The Comedian
Liam is known for being the smartass in class with the witty comebacks and quick remarks. He usually picks on the bullies which makes him quite popular with the other students. Known for pulling pranks and crazy adventures on and off Hogwarts grounds, his mother was happy to see him finally grow old enough to go to Hogwarts and have him out of her hair. If you are in the same dorm as Liam you have fake spiders, obnoxious jokes and embarrassing pranks to look forward to, especially when you have to get to class on time.
The Gifted
While a trickster and a trouble maker Liam is very intelligent and actually does very well in his classes. His teachers like him well enough even if they are often the butt of his jokes or pranks. Especially talented in Transfiguration and Charms, he will most likely become a healer or a spell inventor. He has no real interest in becoming an Auror or anything in the Ministry of Magic. Stuffy suit and a desk would not work for this wild child.
The Lucky
Who knows if his good luck comes from the clover pins he wears or his Irish heritage (there is a family rumor of Leprechaun blood somewhere in his family tree, but this is just a family story and completely untrue) but he is extremely fortunate in his endeavors. This in his line of extra-curricular activities is extremely profitable. He rarely gets caught when out past curfew though his luck isn't fool proof and he has had plenty of visits to the Headmaster for his high jinks. Most of his friends will no longer play games of exploding snap or poker with him after being sharked by his lucky streak. Too bad he doesn't play Quidditch or the Ravenclaw team would be having a good 7 year stint on the field.
