Gaius had been standing on the roof of the "Coordinated Relief Facility" for some time before ceasing his musings and releasing his pent up hold on his reiatsu. It roared outwards, completely opposite to the almost undetectable state from before. Now he could be easily located by even the normal souls lacking the powers of a Shinigami. Before long someone would be along to attempt to remove his life from his body. However this time he would well deserve it, appearing to attack the sick and infirm like this? He almost despised himself. Hell, his massive reiatsu output was likely incapacitating the weakened Shinigami inside the building below.
Come now, I know you feel bad. But if you let me out. Let me kill them. Let me destroy. Let me utterly decimate them. It will be my fault not yours. Let me... Zund's voice as always had a wheedling and cajoling tone to it.

Gaius spoke quietly, almost to himself, literally, "No. You are done. You are part of me. I let you loose. And I will again. Be patient. You will have discipline before our last days are done." Brutus rumbled his assent inside Gaius' skull.

He perked up slightly, tensing oh so very little, his hand moving in a blur to the hilt of his ancient blade, "Silent, they come."

Tomoya stepped down lightly on the roof of the "Coordinated Relief Facility" his small frame making him seem insignificant and weak. Weak he was not has the 3rd seat it was his duty to help protect his squad, and protect his squad he would. Tomoya calmly drew his zanpakuto his calmness masking an anger boiling beneath. This man or whoever he was had chosen a very bad day to mess with Squad 4. To day marked the anniversary of his sisters death. Standing there solid, and straight with his blade drawn Tomoya made no attempt to say a thing he only stared Gauis done.
"Careful Tomoya make sure to drive him away from here before you vent your anger."
Karafuru told Tomoya knowing that if anyone below got hurt because of him that he would be devastated, and in the fight that was clearly to come would be disastrous for Tomoya. Taking in a breath Tomoya still did not rush forward to attack, no he wouldn't strike first he didn't have the raw physical power to do that he would have to rely on speed , and technique to win.

Sensing more of his opponent as his mind and body calmed slightly he relaxed once more. His hand dropped from the hilt of his short blade and he slowly lowered himself to the roof of the building, his back to the Shinigami. "Sit down kid. You'll just hurt yourself. On your own I'd have you dead in moments. I don't want to. So sit down, and have a nice chat till a few more of you arrive, then I'll kill you. A few minutes isn't too much of a difference is it?"

Not in the least worried about the presence behind him Gaius pulled up a knee, slid out his gladius slowly and carefully with a steely rasp and began sharpening and polishing its already marless surface and edge. As his hand moved back and forth, he began speaking again, sharpening this blade had always been therapeutic in a way for him. "I've fought alot of you Shinigami, I've killed a good number too. I've lived far longer than I have any right to. Noone is meant to live this long, you all just fail to see it. Even your Captain is on his way here now, I can feel him, he seeks to end me, and prolong his own life. One I appreciate, the other I do not. Can you guess which it is?" The steely rasp of stone on steel continued, he chuckled lightly to himself, "We'll find out soon enough eh my friend?"

Kei Aoi
Captain, Fourth Division
Sereitei, Soul Society

"You speak too much, vile creature!" A Shinigami of the Fourth Division exclaimed in anger. About a dozen members of the Fourth Division stood from where Gaius and Tomoya were and that all their blades were drawn for combat. "Get out of the Fourth Division! Stay away from Tomoya-sama!" Another Shinigami screamed; the other agreed in unison.

Suddenly, one of them gasped. "The man's a Bount!" A man said, pointing with a shaky finger at Gaius. "I'm sure of it! He's not a Hollow or an Arrancar or what; he's a Bount!" He added. The others then screamed in rage. "Abominations of the Shinigami community!" They screamed and then charged towards Gaius, screaming their rage out. One by one, they dashed to the Bount and began swinging their swords in attempt to... kill the enemy.

Meanwhile, in a horribly far distance from the Fourth Division, Kei Aoi was running as fast as he could. Cursing himself for not learning how to use Shunpo, the captain concentrated on not getting lost along the way for it was not helping the situation. He prayed for whatever god was there that Tomoya and the rest of the squad would not be hurt... but alas, after all, the Gotei elite was a military institution - someone was going to be hurt sooner or later. Yet, Kei swore again and again for his inability to protect those he wanted to protect. Just a little more...

Raising his right hand, a Hell Butterfly attended to his presence. "Hayashi-sama, I have proceeded to my own division in retaliation to the threat of the Bount there; he has taken hold of my division's location and than all of my members are endangered. I am going there straight away." Kei Aoi said and then paused for a moment. The butterfly was about to fly again when the captain reached out to it. "Also, there is another Bount... I repeat, there are four of them." He added and then let the Hell Butterfly go to Kiisho. Then, Kei dashed as fast as he can to the Fourth Division. A little more...

Gaius sighed, he was hoping they wouldn't react like this. They simply had no chance. They would all die. He tucked the whetstone into a pocket and sheathed the gladius. After pulling himself to his feet and dusting off his knees he glanced over his shoulder at Tamoya. "I suggest you go find your Taicho, or a Taicho, it matters not. There is nothing you can do to help your foolish comrades, 'less you convince them to retreat." As those last words exited his lips the first blades of the attacking Shinigami drew near.

"Rule Seven: Yelling and screaming is not only a waste of energy but also forwarns your target." As he spoke he ducked under the blade of a charging Shinigami and punched him in the gut. The man's internal organs were shredded and pulverized, turned into a quivering pulp almost instantly, blood began leaking from the corner of his lips as he fell.

"Rule Three: Keep yourself mobile, leaping to the air while unable to maneuver is just a plain bad idea." Again, as his voice calmly laid out a few of the Rules of Combat he followed, almost as if discussing the merits of a painting, he kicked the souless blade of the now dead Shinigami into the air. Gaius caught the blade, examined it for a bare moment and spun. The katana he now bore disembowling the previously flying Shinigami. His viscera and blood spraying over Gaius and several of the attacking so called "Death Gods."

"You obey Rule Four: Outnumber and coordinate whenever possible. This is good, sadly it won't save you, or me." Two already eliminated in a matter of moments, and three more coming at him from separate sides. He hoped their Captain hurried. Their deaths accomplished very little. His fingers curled tightly around the hilt of the captured katana he simply stepped forward and punched once more. The massive musculature of his body employed once more to bring about destruction. As his fist met the chest of the nondescript and low powered Shinigami there was no crack of breaking bone. Only a small groan from the deceased Shinigami. Even now disintegrating around the hole the Raven had created in his chest cavity. The katana's of the two Shinigami behind him hacked into his shoulders.

"Rule Twelve: When attacking with the element of surprise go for a killing blow, unless absolutely necessary." He reached behind himself. His arms crossing as they reached for the blades of his foes that had entered his body. Blood seeped from the wounds and down the blades. His fingers curled around the razor sharp edges and simply pulled up. Removing the blades and lifting the poor Shinigami into the air. His fingers began bleeding as well, cut by the blades and the weight they bore. Even in his shoulders weakened state he still contained the strength and power to throw men about. He swung the two men into the air. Forced to release their grip on their weapons they flew into the air. With a soft grunt of exertion he sent their weapons sailing after them. Pinning each to the wall of a nearby structure. The blades slowly cutting them in half as gravity pulled them down.

He had already killed five Shinigami in less than a minute. Already he was drenched in blood and pieces of his enemy. And already were the wounds in his shoulders and hands glowing brightly as the reishi, so abundant in the air around them, rushed forwards and healed him.

Zund laughed manically inside. This...THIS was what he desired. Well, destruction would accomplish his goals once more. He mentally carressed the reservoir of alchemic energy inside himself. Should he let Zund out? Should he release unknowable death and destruction on these people?

Despite five of his comrades being cut down almost instantaneously Tomoya struggled to keep his anger under control and somehow managed to do so. Still it did not lessen the killing intent coming off of him which he couldn't complete keep under control at the moment. This was actually surprising that he even had a killing intent as Tomoya rarely if ever tried to harm another soul. For this man Tomoya would gladly make an exception for , and until Kei could arrive he would fight this man with all he got.

"Bloom Karafuru Hana."

Tomoya whispered as a warm spring breeze washed over the area overpowering the smell of blood, and Tomoya's zanpkauto entered its shikia in a flash of green light. The member of squad four that was left on the roof knew what Tomoya was planning knew what Tomoya was planning , and were evacuating the building as the spoke. By the time Tomoya was ready to attack they had gotten their job done which was about all they could do against a foe such as Gaius.

"Sir the building is evacuated let him have it."

One of the members said to Tomoya as they all moved to protect the people evacuating from the building. With no worry of harming anything, but Gaius and the building a weight was taken off his small shoulders. Moving forward in a blur Tomoya used all his speed to close the gap. He moved low , and fast until he was right in front of Gaius. At this angle Tomoya wouldn't destroy as much as he would have with his next move if he had simple fired straight froward.

"Hana o okotta."

Tomoya muttered as a red light gathered around Karafuru Hana, before it unleashed a tremendous blast of red energy point blank at Gaius. Everyone near by gasp in aw at the sheer size of the blast as Tomoya poured all of his anger into the attack hell bent on leaving no trace of this man who dared to harm his comrades on the saddest day of his life.

Gaius sighed slightly and nodded in relief as the remaining attacking members of the squad fled...except for that one. He turned around to face Tamoya. His Shikai had been released and just judging from his body language it seemed quite heavy despite its size. He had felt the breeze and seen the green flash of light in the corner of his eye, but had thought little of it. "...You fool..." His face to on a saddened but resigned cast to it as the boy charged. "I told you to run." The Shinigami didn't look all that strong, but he sure was fast, though he did lack Shunpo. "You don't have a chance." He was drawing close now, and his blade was beginning to glow a violent red. "I'm far over your head." His right arm whipped back and snatched his gladius from its sheath. It left it's housing so quickly there wasn't even time for it to ring. His short and heavy blade, having a great deal more momentum and power than Tomoya's, smashed into the side of the Zanpakutou, driving it sideways. Turning what had been intended as a surgical strike to attack an opponent into a wanton destruction of property. The blast of energy tore into the wals of a nearby structure.

He closed his eyes momentarily in remorse, "Now look what you've done. I was going to spare you. I thought you too young. Too green. But now you've bloodied your hands. Do you hear the screams? Feel the pain? The agony? The suffering? It was your choice to cause that." His left arm swung with blinding and blurring speed to cuff Tomoya on the back of the head. From anyone else it would've just been a knock to the head. From Gaius it could quite possibly cause a minor concussion. At the least ,unless by some grace of whoever they worshipped he avoided it, it would leave one hell of a lump and one raging headache. "Rule Two: Anger is a tool. It is useful. It will make you stronger, and faster. If it uses you, you die. Remember this, you may last a bit longer." His cuffing hand had moved with admonishment and disdain. No aggression or injury had been meant in the strike, simply a sharp blow to bring the boy to his senses.

Kei Aoi
Captain, Fourth Division
Sereitei, Soul Society

There was a short and sharp ringing sound behind Gaius as he reached out to Tomoya's head.

Suddenly, a rapidly spinning wakizashi spun itself from a distance and then struck Gaius' left hand ergo deflecting him from his "admonishing and disdaining" reach. The blade then spun itself back to Kei Aoi's, who was now suddenly standing in between of Tomoya's small figure and Gaius tall stature; he was in between of a horribly small and huge figures. Interesting. The captain's eyes bored at the Bount's threatening sight and the scanned his muscular entirety and made some assumptions of the limitations of his powers. Then, gently, he pushed Tomoya's light body away from him and the foe.

The captain gave a soft smile and a greeting nod at Gaius. "You and your rules speak too much, Bount-sama." Kei Aoi said softly, then turning to Tomoya. "Tomoya-kun, you either stay here and fight or you go away from here and then assist much of the Fourth Division's evacuees. The extent of the enemies powers," he drifted, now turning back once again to Gaius. "Might be a bit beyond us all." The captain added, looking proudly, courageously at the eyes of the enemy before him.

Turning to the blood-smeared entirety of the area, the captain's earlier smile slowly faltered. Oh. The captain's eyes slowly closed as he prayed for peace at the fallen Shinigami of the Fourth Division, who fought wholeheartedly to protect their home. After a moment, the captain opened his eyes and then sighed deeply whilst looking at the huge lump of trouble that was Gaius. "Of course, the Bounts did not come here to have tea." He added softly, shaking his head in disapproval of the latter's crude ways. But in the end, war was war.

War came along with bloodshed.

A small chuckle escaped Gaius' throat, he had barely felt the dull impact of the weapon against his hand. "You? You?!? You are the Captain of this Squad? Boy, run along, find someone who knows how to fight. I have some killing to do." His eyes sparked red slightly, a bolt of energy flashing through them as he drew slightly on Zund's explosive reserves of power. A small portion of his personality was subverted momentarily by the influx of such destructive potential. The sparks of alchemic energy retreated into his arms. His hands flashed out. Intending to grab both Shinigami by the scruff's of their uniforms. He would raise them into the air and with almost a gentle toss, simply throw them out to the sides. They would be unable to walk on the air within the bounds of the Sekiseki stone wall surrounding the Seireitei.

"However for some reason I find myself doubting either of you will choose the smart decision and flee before I break every bone below your hips." A small, dark blue, ring, clearly unadorned and metallic flashed into existence on his hand. "You have your intelligence off Boy. I'm a Raven. Far more than a simply Bount." The ring began glowing, pockets of reishi in the air quickly began glowing almost simultaneously before rushing towards the glowing band of metal before dissapearing. The tiles that made up the roof of the building under his feet quickly began shining a bright blue as well before dissolving and rushing towards it as well." Normally energy collection from the air was either relatively weak or quite slow, however with the exponentially higher concentration here the resulting blast would be much more powerful.

Arubtly the energy ceased it's collection in the ring and dulled back to mundanity once more. "Say hello to Zeus for me will you?" He raised the hand, almost completely obscured by the glowing nimbus from his ARMS and smiled. It was all theatrical, something he generally despised, however if one were to go out, why not with a bang as they said?

Instantly without cue the glow from the ring vanished and formed a large glowing disk in front of him. Never ceasing it's transformation it quickly shifted in on itself to from a compact ball of a myriad of colors. Still moving the flow of energy quickened as it exploded outwards towards Kei. Far more powerful than Tomoya's previous blast it roared forward, devouring the air in front of it. The previously constructive energy in the world around them had been absorbed and converted into a blast of pure destruction. No flames, no shockwave, no electicity or impact. If it struck Kei he would simply feel as if a Kido of around 60-70 power had ran into him full on.

The attack lit up the sky, Shinigami around the Seireitei would know trouble now resided in the Fourth Division. They may come, they WOULD die.

Kei Aoi
Captain, Fourth Division
Sereitei, Soul Society

((I don't think I portrayed the mechanics of your Jupiter's Ring [it's the skill, right? The one Gaius used?] right for the description was vague, Mitch... but send me a PM and explain to me if it's really, really wrong.))

Kei Aoi's morose expression, which was incredibly rare for such a character such as him, did wear off as the the foe chuckled oh so casually upon the captain's arrival. But of course, they have developed an interestingly large aptitude of underestimating their enemies before them. The captain vaguely smiled as he listened at the first greeting words of the enemy upon his arrival. "Yes, I am the captain of this division, Aoi Kei; it's a rather twisted pleasure to meet you, Bount-sama." Kei Aoi responded to his rather 'shocked' remarks of him being the captain of the Fourth Division. "I apologize for possibly not meeting your standards of what a captain is - I hardly doubt you have the idea of what the essence of a true captain is - for I am just the division head of a medical group; we are not designed for battle, of course." The captain explained and the very moment he felt the sudden influx of energy upon Gaius' arms, that was when he had to take the "soft push" a little harder. The captain skipped backwards for several feet, along with Tomoya, and the skidded off the heavy grasps of the enemy. Kei Aoi gave one soft relief but saw a slight tear on his haori on the left sleeve. Oh, my...

When the foe invoke the sudden appearance of a dark blue hued ring and then contradicting Kei Aoi's ideologies of referring to him as a "Bount", the captain gave a gentle "ah" as he listened to him. "Ah, forgive me for my ignorance, Raven-sama." Kei Aoi said. "However, I don't normally read anything besides profiles of my members," turning to Tomoya slightly, "some fantasy fiction, medical books, a few articles of the Seireitei Communication... but, ah, of course, you wouldn't be interested. Bottomline is that I don't read anything out of the ordinary may it be not a really a good practice to such a captain." The Fourth Division captain explained with a such a gentle manner, it didn't seem like he was in a battle at all. Perhaps, Kei Aoi, too, was talking too much like the Raven was doing several moments ago.

Then, the Raven began to draw energy around him, obviously preparing a massive attack. Kei Aoi thought it was quite peculiar and that he was really into some deep trouble. With figures like the Raven - drawing out large amounts of energy on the earlier parts of the battle - means that they had more in their sleeves at their disposal. The Fourth Division captain shook his head in frustration once more as the bluish energy continued to congregate for a moment until it abruptly stopped. Kei Aoi knew. It was similar to the silence of a great thunderstorm in a serene beach. It was the calm before the storm. "I am sorry, Raven-sama, but I have no intention of "saying hello" to this Zeus you speak of. On the other hand, I may want to take notes of that person... or thing you speak of." Kei Aoi comically responded, perhaps to distract him of the growing horror inside him.

And true to what the captain thought, the Raven raised his hand and produced a rather sinister ball of energy even though its nature comprised a rather interesting combination of a number of colors. Kei Aoi was dazzled by the brilliance of such attack. But the question lingered: how does one prevent from reducing it? Or as one extremely optimist would say, how can one completely negate it? The question, of course, remained unanswered for Kei knew nothing of Bounts and Ravens.

The bane formed before Kei Aoi and Tomoya in one great flash of brilliant light. At once, the Zanpakuto laying oh so silent deep within the captain stirred. "Aoi-sama, that attack is of the purest energy I have ever seen. It is death." Falhannah said and a intense feeling of concern flooded Kei Aoi's mind as his resonated with his inner spirit. That's right, he was scared, too. The attack of the Raven did not seem to come from him, really, and that it looked like it came out of everywhere. It consumed energy around the area and that it was converted into one majestic blast. Perhaps... well, the attack was still energy-based after all.

The captain then swiftly pulled out his wakizashi and then smiled vaguely at the approaching bane of death. Calling out quickly the name "Falhannah", the blade in his hands transformed into a sword that bears a slight resemblance of a Chinese single-edged straight sword, Jian. A noticeable charm was attached at the end of the handle that gave off a soft chime that was likely to be heard in a beach scene or tropical place of some sort. It didn't matter much, anyways.

Then, a tremendous amount of reiatsu billowed around the entire area. The watching Fourth Division Shinigami around the area trembled and then began to choke as they were inescapably around the perimeters of Kei Aoi's grasps. The captain didn't mean to but it was difficult to control reiatsu at the moment considering the extreme pressure of events. Tomoya was most likely to choke, too. The captain's smile didn't waver as he pointed a particular spot in front of him, on his right side, and then waved his blade to the left. Falhannah stirred again. "Aoi-sama, this kind of thing happens too often! What are you doing?!" She exclaimed, feeling the sudden rush of reiryoku around his owner's body go on a massive hysteric.

"Ah, I am pulling a premature "pull" of a Bankai ability, Falhannah." Kei Aoi said calmly. "This will cost me quite a good amount of "payment" but it matters not. The entire area must be protected." He added and then chuckled for a bit. It was also that same moment when sudden, mossy stones that resembled coral rocks protruded from the spots where Kei Aoi pointed at. There were tall and that they looked extremely old pillars about five meters high, almost the height of a two-storey house. Falhannah exclaimed something that sounded like "supreme protection" but with Kei Aoi's limitations, he doubted that.

The two corals resonated and then glowed swiftly as the bane from the Raven came. "Perhaps, now?" Kei Aoi suggested in a monotonous tone. At once, he felt a sharp pull of energy in his body that made him clench to his chest at once as the corals glowed brighter than ever. This time, life forms began to burst forth all over the coral pillars, indicating the massive surge of energy through them. Then, the barrier formed. It was a greenish wall of light that was incredibly thick, more likely three feet in thickness and that it completely blocked Kei and Tomoya between the Raven's dangerous bane. The captain gasped for air and then grabbed Tomoya in his embrace as the attack landed on the barrier. "Whoops! And there we go..." Kei Aoi said weakly as massive surge of energy exploded all over the area, much lighting the sky, ergo noting the extreme battle in the Fourth Division.

It took an incredibly long moment for the attack to subside, or at least, the dust and chaos to settle. The building collapsed of course. And the explosion of the attacked caused majority of the ground around them to shatter into large chunks of earth. Perhaps, the part where the Raven stood was alright but not around the captain and his Third Seat.

Kei Aoi laid face-down against Tomoya for a moment, unmoved, and then stirred. He stood up and then felt everything around him. The entire area was in rubble. And then, he also discovered that his bones around his shoulders were completely broken so that he couldn't move his arms too much. He frowned a little until a small circular bubble formed around him and then began to immediately restore the captain's broken bones back to functionality. He smiled once again, but this time it's for Falhannah's swift response to the captain's injuries. He looked at his Shihakusho and then saw it was quite blood-drenched and that he also discovered that his shoulders were not only broken but horribly wounded, ergo the blood. But they were patched up by now. His haori... well, it would be implied.

Then, he turned to the Raven.

"Oh no... This would mean trouble asking for some finance support to Kamashiro-sama, Raven-sama." The Fourth Division captain said in a worried tone like where-have-all-the-meat-have-gone kind of tone. "You've caused so much trouble now it's quite a headache." He added with a slight shake of his head in disapproval. It was also by this time that the captain noticed the coral pillar shield was yet standing. He stared at it with awe for a moment and then smiled at it. As if waiting for the captain's smile, the green barrier cracked and then broke into thousands of pieces much like a mirror struck by a fist. Kei Aoi gave one "oops" as response to it and then turned back to the Raven.

"So strong..." He commented, trying to find a way to counterattack such a horrible, horrible figure.

True, Kei Aoi was scared.

((All relations Hikaru has to Tomoya have been approved by Tomoya))

Hikaru may not have been from Squad Four , but that didn't mean he had a reason to be there. His past girlfriend's brother was a member of Squad Four , and even though he was stronger then him power wise Hikaru would still always worry about him. In truth just like the Captin Hikaru just saw deal with the blast was scared. Despite that his fear wasn't going to stop him if he let anything happen to Tomoya he couldn't forgive himself and wouldn't be able to face Karin in the afterlife. "If only I had my shikia maybe I could stand a chance, well either way I'm going in anyways."Hikaru said talking to his zanpakuto knowing he wouldn't get a reply in return.

Although he was prepared to rush in head on like the idiot he was , Hikaru wasn't going to go just yet he was waiting for someone. Someone he knew would more then likely appear by him any second now. Once that someone arrived he would feel a bit more better about attacking such a strong opponent. Though know has he thought about it his mentor has faced more deadly foes then this it was all in his journal from the fights he constantly had with his rival to his right against some of the Espada. He knew he may not be has strong has his mentor yet , but knowing his mentor has gone against foes worse then this made him feel slightly more prepared at most.

Powchii apparated over the remnants of the fourth division, he had a feeling of pins and needles all around his body as Gaius' last technique erupted violently through the sky.

"My my..." the Queen said a bit flabbergasted, "What a display of power, flashy, yet fitting for an end to come." she added.

Powchii took a deep breath, slowly calling the remaining energy from Gaius' last attack into himself, the bount crest etched on his chest shone through his shirt. Once he had absorbed the remainder of the attacks strength he opened his eyes, which had a fiendish glow about them. A smile cracked over his face, "An attack made with intent to kill. Pure energy..." he said as the light faded from his eyes, "I'll gorge on his leftover energy over time." he said placing the small white chess piece on the ground, "Come out now, I find things to be a bit messier here then I had originally expected and I would very much like a shield if things overflow in my direction." he ordered to the small piece as energy swirled aroun it before it burst into form.

The white Queen stood before him, her plastic body gave the appearance of flawless beauty, her large scythe imposed on the surrounding area... her overall prescense was one that commanded respect. "Is this the last time I'll be called upon?" she asked musing with some large hunks of rubble, prodding them with the blunt end of her weapon.

Powchii shook his head, "No... Soon enough we'll be together forever, our fates will forever be tied together, you know that." Powchii said as he channeled a bit of his energy to his hand, closely examining it before closing it tightly dispersing the energy in it. Powchii was massing energy inside of himself, or more the Shinyogo, to perform a higher level of doll fusion. He knew that at his current level the fusion would tear him and his doll apart, or more or less create a humpty dumpty type of frankenstein. Powchii's eyes scanned the current situation, "Captain class shinigami standards have certainly fallen since my times... The other two are merely babies incapable of standing on their own two feet, they won't last long." he said shaking his head a bit sadly, "I would very much like to prevent casualties on either sides, but it seems Gaius is hellbent on killing till he can no longer kill." he said shaking his head.

"Sweet Mother on High this is quite the hell hole we got here hey Hikaru."Came the voice of Rorik. "So seems like we got a rampaging psycho, the Cap't , Little Tomoya , and some other bount though from the looks of things he doesn't want to kill all of us like the other one does."Rorik said as he surveyed the situation from there safe little look out. Though chances were that Psycho Bount would notice them , and would attack seeing how he was beyond determined to kill them all as it were."So what do you want to do wait till the Psycho comes at us or be the idiots we are and attack him instead." Rorik told Hikaru with that Devil May Cry smile of his that was bound to catch them hell like it always did.

"Honestly either way we are gonna get attack less we run , but like hell thats gonna happen so I say we just attack I come in front like I always do try not to get kill, while you do what you do best."Rorik slowly trailed off so to give Hikaru some time to think, even though both of them tended to rush into things Hikaru always thought it before he did while Rorik just went with his gut feeling , and charged like a raging Russian Bear.

A smooth, pale hand fell quietly on Kei Aoi's shoulder as Kiisho stepped out of shunpo, his sleeveless haori ruffling in the wind of his movement behind him, and his eyes facing the ground. The sickeningly thick odor of copper and iron wafted up to his nostrils, stinging the back of his throat and causing him to grimace slightly. He abhorred the smell of blood, and even more those who shed it needlessly. A slight 'tsk-tsk' sound hissed through his lips, and he set his jaw in anger, raising shining blue eyes to glare at Gaius and the recently arrived Powchii, although the latter to a lesser extent.
"You are not welcome here, kusottare*." He sneered out the last word, turning up the corner of his top lip to indicate his distaste for the situation. His eyes turned to Kei, softening slightly so that the smaller captain would not feel threatened by them. "See to your squad member,s Aoi-san. I will handle this upstart prat." He lowered his hand from Kei's shoulder, and stepped past him, placing himself between the fourth division leader and the bount, his right hand extended out to the side, seemingly grasping at air.
From seemingly nowhere, but obviously from his own energies, a bright-white hued rectangle box snapped into existence, into which his hand fell, causing the box itself to disintegrate into fragmented reiatsu, leaving behind a white-hilted blade that nearly seemed to be made of bone. His hand closed on the hilt, then snapped forwards, drawing a line of energy beside him from the motion, which seemed to be made of smoke and light. Deliberately, he raised the tip, leveling it so that it was positioned in an exact line towards the center of Gaius' chest.
"Quit ********' around, shithole." He spat, literally, the glob of liquid making a splattering noise on a broken stone at his feet. His sword darted backwards in a surprisingly delicate arc, ending with a 'tap' as the flat struck the surface of his left palm, immediately met with a corresponding surge of reiatsu from Kiisho's body, which roared at such a rate that it literally shattered the ground beneath him, blasting it away until he was standing on a smooth surface. "Raikotsu!" The name was spoken as a roar, echoing with the sound of his surging energies, and meeting them with a shattering crack as his sword shattered into tiny fragmented white shards, much like the box from before, but much brighter.
No sooner than begun, the shards rushed inwards, surrounding both now-empty hands in a brilliant light that shined so brightly it nearly seemed as if his hands were immersed in miniature suns. It seemed strange then, how what happened next was a complete reversal of what one would have expected to happen. Silence. Utter calm. The energies he released came rushing downwards and inwards, meeting his hands and solidifying as solid white, bone-plated gloves, moving seamlessly like a second skin. The process, which had seemed slower to Kiisho than it had actually occurred, took mere seconds to complete, he attributed the time-lapse for himself as an experience created by an influx of activity.
Kiisho's head twitched to both sides, and his hands moved up to meet each other, causing small arcs of electricity to leap between each of his fingers as he cracked the knuckles on his hands and neck. This was the first serious battle he had released his new weapon in, but it was far from his first time using it. Countless hours had been spent in meditation and preparation for an event such as this, and for the space within his mind, the silent screams of his zanpakutou, calling out for the stench of blood to be coating the surface of its flawless form were all too apparent to him. It was this then, as he raised his right hand once more, pointing it at the so-called 'raven' before him, that caused the light in his eyes to burn brighter, and his voice to roll out with a bit of a rumbling growl.
"I'll crush your soul to dust, you murdering piece of trash." His hand snapped shut into a fist, causing another arc of electricity to snap across its surface. "So save me the time, and bring your ugly a** face to my fist."

Kei Aoi
Captain, Fourth Division
Sereitei, Soul Society

Kei Aoi flinched gently when he felt a hand fell on his shoulder. Turning around, the Fourth Division captain's heart leaped when he saw the unusually pale face of Hayashi Kiisho, the Twelfth Division captain. He gazed serenely at the brilliant blue-eyed captain and then thought of many things at once. Savior, that's the number one thought. It was a perfect image, just like what Kei saw ages ago when the man trained him for his Shikai; how long has it been? But this time, however, Kiisho seemed a totally different person. He was distant and cold unlike who Kei met ago. Was Kiisho come here to kill?

"Hayashi-sama..." Kei Aoi managed to whisper upon seeing Kiisho's presence. Ever since coming to Raven's acknowledgement, Kei felt safety against the latter's threat. Then, slowly and gradually, a gentle smile appeared in the Fourth Division captain's face. Then, Hayashi turned to him and then met the man's eyes; Kei felt oh so relieved of his presence now. Hayashi then instructed the latter to his squad members. Kei Aoi nodded vaguely as he listened to his orders and to grab himself from his recent appall from Raven's attack. "Understood, Hayashi-sama." Kei said reluctantly as the Twelfth Division captain stepped forward towards the Raven, creating a barrier between Kei and the foe. Turning slowly, Kei felt that he couldn't bear that Hayashi handle the battle alone. The Raven was too strong. But in his heart, he knew that he has to know his priorities.

It was this time when Kei Aoi saw another figure, another comrade of the Raven man, from a distance. The Fourth Division captain's eyes widened with shock as soon as he realized that perhaps Powchii would come to the aid of the Raven... wait, was this Bount a Raven, too? So, doing what must be done, the captain stepped into the presence of the latter foe. He was with a plastic-seeming figure that was extremely beautiful. She wouldn't have been threatening if not for the scythe she was carrying.

"Who... are you?" Kei Aoi gently asked, preparing his wakizashi in a strong battle stance. "Are you allied with the Raven, too?" Of course, he knew all too well what this person's answers would be. But he needed to make confirmations.
