Haha sweatdrop My Journal smile Replies are welcome ^-^
So....*awkward laugh* Not to sure how to begin...
Like this! Well, I'll start by saying that I have a sugar dependancy... Literallty an addiction to sugar. I thought it wasnt that bad but yesterday we ran out of sugar and I experienced a whole day without sugar and I felt...well I felt like crap really. Shaking, sweating, aching muscles, headache, depression, agitation and dizziness presented as the withdrawl symptoms. Buuut all changed today cause I got sugar smile
I'm not ready to stop having sugar, or really to lessen my intake of it yet. But it's making me gain weight. So I need to exercise more. A lot more. My parents have picked up on this weight gain and ...lets just say names have begun.
The only problem is that I have a seemingly undiagnosable medical condition which causes me to feint if I over-exert myself. But screw it! Tomorrow I'm going on a 20.2 mile walk along the beach razz And soon I'm gonna do a sponsored 40 mile walk to raise money for going to Japan (I wanna do Volunteer work over there) So...This is my Quest for a more exercise filled lifestyle! biggrin I don't really have a weight "goal" so to speak. I just want to lose weight and be capable of walking to the corner shop without being doubled over gasping for air and then passing out razz

Starting slow might be better, like instead of a 20 mile walk, maybe do a 3 or 5 mile walk. Starting slow will allow your body to get stronger and not get burned out quickly.
Anyways, good luck!!
