A song of personal nature. i came up with the structure of the verses myself on accident...dont know what to think of that.
When hope seems lost. Find yourself At the place, where true love meets. There comes a time When all things pass. As life moves on, you will find peace.
I walk alone. A broken path My friends are few and far. The darkness flows. The coffins lid I face myself, here at last. Dark within and dark without The wounds are all that’s left My feeble arms reach out to find Someone to carry me back home
When hope seems lost. Find yourself At the place where true love meets There comes a time when all things pass As life moves on, you will find peace
As I fall, I hear the sound Of footsteps in the dirt My knees give way, a cry rings out. It echoes off the overpass As eyelids close, I see the feet Shoes covered with filth I hear a voice, one full of grace My tears fall freely to the dirt
When hope seems lost. Find yourself At the place where true love meets There comes a time when all things pass As life moves on, you will find peace
A bloodied hand, upon my back A second lifts me up I look to see the face above My heart is healed at last The kind face of the man who saves Love shows in his eyes He brings me to the place in him Where peace can overflow at last
When hope seems lost. Find yourself At the place where true love meets There comes a time when all things pass As life moves on, you will find peace

a poem this time. Though origionally of sentimental value, I feel it applies to all...enjoy.
its always hard letting go sometimes its fast sometimes its slow but the pain is always there deeper then you know its always there inside burning you broken heart of coal leaving nothing but the ashes white and cold just like the snow the snow that swirls around you turning tears to gleaming stone whipping through your body freezing every bone yet another fire rages just waiting for release the flames of burning passion locked away and without peace how the heart weeps for the loss how the soul cries for the stone that once was something more then friendship now something never known now they pray for great healing but how will it ever come when all they see are ashes and the heart that’s never won

You have a really lovely writing style smile I particularly like the poem. Some of the lines really intrigued me and drew me in like "burning you broken heart of coal leaving nothing but the ashes white and cold just like the snow the snow that swirls around you turning tears to gleaming stone "
And "now they pray for great healing but how will it ever come when all they see are ashes and the heart that’s never won"
I'd love to see some more of your stuff!
