Liam sat at the Ravenclaw table after lunch on sunday, since there were no classes on sunday Liam was a bit bored. He was reading an interesting book he found called Hogwarts, A History. It detailed every last part about Hogwarts. From its founding to the modern renovations. The book was good but he felt like he needed to get out and about but he didn't know very many people at Hogwarts yet, and honestly even though the kids in Ravenclaw with him were at the same level of intelligence most could be a bit stiff and boring. Liam needed risk and adventure, sometimes he wished the Sorting Hat had put him Slytherin or even Gryffindor. He would have alot more fun then just around nerds all the time.
He looked around the Great Hall, most people seemed to have gone outside or to the Quidditch pitch. Liam had no real intrest in Quidditch so maybe he would just go for a walk around the lake. As he got up and started to gather his things up he heard a sound of someone walking up behind him.

Attor was writing some quick notes in his book after lunch in the great hall. Mostly things he had over heard that seemed important enough to remember. Either things he wanted to investigate or information of family ties and such. The great hall was such a great place for being a part of conversation you would never normally be aloud in. It was loud during lunch time and people spoke as though there was no one else around them, he thought a lot of them very foolish.
After he tied the strings on his book he picked his stuff up to head out of the great hall. Just a head of him was a Ravenclaw boy, he seemed to run into them a lot. Sometimes he liked them, then again a lot of them were very confusing. Attor was always the type to walk fast no matter where or why he was walking some where, but he was forced to slow down behind the Ravenclaw. "Mind speeding it up a bit?" Attor asked not so much in a mean way.

He heard a voice coming from behind him, he turned around and came face to face with Attor. "Oh yea sorry man" he said to him as he sped up, keeping with the flow of people leaving the great hall. "So you're Attor Pendragon right? Pendragon as in the family of inventors Pendragons?"
Liam knew about the Pendragon family. His father worked with them on occasion to get their pattens passed through the offices of magical law. Well that and the name comes up in a lot of books about the reach and expansion of modern magic.

Attor smirked running his hand through his hair in a very cocky way. Even if he didn't like his father the family Pendragon filled him with pride. Besides his Uncle and Aunt were some of the better people in his life and they two carried on the family legacy as their brother. "Why yes indeed I am. I hope to be an inventor to one day, though what choice do I have I will inherit at least one or more of my father's companies." Attor said puffing out his chest happily. "Kincade correct?" Attor said recalling from sorting day he remembered that name and itched to check his note book, but remembering the last name would be enough for now.

"Wow I'm in the presence of scientfic royalty." Liam shook Attors hand with pride and laughed at his own joke. He looked surprised when Attor said his last name. "Aye, I'm Liam of the Galway Kincades. How did you know?" He said to what he hoped to be his new friend.

"Oh psh psh." Attor said waving his hand in a oh don't gush kinda of way, before taking Liam's hand to shake. They were completely stopped now blocking the path. Attor ignored a Gryffindor and they grumbled and squeezed by them.
"I make it my business to know everyone, be it in name or in person." Attor said trying to make himself sound more important. When again the truth was he only remember the name for the sorting.

"Well it is a real honor to meet you Attor. Where are you off to now?" Liam hoped that they might have a class together, it was obvious that they were both 1st years and intelligent students.
