Suiton • Suiben is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will create a whip of water which can strike and bind an opponent. The ninja can also use a jutsu like Jibashiri to send an electric current through the whip to stun their opponent.

Mizu no Waruasobi (Trick of Water)

Description:
A very simple technique which involves a simple flick of one's hands and a muster of sweat in the fingers. A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision.

Mizu Kagami no Jutsu (Water Mirror Technique)

Description:
A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.

Uo Tsuba (Fish Spit)

Description:
A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.


Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)

Description:
Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks. This is stronger than the Maruton version.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.

Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds Technique)

Description:
Suiton • Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Rain ninja Kagari which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Description:
Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone. This is stronger than the Maruton version.

Isonagi no Jutsu (Beach Crab)

Description:
A jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If strong enough, the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival.

Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique)

Description:
A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield.

Suimenka no Kisoku (Breathing underwater Technique)

Description:
The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.

An enhanced Uo Tsuba, instead of a stream, it is a bullet that impacts the enemy at high speed (though with blunt force,) and it is roughly about the size of a fist.

Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)

By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.

Description:
A skill in which is used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into the water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. Approximately six feet in length, and are capable of attacking in all directions. This is a jutsu in which you need one hundred percent chakra control in order to learn.

Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu (Mist Vision Technique)

Description:
A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Description:
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Mizu Kamikiri (Rising Water Cutter)

Suiton • Mizu Kamikiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, Shizuku will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Water chakra. He will then slam his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

Suiton • Suihashu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Yamato will raise his hand into the air and emit a continuous jet of water to disrupt his opponent's attacks. Due to the nature of water, this attack works especially well against smoke based jutsu.

Takitsubo no Jutsu (Waterfall Basin Technique)

Suiton • Takitsubo no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals to create a large volume of water. Yamato used this technique in conjunction with Earth Style Doryuu Jouheki. This allowed him to form a large waterfall.

Mizuame Nabara (Starch Syrup Capture Field)

Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Suiton • Houmatsu Rappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After Pain summons his giant crustacean, the creature will expel a huge wave of water from its mouth.

Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

Mizu no Tatsumaki (Tornado of Water)

Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

Suiton • Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Yahiko will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Description:
Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. Stronger than the Maruton version.

Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor)

A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time.

Deido Tama (Mud Ball)

Description:
A very useful technique used to slow down their opponents, the user spits out a large ball of mud. The mud is kept together with chakra and, when it strikes a hard surface, it hardens-- slowing down movement of the person hit or weighing down an item. Once it has turned solid, only a strong person can break it, though a water technique of chuunin level or higher can liquefy the mud once more. Eventually, the hardened mud shatters, and the victim is no longer inconvenienced by it.

Suikusari no Jutsu (Water Chains Technique)

Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move.

Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation)

Description:
The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.

Water Release • Tentacle Barrage Fury (Suiton • Shokushu Rendan Kyouran)

Description:
A skill which is used to attack the opponent from various angles. Around the opponent, eight tentacles emerge all created from water. These tentacles having a mind of their own much like bunshins, which will come down and attack the opponent in utter desperation to attack them. These tentacles can be attacked and destroyed, but that just makes openings for the tentacles to attack.

Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Reflection Clone Technique)

A jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water step out of the reflection and attack as a physical body. This type of water clone is an improvement over the Mizu Bunshin, possessing Chakra, Intelligence, and Physical abilities equivalent to 1/3 the user's. Each clone can be destroyed with a solid blow.

Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken)

Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water.

Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill)

Description:
An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked.

A skill which utilizing the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent, having sharp dagger like teeth. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around the opponent to try and pull them back under for a second attempt.

Suiton • Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, Gamabunta manifests a large amount of water in his mouth which he can then spit at his opponent as a large spherical projectile.

Suiton • Daibakuryuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.

Ja no Kuchi (Serpent Mouth)

Suiton • Ja no Kuchi is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Fuuka will generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow her target. After activation, she can create further serpents if needed. Fuuka may also use this jutsu in conjunction with Doton • Doro Houshi. The water of Ja no Kuchi will increase the momentum of the earth of Doro Houshi to create a more powerful mud slide.
Each homing serpent takes 1 B-ranked amount of chakra at minimum.

Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

Doiru Suiyari no Jutsu (Drilling Water Spears)

Used when the enemy is standing on top of water to surprise attack them (though a Mist Shinobi with Mizu Soujuu and enough power and control can use this technique without the water.) Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water comes forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them (in the case of elemental techniques) or deflect them high (in the case of projectiles and weaker taijutsu attacks).

Suiton • Goshokuzame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below.

Description:
A move used for interrogating the enem, a bubble of liquid is placed of the head of the target causing echo's of the brain to echo throughout the water finding out information that the target has no control of letting you know, as unless they can forget before the technique is placed there is no chance. Only an amnesia patient would be able to deify this technique.

A technique that is incredibly useful anytime. A giant pendulum of Water Swings behind the user during the Fight witch sends of a hypnotic theme which after 5 posts can knock out the opponent only for about 30 seconds witch in most cases is enough to capture the enemy.

Water Decapitation

Description:
A small beam of water powerful enough to simply cut off a limb, its strength gets weaker the further away the target is. from closer range the targets limb will easily be dismembered. the jet is so small its easy to dodge.

Complete Body Vanish

Description:
This technique is to be used once the opponent is dead or nearly dead. If it hits, the opponents body is gone completely and can never be recovered... also their information will be transferred to the user's body giving them vital information about Bloodlines or Clans or there own Techniques. (this will allow the user to learn one of the opponent they have killed's Custom Techniques)

Sensatsu Suishou (Death by a Thousand Flying Water Needles)

Description:
Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. Unlike every other hand seal, Haku is able to create the technique by forming hand seals on only one hand. To create the needles, Haku forms the needed hand seal and then kicks water into the air with his foot. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand needles. These needles then come raining down on his target.

Water Release • Devil's Domain Water Torture (Suiton • Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Goumon)

A skill in which has to be used when the opponent is within the presence of a large body of water. The chakra quickly flowing through the water, causes more then fifty percent of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave. Once crashing into the opponent, it begins to condense itself smaller and smaller. Increasing the pressure until the opponent bursts.

Water Release • Water Blade Barrage (Suiton • Mizu no Yaiba Rendan)

A skill which can only be used when the opponent is underwater. Within the water, blades of water are created all around the opponent. As soon as they are created, they are sent from various sides in order to tear through the opponent. Cutting open their bodies and leaving terrible wounds upon their body.

A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.

Suiton • Hahonryuu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To use this technique Yamato will generate water to use against his opponent. This technique was seen in conjunction with Naruto's Wind Element Rasengan. These two attacks combined together to form Gufuu Suika, a large rotating water and wind vortex.
This is essentially a Water Rasengan, but without the cutting power.

Suishuu Gorugon (Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain)

Suiton • Suishuu Gorugon is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, Shizuku will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him water chakra, which he will use to generate a mass of water. This can then be sent towards his target as a biting serpent.
Requires Yomi's E.M.E.C.

Suitenhoufutsu (Sky and Water Convergence)

Suiton • Suitenhoufutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target. Ruiga can then use this water to drown his target or as a medium to call forth his fish summons. Because Ruiga uses groundwater to create the jutsu, if he is in a rocky area, he will have difficulty utilizing this technique.

Daibakufu no Jutsu (Grand Waterfall Technique)

Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Gekiryuu Chikara (Raging River Force)

Description:
This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can floor an area of 200 square feet (a 10x10 square.)

Hahonryuu (Destruction Torrent)

Suiton • Hahonryuu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To use this technique Yamato will generate water to use against his opponent. This technique was seen in conjunction with Naruto's Wind Element Rasengan. These two attacks combined together to form Gufuu Suika, a large rotating water and wind vortex.
Note: Can be used in collaboration. The real jutsu summons water.

Description:
A skill in which the user begins to gather a wide amount of moisture from the air. Within the air, more and more water comes together being materialized by the users chakra. Coming together, it makes this large pillar of water within the sky, often going unnoticed by the opponent. This technique is somewhat comparable to the Doton Doryuu Taiga, in that the user creates a small torrent of water that moves along the ground at a high speed and can carry opponents away with it. If there is a sizable body of water nearby, or the user's Mizu Soujuu is up to the task, the size of the torrent can be quite large. Otherwise, the torrent is smaller and more specific, able to target one opponent or straight line of opponents.

Daikoudan no Jutsu (Great Shark Missile Technique)

Suiton • Daikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Kisame will generate a large shark which he will launch towards his opponent. The shark is no mere blast of water, as it also absorbs the chakra of his opponent, which causes it to increase in size. This means that the more powerful his opponent is, the larger and more powerful Daikoudan will be when it impacts.
Initial cost is S-ranked, but it gains in strength depending upon what jutsu is absorbed from overwhelming.

Suiton • Senjikizame is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Water Element. Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. Numerous sharks of condensed water will emerge to create a tidal wave of frenzied fish. This jutsu works well in conjunction with Kuchiyose, as it can hide the location of a summoned shark bearing secret mission intel.
If used in conjunction with the Fish Summoning, the Kuchiyose of 1 contract is free.

A Jutsu which creates a huge cyclone turned on its side, which is sent toward the opponent or group of opponents. This Jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water (or with the mastery of Mizu Soujuu,) and is devastatingly powerful, both in the force with which it strikes and with it's tendency to catch people and objects and slam them into other object. It can easily rip large trees and masses of rock from the Earth.

Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for a short while before draining into the sand. The depth of the water once the wave has settled is anywhere between 8 to 10 feet.

A lethal move when used correctly, the opponent must be underwater. After the opponent is fully submersed, the user channels a large amount of chakra into their hands, and using this chakra, creates a large burst of energy, compressing the water momentarily beneath themselves. Due to the non-compressive nature of water, this compression will disperse throughout the body, crushing anything unlucky enough to be near the source. This force can entirely crush even the strongest of opponents, and must be used carefully around wildlife, or it can destroy entire ecosystems. For this reason, it is rarely used except in life or death situations.
