J'ka-siri knew these were the lands that he was looking for. He had been traveling for quiet some time now that was for sure. He knew this is where his family was and well this was where he wanted to be too however on the other hand he was moving kind of slower then the others. He decided that he wanted to see the land as he wandered instead of getting there in a rush, he really didn't want to do that. He liked the idea of seeing things out side of his old pride before settling into a new pride but at least he gave his mother and father an idea of when he was oging to be to the new pride and he sure met that goal.
He was happy to see that he was getting closer to where he wanted to go. A grin was on his face because of that. For most of his life he had nothing but family so to be away from them for a long amount of time was a little odd to him. So the idea of being back with family in a new refreshing pride was more then exciting to him.
He approached the borders with a smile on his face hopeful to see some one that he knew. His family had to be around but if they were on the borders was a different story. He flicked his fluffy mane out of his eyes as he paused trying to take in the scenery. Something caught his eye as he looked around he smiled before wandering to the familiar figure. It was his half brother and he was really excited to go talk to him. At least he was completely sure of where he was now! He started to trot over excitedly and called out. "Ten!"

Tendaji was exploring his new home. Even after months of living and working there he still believed that he had not seen it all and that was ok with him, but with a little work that would be quickly remedied. He was poking around the border keeping his eye out for anything interesting.
He was not expecting movement out of the corner of his eye, nor the movement to call out his name. Looking up in surprise he quickly focused on the large lion heading his way. The male looked familiar but it still took him a moment to realized that this fluffy maned adult was his little brother. "J'ka? Gods J'ka you have grown." Ten smiled widely, the last time he saw his little brother was shortly before he went out on his seeking. Ten had found the information he was looking for as well as a love that took him from his pride and family. It was the gods' own luck that brought most of his family back to him in the form of his mother and stepfather, as well as quite a few of his half siblings. Now it seemed that his family was gathering once more. He felt a slight pain for his sister's, his litter mates, who he had not seen since he left. With most of the family returned to him he felt their lost all the more.

J'ka grinned at the male it was who he thought he was! That was more exciting than a lot of things that he had come across recently he was glad that he was not only in his new home was where he thought it was but his family was here. He knew that he hadn't seen his family in a while but he was glad that they remembered him that was for sure. He moved closer to the male before nuzzling with him and then pulling back and grinning at the male.
"I guess I have." He laughed some nodding with what his brother said. His mane has grown in and he had grown into his once awkward body his legs were no longer too large for his body and his paws that once felt weird was now fitting fine this made him happy. He flopped down on is haunches and then looking at his brother with a smile still on his face.
"It's nice to feel like I'm home." He smiled again and then nodded before sitting back on his haunches. He then smiled once again before chuckling some. "So tell me, what is this pride like?" He asked the male curiously before grinning ear to ear this was exciting he wasn't that sure of what to do with himself. He flicked his hair out of his eyes before then looking around. "Who else is here?" He was very curious about it he knew there was no way that everyone was here.

Tendaji laughed along with his brother. It was good to see him again. "Well little brother I would say you are home after all most of the family is hear so welcome home little brother, welcome home." He smiled and then did his best to answer J'ka's question. "Its a good pride with many things to learn and see. There is the Pharaoh and his queen, priests and nannies, scribes and hunters, guardians and artisans. It is a pride of many different landscapes. Mountains, Deshret, oases, a river, and they even have ruins. I have found so much to make things with and so much that inspires me." Ten had a wide smile on his face as he paced a bit, burning off his excess energy.
It was true that he missed his family but he was supremely happy of the fact that he was in a land that sparked and fed his need to create things. "Who else? Oh well mom and dad are here." Ten started to refer to Jasiri'ka as dad a few months after his mother becoming formally mated to the large lion. "They both are nannies. Itsaso and Chinyere are huntresses, and Ashakiran is a scribe. I'm a artisan as is my mate, Mei."

Jka couldn't help but to chuckle a little bit as he was called a little brother. He was just a little smaller, not too much than his brother. He remembered and he thought back to when he was much smaller and he used to be towered over by his brother those were different days all together he knew that much. It was amusing but he knew that and it reminded him that they were different ages. It took him a moment to pull himself out of his thoughts before he looked at his brother and smiled.
"It feels great to be home brother." He took a deep breath in and thought about it. This was going to be his home. He then looked at the other male then laughed a little with a grin on his face. "I'm glad that mom and dad are here safely. I know they wnated to head here so that is go." He listened as his brother named off the siblings that were here, he knew that there was more but he didn't know what had happened to them. He guessed that families grew apart and went their own ways even though that made him sad. He paused and looked at his brother with a arched brow and a smirk on his face "A Mate!?" He asked with a small chuckle "What is she like Ten?"

Tendaji nodded. "It came as a surprise to me since I was already out on my seeking when I guess it was decided. I just wished I knew what happened to everyone else." He thought of his adopted older brothers Korrin and Udo, his sisters Kit, Halona, Nyeupe, Lil, Devika, and Akilah, as well as his other younger brother Prometheus. He hadn't seen any of them since he left and he did miss them.
Ten made a face, "Yes a mate you smartass. Mei is a smart, sweet, creative, beautiful lioness who met me out in the rougelands. She was the one who brought me back here which was a stroke of luck. What about you? What have you been up to since I was gone? Have a mate of your own yet?" He really was quite interested to hear what Jka had been up to since they parted ways.

Jka paused and looked at his brother and nodded. "Udo is on his way, by the way, he wanted to find one of his real parents. He nodded at the idea before pausing and thinking for a moment then talked again. "He was also a little upset that his mate went missing." He nodded again before sighing a bit and then flicking his hair out of his eyes and nodding, he loved the oldest brother even though he was adopted he really fit into the crowd. He stretched his paws out. "But it really does feel good to be home.
J'ka smirked at him and then winked. "Well It's good to know you found some one, Mom like her?" He asked curiously, it was a honest question that was for sure he really cared a lot about what their mother thought about these things, to a point thats why he idn't bring anyone home. "Oh no.." He laughed some shaking his head. "No one for me yet, I don't know I guess I'm looking but for now no one." He then paused and thought for a moment before explaining to his brother. "Well not too much. Just been wandering seeing everything around here, seeing what the roguelands had to offer and new things that I haven't been able to see around." He nodded at the idea and then shrugged. "I don't think there was much out there that interested, so I truthfully am glad to be back here.

Tendaji was surprised, "Udo is heading this way?" Big brother Udo always had time to play with Ten so he was quite ecstatic to hear that he was coming home. Like the rest of his family, Ten hadn't seen Udo since he started on his quest and ended up here at the dawn walkers. "A mate? Udo had a mate and she went missing? When did this happen?" Sometimes Ten was a bit 'out there' and forgot things but even he did not think that he would have forgotten something like that.
Ten smiled and made a face at J'ka before answering his question seriously. "Mom seems to be fine with Mei. Although she has been kinda busy as have I and Mei so sadly we haven't really spent much time together other then the odd hello in passing." Family was a big thing for the green lion so not spending that much time with his parents was quite annoying but it seemed that they didn't have free time all at the same time.
This time it Ten who smirked and winked, "Well then we shall just have to find you a mate here in the pride." He laughed and lightly batted his brother's head, mainly his mane. "Yeah its neat out in the rouge lands but it is nice to be at a place that you can call home."

J'ka grinned ear to ear happy to see his older brother happy like that, it was very nice. He nodded at the male's question. "Yeah, he said he was going to leave a little after me. He paused before listening to his brother, he didn't know of Udo's mate. "Yeah he did." He nodded before pausing and trying to remember when he had the mate. "He got it not that long before we left, but he didn't know where she went. I don't think he figured it out either." He shook his head for a moment before turning to the male again. "It's pretty sad I feel really bad for him." He nodded at the idea before shaking his head some once again. "But he said he was going to come back when he's feeling better so he will be coming." He nodded once again he was hoping that really soon he would be joining everyone.
J'ka shook his head and then chuckled just a little bit. "I'm sorry to hear that, well then I hope you manage to get to spend some time with her some time soon." He nodded at the idea, he was hoping that his brother would be able to spend some time with her if he couldn't he knew that wouldn't be cool, he knew that he wouldn't enjoy not being able to spend some time with some one else.
He laughed some and batted back at his brother with a smile. "Well then I guess we will have to then." He laughed some before looking around with a grin on his face. He flicked his hair out of his eyes and then motioned behind the male. "Are you going to show me where I can settle in?" He asked with a chuckle before flicking his hair out of his eyes. He then grinned the pride was nice and he was excited to settle into it and call it home.

Tendaji nodded "Oh. I can't believe his mate disappeared like that and yeah I agree, that kinda sucks." Ten wasn't sure how he would react if Mei just disappeared on him but he had a feeling that like Udo he would end up a bit lost. "Well I'm glad he is coming and I hope we can help him."
"Its ok J'ka its just life being life. I'm sure that soon we will be able do have a big family get together. We should have a party since you are here, although I guess we should wait for Udo to arrive." He smiled and shrugged. As far as he was concerned having a party for J'ka's arrival as well as one for Udo would likely be best but then again maybe J'ka or Udo wanted a party.
Ten just laughed and stood up. "Welcome home 'little' brother" With his smile a mile wide he started back to the pride pointing out interesting little things on the way.

J'ka looked at the other male and then nodded with a chuckle. "Yeah, it really does, suck." He paused for a moment then shook his head. "I really hope that he comes this way some time soon thats for sure." He paused once again he then nodded. "I'm pretty sure that he'll be coming soon. I think he was just trying to see if he could find her before he came this way. He loves this family too much just like the rest of us." J'ka nodded once again, then turned toward his brother once again. "I'm glad to see that you have some one here for you though." He winked at the other male then looked around. So this was going to be his new home.
"I hope for a big family. I just hope a female here will take interest in me." He chuckled slightly then turned toward his brother once again. "Well then lets get ready to go, come on." He chuckled again before winking at the male. "You better start introducing me to some girls." He paused once again before laughing once again. "I won't tell your mate I promise!" He stood up and flicked his tail before he started to wander.
"Why Am I leading the way?" He asked with a laugh as he glanced back at the male before chuckling once again. "Thank you. I'm glad to be home."

Tendaji looked quite serious for a moment or two as he thought about his elder brother in the rouge lands searching for his lost mate, it was not something that he would want for someone like Udo to happen. "Well I guess we will just have to wait and see if he finds her by the time he joins us." He laughed at J'ka's wink. His little brother was right though, Ten was lucky to have Mei and he couldn't wait to introduce the two but he had a feeling it would have to be something planed in advance since everyone was always so busy.
Ten smiled, "All in good time brother, all in good time. First we have to find a female that would be interested in a dork like you." His wide smile showed that he was just joking, he expected that finding someone for J'ka wouldn't be terrible hard. The comment about not telling his mate made Ten laugh, "Gods she would likely be the first to set you up on dates. Or at lest suggest someone who you might be interested in meeting."
He had slowed down as he talked to J'ka so now the orange and black lion was in front of his green and white brother. "Please! You aren't leading the way your just got in the way for a short moment." He laughed and with a bounce to his step he continued deeper into the pride's lands. Slowly his family was coming back together, one member at a time.
