The Forsworn Spire sits atop Bahamut’s Tower; it is the last stronghold of the Forsworn Family. From here, Soddus Forsworn the Astral Dragon Lord rules Bahamut’s Mount. It is fashioned after the Astral Dragon Imperial Palace in the Astral Realm. The Spire appears to be made of black marble. To enter the Spire, one must pass through the Astral Gate. The Gate is set in the ceiling of the observatory in the Tower. The Astral Gate looks to be a massive ruby with the Forsworn family crest etched into it; the etching seems to be lined in obsidian. The ruby glows with an inner light to shine the Forsworn crest onto the room below. The ruby ripples like water when touched by a member of the Forsworn family to allow passage into the Spire.
Upon entering the Spire, one would notice the entry room is completely bare of everything but a single narrow staircase that twists around the room several times before reaching the next level. There are small rooms that line the staircase for the guards to take shelter during an attack.
Above is a level like a twisting maze filled with traps, hidden doors and, more importantly, the quarters of the Elite Astral Guard, Soddus’s personal bodyguards.
Once past the maze and guard quarters starts the Forsworn Family quarters. The Spire is built so that each member of the Forsworn family can customize their personal quarters as they see fit.
The highest level houses the throne room of the Forsworn Spire, as well as the personal quarters of Soddus Forsworn. These include his personal forge and armory, a room to store his treasure, his sleeping area, a personal library, a training room, scrying room, and a hidden garden for relaxation.
