How come this guild is only having Soul Reapers and Arrancars and Vizards? XD I just don't get it..why there aren't any Quincy's or well...Humans with powers..kinda like chad and Orihime.. >.> I'm just..confused.. XD

Probably because there are not too many people wanting to be a human or quincy when they join a guild lol..... the reason why there is no bounts here as well

It's because they didn't have any species set abilities, so it's not exactly easy to make a skeleton for them, and just leaving it to the imagination of who ever want's to be one... Well... It doesn't take a genius to realize what's going to happen.
As well humans would be much weaker in all aspects simply because their soul is still part of their body, Arrancar, Shinigami, etc. they dont have a body sealing their Reiatsu away, meaning it would be human 3, shinigami/arrancar 7. (odds wise)
I mean I'm pretty sure I'm not the only 1 who want's the guild to turn into a harry potter thing when someone makes a char with a magic wand...

Oh, I see.. well that's....poorly...and close to not fair.. :T no offense..just my opinion.. DX aww man..well you guys should have humans..well at least..for beginners.. xd
