... and i was wondering if there is anyone out there who could or would show me how. I love creative stories and character development, and all types of conflicts. The problem is, I don' know where to start when roleplaying. This being said, I'm looking for a tutor to help me get started and maybe practice with me. You know, show me the ropes. Just send me a personal message if you're interested. Thanks! -Tego

Sorry your request has gone neglected. Things have been a bit slow around here for reasons I don't quite know. That said, I'll lay out a few basic things.
As a player, RPing is far simpler. You need only be concerned with creating (or choosing, if they're premade) a character that fits the setting of your chosen roleplay. Be sure to follow any additional rules they create as they exist to keep things running smoothly. Anything else I could say would essentially boil down to: 1) Give your character(s) personality. 2) Try to be diverse and real simultaneously. 3) Challenge yourself. Do not use the same character in every roleplay.
