The deep dark forest that surround the capital. Perfect hunting ground, plenty of wild life inhabit the forest. Or if you want to just come and enjoy the scenery, go a head and come. Just keep your eye's out, for who know what else lurks in these woods.

As she entered the dark forest, her eyes seemed to glowing. She stopped shortly after entering, looking back to make sure Zeta could keep up with her. Her ears were moving listening to everything around her.

 _______________________________________________ ((Back to using my good wolf picture ^^ I try to use the smaller one when I am doing more talking...)) Zeta was on Amaris' tail, so-to-speak, and stopped where she did. She looked around and wagged her tail, happy to be out in nature. Having been raised their, it was where she most comfortable, in the outdoors.

She grinned a little bit when noticed Zeta's tail wagging. She then shook off her fur then took off again, running at top speed, getting her heart pumping hard. She would occasionally leap off the sides of tree's and boulders as she past them. Her ears were alert to everything around them as they ran through the forest.

_______________________________________ Zeta barked in applause at Amaris' agility around her as they ran, jumping over unseen obstacles herself. She shook her head around with a whine joyfully like a wild animal until she heard a twig snap and bounded to a stop, looking about. She could smell squirrels, birds, rabbits and ...she sniffed and considered. Deer, somewhere in the woods with them.

She heard the twig snap and came to halt. She padded over a large tree and stood up on her hind legs, with her right paw leaning on the tree. She held her muzzle up in the air sniffing the air and her ear twitching listening for the sound again. She heard another snap and quietly got back down on all fours and quietly padded over to a spot close to where the snaps came from. Her eyes became fixed on a herd of about six deer. She glanced back at Zeta and motioned with her head for her to come over and look.

___________________________________________ Zeta slunk through the underbrush to Amaris and settled herself low to the ground quietly beside her shoulder. She looked through the herd and her eyes locked onto an older doe whose fur was graying and she walked with stiff legs.

She watched Zeta's eyes and how they were locked on a older doe. She scanned the herd, and her own eye's were fixed on the strong buck. Amaris always liked a challenge and this buck looked like he was one to put up a strong fight. She glanced over at Zeta and motioned her head towards the buck to get her opinion.

_________________________________ Zeta looked at the buck. She enjoyed challenges sometimes, and the buck certainly looked proud of himself, if that was possible. With a final glance at her chosen doe, she reluctantly decided to go with her alpha's choice. Personally, she liked taking the animals that would no longer breed or be a major part of the natural course. This doe was near the end of her days while the buck would make more deer in the future. Still, she would go with whatever her companion wanted, knowing Amaris liked to take on tougher tasks. She offered a small tail wag in agreement.

She nodded her head slightly then fixed her predator gaze on the buck. She began to slowly and quietly sneak closer to the herd, making sure they couldn't see or hear them coming. As they got closer, the buck picked up his head looking around. Amaris stopped and came to a stand still, waiting to see what the buck was going to do. After the buck looked around it went back to grazing so Amaris started to stalk the buck once again. Near her a branch cracked from some other animal near by. With the deer being already jittery, they started to run off which then Amaris bolted after the buck, never taking her fixed gaze off him. She ran through the other deer, scattering them in different directions as she neared her target. Once close enough, she pounced on the buck landing on his back. sinking her claws deep into its sides and biting down hard on the back of its neck. With her weight against his own, she brought him down hard on his right side. Never loosing her grip, she held him down and his soft under neck was expose. She held him down so Zeta could get at his neck and finish the kill.

______________________________ Zeta bounded up beside Amaris and stomped a paw down on the buck's head and shoulder to help keep it steady before she plunged her open jaws down at it's throat. She grabbed the jugular and jerked hard, and the animal's struggling quickly stopped before it went limp against the ground below it. She backed up a bit respectfully with her head low and facing her alpha. They may get along well, and she had a lot of pride in herself, but Zeta knew who stood where. Amaris got the first bites from the buck and Zeta would wait until she was allowed to come over and join her.

Once the buck stop struggling and was dead, she release her grip and walked over so she was facing the bucks underside. She placed her right paw on the bucks side, snarling as she rolled it over some so she could get at it soft belly. She then leaned her head down, opening her muzzle and biting down hard on the bucks under belly. Her razor sharp fangs ripped through its skin and she tore into, taking bites out of it. After she had a couple bites, she looked back at Zeta, so she would know that she its alright for her to join her. She then looked around the area and saw Sozen walking through the forest. Her ears twitching as she watched her, then motioned with her head that she could join them if she wished.

________________________________ Zeta came to Amaris with her head up some more, relaxed but not cocky. She settled herself beside her alpha and, not knowing whether she wanted the lower or upper organs first, she started out tearing out a large shoulder muscle and chewing it up as quickly as she could without choking. Glancing up she followed Amaris' gaze back into the trees and noticed the other wolf. She wagged her tail a couple of times peacefully and went back to eating.
