Nick is a bright man who loves talking and socializing. He doesn't have any sort of superiority complex or anything of the sort. Whether you're a child, a fellow colleague or even a passerby, he gives you all the same respect. No matter how bad his day goes, he'll have a smile for you because you deserve a good day.
During the survival, he still generally maintains that attitude as well. He feels bad combating what used to be patients, students and doctors he knew, but for the sake of the ones he's protecting, he'll take them on.

Nick is a man, who though is very social and happy, honestly has a few insecurities when it comes to his love life. He fully immersed himself into his work, obtaining high ranks at a young age- at the cost of knowing how to address a woman. A joke Myla constantly makes at him and his lonely house.
He's a pediatrician, so at the very least he likes to think if he had children, he'd be good with them. He doesn't find his conversations with Myla to help him with women, because as he says, "Myla's more manlier than I am, I think." He seems to have summed up some courage to start talking to other girls, Paige in specific.
During the survival, he's less combat and fighting, and more hiding and sneaking around. This is possibly because most of the time, he's accompanied by two children, a male and female.

Paige • The woman he meets when she starts interning. He's taken a shine to the meek woman, finding her funny and adorable, especially compared to the people he's used to. Seeing her smiling face is just one more thing to add on to making his day bright! They're often talking during breaks.
Myla • His fellow colleague for years, this woman is what gave him a backbone! She may be tough and strict, but he's somehow managed to build a friendship with her that stands outside the hospital. They take kick boxing lessons together, and can be seen occasionally drinking. He likes to think they're good friends.
Lilika • One of his patients, Nick finds her alone during their survival. Nick's gotten to know the sickly girl, and while she's really shy and quiet, thinks she's really a sweet and kind girl. He does his best to cheer her up and make her smile. He won't let a thing happen to his little companion.
