nothing happens to her.

The reason why she's changing is because the people in the hospital VIEW HER DIFFERENTLY, and she HATES it.
