As World War III became and imminent threat, many went underground to avoid the horrors of war. Four years later, they emerge to a wasteland, scared from years of war. While some are lucky- finding small patches of land still fertile and green- others fight for control of everything else. The Afghani Taliban- the only group to survive the war above ground and survive in large numbers- now rules all of Europe. As more and more arise from their bunkers, more unite to overthrow the unorganized Taliban, others just fight anyone and everyone for control.
Only one can set right the wrongs of man's past- but who is it? And from what army? Only time will tell.

In the year 2017, the Afghani- having pushed NATO forces out of the middle east- expanded north into Kazakhstan. Russia, again seeking to protect the Slavic people of the world as they had in WWI, declared war on Afghanistan. As the war pressed on, the Taliban spread across Europe. By 2020, the Taliban controlled Germany, and used the new puppet government to expand the their rule. Yet again, a World War had begun, with Germany at its center. Many groups went underground as the waging war proved to be more disastrous than ever before. All of central Europe and the Middle East was left ravaged. Patches of vegetation were left scattered across the Eastern Hemisphere. The West (IE-America) had not been heard from since 2022 when the U.S. was invaded. As many military and civilian groups emerged from their bunkers, they found only a wasteland ruled by the barbaric Black Hand- or as they used to be called, the Taliban. Soviet forces were all but wiped out- they survived in small groups to the north, and to this day still provide support to the emerging rebels. The Queran Empire- a seperatist group comprised of mainly American and Russian deserters who left to form their own country on the newly formed land mass in the Central Atlantic- was wiped out completely, save for a few thousand souls who hid underground across the newly formed empire and across Europe. In 2025, the majority of bunkers opened, and its weary inhabitants emerged unto a wasteland unlike any that they could have imagined. As more and more emerged, more and more fought for control of the new world order.

Bio- The war is further away, the land is actually quite peaceful where Muriri lives. Everyday, she carries out the prayers and rituals of the Church and in free time, she likes to be in the garden.

Bio- Traitor of the Queran remnats. But was also cheated on his bargain, now he is left to dwindle in his own mess of trouble.

The Sun was warm, birds could be heard.
Yet there was a battle going on.

Yet it was peaceful.

Driet moved toward the outpost with his team. They got halfway to Delta outpost, when they lost radio contact. They moved back to a spot where they could contact base. They set up trenches and a makeshift fort- and left the eight standard troopers there. The four man team moved forward- now still being able to contact the troopers, and by extension, the bunker.
(((OOC- This could be an opportunity for Mod to contact the troopers to join the team, or you could go on your own. Just givin' you the choice.)
The team came up to the cliff, with Delta Outpost on the other side. The followers of the light were just a few miles beyond that.

Driet got the buzz from the troopers- "Boys, we got another member. Send him over trooper, we're just outside of Delta's com range now. We'll wait here for him."
Driet sent two of the squad members to swoop around the southern part of the cliff to the temple(follower's of the light)- then they could hit from both sides if any enemies were present.

Driet was about to give the order to scale the cliff to Delta Outpost, when a red light popped up on his visor. Something was wrong. He put his hand up and Triengh stopped behind him. He got on his radio and broadcast to all channels. "This is Commander Driet, can anyone hear me? Whats the situation at the bunker?" He repeated the message a few times, and waited- hoped- for a reply.
